@ThreeUKSupport You will tell me that there is a new problem that started today, that you don't know when it will be fixed, and that somebody will let me know when it is fixed. Also, discussing broken broadband via broadband isn't the best idea is it?

@ThreeUKSupport I have been trying all if your suggested "fixes" for the last eight days that the broadband has been up and down like a yo-yo. All I ever get from your "support" is that there is a problem and that you can't say what it is or when it will be resolved.

@ThreeUK so disappointed by customer service. My identity has been stolen, and contracts taken out in my name. Customer service refuse to help and have told me to follow it up with the store that issued the phone. Unfortunately despite 10 calls today they don’t answer!!
