@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

@ThreeUKSupport such an appallingly **** service in the BN16 4DE area, as has been for a month now. 2mbps is ridiculous, and the usual excuse of "working on the mast" is now getting stupid. Have you got your work experience kid doing the job? Absolute joke!

@ThreeUK @ParamountPlusUK I am waiting patiently for 11 days and counting for all these technical issues to be resolved. Spent over 12 hours just on chat alone chasing on updates. Each time I need to go through 3 or 4 agents, repeating myself before speaking to someone with 'authority'.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there. I changed my spend cap to unlimited (it wouldn’t let me set it to £30, either 0 or unlimited….) and it seemed to unlock the network. However, I can only receive calls - I still can’t make them to Australia numbers. Really disappointing.
