@TeachAllAboutIT @virginmedia @ThreeUK @virginmedia you’re an embarrassment. I’ve seen how little response @TeachAllAboutIT have had from you - letting down keyworkersnat this time is not ok.

@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it is activated. But I also can't login because it asks for a security code that is sent via text, which I can't access without the network.

@ThreeUKSupport Online. There was an issue where the delivery date showed 2 months in the past so not sure if that's a factor. Since sending my initial tweet I put the new Pay monthly SIM in, tried to register on My3 and got an error stating it wasn't a valid 3 number, so I've put my old in.

@ThreeUKSupport Initially I was thinking maybe network is bad at Cardiff Bay for example. But seems to be the case all the time on and off. Stanstead should have not been an issue. I notice it too much at home as I use wifi at home or at work. I couldn’t get into any app at Stanstead RyanAir, et

@ottocrat @giffgaff @ThreeUK Not Three. They switched me off in the EU last September. Haven’t found a solution yet so would be interested if you do find one.

@BrianCop @giffgaff @ThreeUK That’s not the solution I want. I want what I had, and what my provider promised to keep: seamless coverage within the EU exactly as if it were within the UK. No extra costs, no second sim.

@ThreeUK CO1 area and the network is down again. Not bad as it seems every 2 weeks. Any ideas on times for network back up and running?
