    Comes to something when you get a phone bill for £164, i thought last months was bad enough and that was hundred odd, can @ThreeUK advise me as to why its this much, have i been hacked...

    @ThreeUKSupport your mobile data hotspot service is rubbish. Ongoing connectivity - or lack of - for days now and no one at 3 gives a damn! Grrr

    @ThreeUKSupport @dippy73 Hello, I’m not on your network, I use Talkmobile, which also use Vodafone, I’m in the same scenario, I get the numbers claiming to be from indeed that ring me, but their numbers keep changing. I report them each time using that number however. Don’t know what to do other than1/2

    @ThreeUK this is hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. Six weeks after starting a business account I never received the second line device and have now been refused setting up new one due to doing credit check too soon after initial set up. No one helping!

    @ThreeUKSupport No but after doing two chats he has finally got it sorted. I don’t understand why this is such an issue with three though, when I was with three I had this problem when going on holiday which is why I moved network. It should automatically connect like every other network does.

    @ThreeUKSupport my phone signal for calling is absolutely awful , drops out , no one can hear me , it has been for a while , its basically unusable , a travel for work so a mobile is needed , something has to be done , you are not fulfiling your terms of your contract
