    @ThreeUKSupport I have no internet other than your 4G, this is the 2nd day I haven’t had access to Snapchat or Netflix and now the App Store has stopped working. I updated and reinstalled the apps, have restarted my device and Excess to Bundle cap is NOT blocked. Any help for me?

    @ThreeUK I'm having issues with apps like snapchat? Won't log in or deliver anything. Everything else is fine... Friends on other providers are working perfectly. Any assistance?

    @ThreeUKSupport 5g on this network is dire. So slow even 4g beats it. Only place it seems to be quicker is london. Is this the network or the s20fe phone i wonder

    @ThreeUKSupport Kim tried that and does not resolve and no cap present. All other apps apart from Snapchat and Netflix fine. Also same problem on my TV which works off a router on a different three number in which Netflix not working
