    Astounding customer service solutions from @ThreeUKSupport today. After having next to no broadband all morning, my options are to either continue with no internet until mid December (along with others in the city centre) and have 1 month’s credit on my bill or leave the network!

    So..@ThreeUK admit my account was cleared ages ago and that they failed to declare it on my credit file. When I asked for confirmation of this in writing they said no. When (after 49 more minutes) I educated them on the legal side of their failings, they relented. Don't back down

    @ThreeUKSupport Pete if I didn’t have a THREE home broadband then I wouldn’t need to rely on your signal for Wi-Fi. As both your mobile and home broadband d both work off your network therein lies why I have a problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport Funny that. Covid been around 2yrs. I spoke to you over the phone last month, also had some guy from Delhi call me 30 mins ago. Broken English and sounded like he'd just been stung on the tongue by a wasp. It's no wonder these incoherent reps cant adhere to cancellation requests
