@ThreeUKSupport well so far over the last week we’ve had virtually NO support from you!! Visit the store - we can’t help - ring and get a code! Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

@ThreeUKSupport @HelenArmfield It’s been pretty bad for most of this year tbh in London SE1 1EW. Speeds in 2020 were on average 3-5 times faster and often I have no upload whatsoever. Still pay the same ££ and not happy.

@ThreeUKSupport that's inflexible. its a Whole of District issue, and i'd have to give you hundreds of postcodes. that's not exactly practical is it? From looking at the maps its covering about 6 major antenna stations. MK15 0DS is where i was this afternoon for 2 hours. lets start there ;-)

@Durrell40 @ThreeUKSupport Hats off to @ThreeUK they released me from my contract today recognising I wasn’t getting the service. I’ll go back to them if things improve. They’ve always given great service until last 6 months. Let’s hope they get sorted. I’ll avoid 02.

@ThreeUKSupport Why would I restart my modem? It has an active 5 bar connection to both 4 & 5G networks. It’s the network that ain’t working. I don’t reboot my phone every time I go into a tunnel.
