    @ThreeUK hi , someone just called me saying they’re from three & told me i need a new sim card as it will help with slow service , when i queried it they said mine would be blocked & then hung up ! Im assuming this isn’t genuine

    @ThreeUK Please can you tell me if something has changed - are you using a different network than you were? Just recently I've been unable to get any signal in my property, and I changed from my previous provider to you because I did get a signal! But not now? What's changed?

    @ThreeUK your network is RUBBISH. Price increases every year but can’t even get a half decent 4G connection in many parts of central London
