@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the update, Ali. Is there a timeframe for a fix? Hours? Days? I imagine I’m not the only one struggling with working from home.

@ThreeUKSupport Home 5G down again. Dropping in and out three days in a row. Last update was it would be fixed by 17.30pm on the 4th. Issues still persisting. When will this be properly resolved?

@ThreeUKSupport Okay, Three then need to post something to confirm what’s happening. There needs to be some indication as to when this will be fixed. Financially, customers should be reimbursed for loss of service…this started 3 days ago to be fair!

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport any update on when your Internet will be back up and you'll be providing the service you are contracted to? It's been 2 days now and I'm absolutely rinsing my (actually reliable) O2 mobile data trying to wfh.

@ThreeUKSupport Three days of poor signal / bandwidth in B13, and then complete outage from midnight last night until 11:30 this morning. Absolutely zero acknowledgement of problem by three. 4g and 5g out. 5g broadband did not work. Phones did not work. Sort it out please.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty - thanks for the sentiment but this isn't costing me hassle, it's costing me money. There's still no signposting anywhere on the Three social media about this issue, nor on the website, and having to try and track the issue through twitter replies is beyond frustrating.
