    @ThreeUKSupport for 10 months, there’s been major issues with phone reception and data use in an area of Kilmarnock. I went to the Three store to be told you’re aware of the issue but can’t be fixed until a “land dispute” over mast ownership is resolved. 10 months! C’mon Three!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Is there something we are missing? It's starting to seem personal which would be impossible surely. She needs proper customer service support and a little bit of kindness. Not a robotic response that seems to not comply with The communications Act 2003, @ThreeUKSupport
