    A year and a half later after buying the Samsung S20 Ultra 5G on @virginmedia and still no 5G network. Think it's time to move to @ThreeUK as they are actually providing the service they are advertising.

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately no improvement. When I’m trying to use the internet on my phone it still says I’m not connected to the internet would I like to try using mobile data. I’m paying for an internet service I’m not getting.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I'm currently a Three customer and due an upgrade. I've seen a deal on USwitch which isn't available direct with you so I'll be going with that. How can I go about transferring my phone number from my current 3 account to the new 3 account? Still need PAC?

    @daniel_durack @ThreeUKSupport Sorry to hear that, did they get it cancelled for you in the end? If not, try phoning 333 or 03333381001 and then they’d be able to cancel it from there. They can’t do it from here as they haven’t got account access.
