@ThreeUKSupport You did *not* give me any prior notice. First your colleagues claimed that *I* made the request to change. Now they walked that back and said I was notified - and I was never notified. Moreover, you still can't change without my permission.

Dear @ThreeUK, Your customer service telephone system is making me want to self harm. How does one go about not getting hung up on by your robots and instead get through to a bright and cheerful human? Love Ben xx

@ThreeUKSupport I have been on a call with your team for the past 2 hours and no resolution, so no, I'm not really minded to log a complaint on that system so that you can get me to stop tweeting...

@ThreeUKSupport You did NOT provide any such notification. Your staff is also trying to insist that such notification happened, because that is legally required before you change any contract - but it never did, and you can provide no proof of it, because it never happened.

@ThreeUKSupport Your network is atrocious and actually Jeopardises my career as I need to be able to receive texts and calls wherever I am or I could lose my job. How can a network be so bad in the UK when it’s UK based?

Really outrageous activity from @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport. I have had a specific contract with Three for years now, and never requested a change. Without my knowledge, they just shifted me over to another contract, to force me to pay more. @Ofcom must investigate this company.
