@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport you have the cheek to send me an email stating I been sent to debt collection agency when I been complaining about slow internet and the fact two people can’t use it at the same time !I want to cancel it but because I don’t remember my memorable word I am stuck!!!

@ThreeUK are the worst network provider in the UK, they mostly target students for a reason. Discounted deals etc because they know they’re piss poor at everything and have no customer service department located in the UK 🥴
