    @ThreeUKSupport I couldn't use my old number for 40 days, I lost connection to my friends, lost access to my apps and internet banking, because one of your staff tried to sell me a new contract and there was a technical issue happened. Why can't you guys fix this?

    @ThreeUK do my you think a 14.4% price increase is really acceptable? I'm already paying a premium contract, will rise considerably evey year. Surely you can reward customers with a bit of support? #CostOfLivingCrisis

    Hmm @ThreeUK I spoke with someone about 2/3 weeks ago about your abysmal London network reception and they agreed a £10 bill refund. Bills just come out with no refund included 😠
