    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    @ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

    @O2 You don’t get the same experience on @ThreeUK - never get shady third party companies calling. You treat your customers like another product to be sold. It should be criminal. I’m actually disgusted. 🤮

    @ThreeUKSupport In the KA1 1QY area it is particularly bad. The phone will present a full signal but in reality it's extremely slow (tried a different phone too) 3g/h+ seem ok.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi Pete, your online service are not very helpful. I can see when I log into my 3 app it infers an upgrade is being actioned, which I do not want. and I have now been sent two security codes ? - this is very confusing and unhelpful. is anyone else able to assist pls thx

    @mouthwaite @EE I'm with @ThreeUK and have been since about 2014. Depending on area, it can dip in/out at times but 95% I'm all go. Heard great things about Giff Gaff too that seems to be getting mentioned lots so there's options. If they treat u bad this long, your loyalty can only take so much

    doesn't listen to the words I speak and is robotically stuck in his script, his "solution" is setup a new email account somewhere that will be validated by the @ThreeUK system. Except I have no idea what is valid as they don't accept valid domains ALREADY.
