@ThreeUKSupport We have been with you for years and you have just hiked the price from £10 pm 30GB,unlimited unlimited to £21. The lady from India was useless. We can get 100GB unlimited unlimited as a new contract but will be charged roaming from May as new customer.

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK @jordancomolli 3 used to be very good to deal with! Unfortunately this is no longer the case. It saddens me that they take your money on complete lies. When you ask them to honour what you were offered it suddenly becomes an issue. Think twice before signing with 3!

@ThreeUKSupport 333 rings as Engaged, so does calling from landline. Managed to do it through web chat after queuing through 56 people, something defo wrong with customer service but resolved now thanks for response
