    @ThreeUKSupport I was working in a school on Thursday and Friday last week CF44 9ES and had the same problem. It seems to happen here every three weeks here in CF38 1DX. How many updates do you need to do? My contract is up to I will change network.

    @ThreeUK been trying to remove an add-on for 1.5 months. Guaranteed this was removed. Still active and changed again. No help remote or in the shop.
