    @ThreeUK @neil_paris Correct. I am on your network. Not received in KT10 xxx postcode. Might be because phone is set to 3G only in which case every older UK phone will be #offgrid for these warnings. #Alert #Test @ukhomeoffice

(It’s not ‘listening’ in any sinister manner :) )If the regularity is, say, every 60 seconds yet the alert lasts only 10 seconds, the majority of customers will miss it.
