@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport not happy three👎, I came to work today as a driver for Amazon. Tried logging into the delivery app to find out there is no network, now I have been laid off for the day losing me £135.00, I expect compensation 😡

We have had to purchase @ThreeUK 5G internet hub for a month (rolling contract) . @bt_uk don’t see to care - it is the worst broadband provider- I have been with them for 10 years . Disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs #BTinternet

@ThreeUK you are disgusting. My friend had her phone stolen this evening and you refuse to cancel her contract. You told her until she has the phone in her hands she has to still pay for her contract. It’s been bloody stolen you **** jockeys. Absolutely shocking customer service

@ThreeUK absolutely disgusted by the poor levels of customer service I'm constantly being sent round in circles it's been 40 days waiting for my OW refund but each adviser just asks for more time and nothing happens..after 10yrs as a customer this is the worst customer service

@ThreeUK Why do you charge £3 per-minute to call NZ when Tesco mobile appears to charge 2p/minute? Even BT only shows £1/minute on their site. Are you trying to make me stop being a customer???

@ThreeUKSupport This has been extreme destructive. I have int roaming, I have all inc minutes, I’ve paid the extra £10 and the £5 data passport. No texts from 3 presumably as totally cut off. Phone shows 4G signal
