@ThreeUK terrible and endless automated phone system which prevents you from actually getting through to a real person, to then get to get referred to the website/app (which I’ve already been on) and then just get cut off!! Why is it so difficult to just speak to someone!??

@ThreeUKSupport @actionfrauduk @Ofcom nearly every day. I am told I have not passed security because my name doesn't match. I was told once to call back when I've remembered my name. So, I am now wearing an old work name badge upside down so I can look at it to remember my name. (2/2)

@ThreeUKSupport Reset the password with the same password, gets past that stage. Really makes no sense. Now it wants a 6 digit code I cant find. I have already had that conversation with the unhelpful help desk this morning. Again.

@ThreeUK just so you know, apart from the **** coverage, the most annoying thing that will put me off you in the future is the number being read out before the voicemail. If we want it, we’ll press for it. Sort it it out, it’s the worst thing.
