Major let down by @ThreeUK I have been charged for the last 17 months for a device and sim I was advised by them to return. I was told over 4 months ago it was cancelled. They have still be charging me!! Outrageously disgusting. Theft to be honest.

@ThreeUKSupport No mobile Internet in BT45 area. Has been out all day. Always usually have a stable signal with anything between 20 to 40 Meg download speed. No bars on my device at all.

@ThreeUKSupport @c_h_pugh Typical - the point is that You at three should check it works in all devices - in this case Apple iOS - the customer should not be apologising for this. You should be doing your job properly. Also no Apple Watch support so J am moving networks
