    @ThreeUKSupport your live chat has been unhelpful. I’ve been trying to resolve my problem since Sunday 22nd may but I’ve been transferred to different “teams” about 10 times. I don’t think they even understand what I’m telling them. I regret topping up with three. Please help me

    @ThreeUKSupport just wanted to say how great the service was we received today at the 3 store in Meadowhall. Excellent all round and helped save my father in law £30 a month compared to the hat he was paying with Vodafone. 👏👏

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport You are taking £8 DD for a sim in a phone that no longer works, the online account is tied to a dead email address so I can't log in to cancel, and I'm well out of 'contract'. Can I just cancel the DD?

    @Daily_Record This is weird as I'm sure @ThreeUK are able to activate roaming on android devices therefore trying to get more money from customers, even though the customer has disabled the roaming option.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley. Happened in two different areas. Curious to know why the callers cannot leave a message, or does that rely on our signal, which I have to say 'looks' OK and other mobiles can get through...??

    @Lloyd_Cole And apps that are limited by region in the store! Had this problem with @ThreeUKSupport when I was in the US and changed phones.

    @wgardner101 @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve always been pleased with Three but the reception on the Fylde coast is dreadful. I’ve noticed no difference with 5G so I’m not fussed about that. Time to change network 📱
