@ThreeUK no doubt you have been the best network I’ve been on for years, but I’ve had next to no signal for the past Three days and I’m fuming!

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to your team on many occasions @ThreeUKSupport. The post code is IP3 8TD and it’s still not working - can hardly get a phone signal now

@ThreeUKSupport @2balint This isn't helpful. If you are allowing customers to buy an iPhone 14, they need to first have the confirmation that you support eSIM...otherwise the iPhone 14 that they just purchased will be useless on your network

@ThreeUKSupport I find it very very silly that to log in to My Three account you have to submit a code sent by text message to your phone. If you have your phone stolen, how are you supposed to sign in to easily contact Three via chat function and cancel sim?

Terrible service from @ThreeUK. Bought a 4G mifi router as Three website said there was no 5G coverage in area. Two weeks later they tell me there is 5G service but in order to get it I'll have to pay over £400 to cancel / upgrade. Shocking!

@ajs_nwales @ThreeUKSupport Did the SIM replacement solve your issue?

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. Drops out despite 5G and several bars showing every 15 minutes or so. There's no disruption on the map but there has never been any showing all during the week they predicted it.

@ThreeUK How will customers be able to pre-order an iPhone 14 through Three if you don't support eSIM yet? iPhone 14 models have no physical SIM tray

Not sure where to go with this now. Feel like I've been given poor service. Instinct is to cancel my contract with @ThreeUK, suck up the cost, and go with another company. Or, stick out my contract and then ditch. Where's that @Trustpilot link, I feel like writing a review.

@ThreeUKSupport My apple watch is still sitting 'activating' after three weeks. Your support guys can't seem to fix it despite multiple assurances. How can I speak to someone at Three that knows what they're talking about?
