  • leegillam Lee Gillam (@leegillam) reported

@ThreeUKSupport - 3 bars of signal, 1.32Mb down, 0.71Mb upload and 103 ms ping time = very good 4G coverage for data? What does 'poor' look like?

  • leegillam Lee Gillam (@leegillam) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Broadband team: 0333 338 1003. They don't seem to know when the work started, what it will involve, or how it is relevant. Indeed, they never seem to know. Apparently an SMS would be sent when work has finished - promised many times before and never seen.

@ThreeUK you have spontaneously cut off my network access while I am traveling in Europe for no reason!! I topped up 2 days ago and it was working yesterday until it stopped. Wedding tomorrow, lost luggage and the airport can’t contact me because YOU CUT MY NETWORK ACCESS

@ThreeUKSupport I’m inclined to thing its an issue with the area have really densely packed tall/skyscraper buildings… perhaps another mast or something is needed here.

  • eff_rg effRG (@eff_rg) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No nothing it just went to No Service and any troubleshooting I’ve done doesn’t work! The chat centre people said the phone number was disconnected but it shouldn’t be??? I really can’t wait 72 hours!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Got an email saying I have to upgrade before the 14/07/22 If I choose to cancel my contract will my sim go to PAYG or will it be void/loose my number?

  • srossi72 Sonia Rossi 🇮🇹 🇬🇧 (@srossi72) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hiya. Can u disable my voicemail for me,rather than ring, please? I never set up my voicemail, yet, I'm receiving them & mostly are scams. I hope Three will allow us to choose when to activate/deactivate voicemail in the future without needing to ring all the time

  • johnfbw79 John Wilson (@johnfbw79) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Just said you changed my contact and cut my service

  • leegillam Lee Gillam (@leegillam) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Some promised future fix isn't a remedy for today's problem nor makes possible resting with any kind of assurance.
