@ThreeUKSupport extremely poor signal on mobile and WiFi not working at all today - HU7 area in Hull. Is this a technical issue on your end?

  • urbaneromances Sreedhar (@urbaneromances) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 2) they charged me £99 which was not refunded yet. The challenge is customer support doesn’t want to listen to the customer. There were few instances where I was asked to wait patiently until the phone arrives.

@ThreeUKSupport I have spoke to your support team on many ocassions - it is most certainly not our equipment as Smartie and O2 sims in the router both work fine. You have even sent us new sims which do not make it any better. You are throttling.

  • maellekabore mae (@maellekabore) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, every time I try to get in touch I’m advised to try later, even when checking during opening times. I’m working full time and I’m not able to continuously check for availability all day. Is there a solution to this?

  • paul_clarke Paul Clarke (@paul_clarke) reported

@ThreeUKSupport are you reporting any coverage problems in the Redhill, Surrey area right now?

  • hprw Jane Smith (@hprw) reported

@ThreeUKSupport If you're still having trouble in this area, why did you text me to say all the problems were over? And why was I told a couple of weeks ago that it wouldn't be for much longer, when your customer service rep clearly had no idea how long these works would take?

  • EarthToWill Will - 👬🌈🇪🇺 🇮🇪🇬🇧🇺🇸 (@EarthToWill) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What general enquiry doesn’t require access to an account? Maybe your Twitter handle should be @ThreeGeneralEnquiry rather than “support” when you can’t actually support and it ends up wasting more of your customers time! I was a Three customer for over 11 years. #notbitter ;)

  • t4h1r Tahir Hussain (@t4h1r) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @Daryl_Bartlett @O2 customer care seem to be posting these out to customers as they also were only just offering in stores

  • Three_Is_Broken Broken Three UK (@Three_Is_Broken) reported

@CraigMcQ @ThreeUKSupport Now they have your postcode they will tell you one or more of these: Congestion To switch to 3G There's work in the area / upgrades SIM problem To restart your phone Fixed in 7 days They've been saying a combination of these things for nearly 2 years!

  • hprw Jane Smith (@hprw) reported

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport It's more than infuriating, it's outrageous. They keep telling me all the problems are solved when they clearly aren't. Why lie? Why not just tell their customers what's going on? Such bad practice.
