@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport not happy three👎, I came to work today as a driver for Amazon. Tried logging into the delivery app to find out there is no network, now I have been laid off for the day losing me £135.00, I expect compensation 😡

Can’t bare @ThreeUK network 🤬 never get a signal and please don’t ask for my postcode because I’d have to give you every location as it never seems to work

@ThreeUK Thanks for your reply. I don't want to raise a complaint at the moment. I just want to know if I'll be able to request my PAYG balance be refunded if it's after 17/07?

@ThreeUKSupport So I sent you a pic of the form. ‘Pete’ told me it was a returns form and not a cancellation form & (just like in all the replies to my letters) ignored my point (3 lost the form, I paid for a service I tried to cancel). I replied. And now a day has passed without a response.

@ThreeUK My last experience with Three was when they mixed up my account with someone else's. Threatening letter about debt collectors - yup. Letter to apologise for their screw up? - nope. Thanks for that. Never signing up with you again.

@ThreeUKSupport So assuming that I can cancel the request from their end I can continue on three and no changes to my contract terms will be made despite issuing the PAC code (but not using it)?

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. Makes a lot more sense than what I got on the phone from an overseas staff member more interested in trying to flog me more items. I’ll leave these sims in. Happy to now be a three customer. 👍
