  • SimonCornwall Mr Simon Cornwall (@SimonCornwall) reported from Banbury, England

@ThreeUKSupport not happy three👎, I came to work today as a driver for Amazon. Tried logging into the delivery app to find out there is no network, now I have been laid off for the day losing me £135.00, I expect compensation 😡

  • Mr_Howson Mr_Howson (@Mr_Howson) reported from Banbury, England

@TeachAllAboutIT @virginmedia @ThreeUK @virginmedia you’re an embarrassment. I’ve seen how little response @TeachAllAboutIT have had from you - letting down keyworkersnat this time is not ok.

  • keithflitton Keith Flitton (@keithflitton) reported from Banbury, England

@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dodgytangerine S (@dodgytangerine) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my internet/signal have been shocking for a few days now. Throughout SW London and central London. Showing as full bars and 4G but nothing loads. Your network coverage checker won’t even load.

  • katieatheart222 Katie (@katieatheart222) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Its M259GF- definitely not ideal. I only had emergency calls last night.

  • Tiny_Legs Amy Lafont (@Tiny_Legs) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have a PIN. The issue is that the phone number doesn’t even connect - the message I get is that it isn’t a valid phone number.

  • debstergr Debs (@debstergr) reported

@ThreeUKSupport trying to get a decent quote to renew my contract is currently like pulling teeth! Been a customer for years, 3 contracts, still having to haggle after 2 painful online chats & can still get the deal a fiver a month cheaper elsewhere. Not great customer service!

  • PhilErmiya Phil Ermiya (@PhilErmiya) reported

@Cameralabs @ThreeUKSupport Ah yes, that shoots down all my suggestions! If it was an Android update it should have stopped working immediately after the update reboot, but an operator settings update might have borked it at any time.. At this point support will normally tell you to factory reset and retest

  • JonColl24310263 Jon Collins (@JonColl24310263) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I did, and got a load of abuse from the second guy. If you're keen to help can I get the £90 you stole from my account back?

  • MissEHolland Miss Holland ECT (@MissEHolland) reported

@ThreeUK Hi. Whenever I try to dial anyone, I get an automated message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." I have reset my phone and nothing. What’s going on?

  • Cameralabs Gordon Laing (@Cameralabs) reported

@PhilErmiya @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your suggestions - it says SIM not recognised when I insert any of my Three UK SIMs, even though they work on other handsets - and they also worked on the 4a previously. Problem is regardless of location too. I'm suspecting maybe an Android update or a faulty SIM slot

  • pinkstargirl_85 Heidi 💜 (@pinkstargirl_85) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered an upgrade phone on 1/9 for delivery 2/9. Live chat yesterday said delivery would be today due to supply issues. Live chat today said order had cancelled itself on 1/9 so advisor yesterday lied to me. Conveniently the deal I got is no longer available. Very unhappy.

  • pinkstargirl_85 Heidi 💜 (@pinkstargirl_85) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Been a Three customer for nearly 7 years but I will not be lied to.
