Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@O2 You don’t get the same experience on @ThreeUK - never get shady third party companies calling. You treat your customers like another product to be sold. It should be criminal. I’m actually disgusted. 🤮

Garry Luke (@ZugIreland) reported from Dromore, Northern Ireland@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞
-
Mark and Roger (@MarkandRoger) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.
-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
