@ThreeUKSupport well so far over the last week we’ve had virtually NO support from you!! Visit the store - we can’t help - ring and get a code! Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

@ThreeUK broadband is great when it works BUT their support needs improving A LOT. They sent a new router (ZTE instead of Huawei) and after two hours on the phone, I'm back using the Huawei & have to return the ZTE. Very frustrating, lots of 'on hold' & the 'Returns' guy was poor
