@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport Scott, Unable to join you on chat as I’m at work during your chat room opening hours and as I previously said I’ve no internet coverage in those postcode areas that I work in so couldn’t join in on a chat anyway. There’s one simple solution. FIX THE PROBLEM!!! 😡

@ThreeUKSupport What is the point of complaining clearly if you send a message like that then it’s not about customer service is it? When is it going to be sorted is the question not answered and what is being done to stop this continually happening or do I take my business elsewhere?
