    @ThreeUKSupport well so far over the last week we’ve had virtually NO support from you!! Visit the store - we can’t help - ring and get a code! Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

    @ThreeUKSupport So you end up with a load of users/customers who are much more likely to use bad/weak passwords supposedly because disabling autofill “improves” security. Sounds counterproductive.

    @ThreeUKSupport A lot of years, not even that sure! I do have a long-standing issue I always mean to bring up where the phone (ie 'about SIM' in settings) thinks the SIM has a different number to my actual number, I suspect the default number before I transferred my number from Orange.

    So @ThreeUK called me (regarding the phone contract my ex put under my name) and said that they couldn't transfer the ownership because he failed the credit check. So basically his credit score is so ****, that's why he's going around ******* with other peoples' credit. 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there plans to support VoLTE abroad as well? In Germany, 3G will be switched off at the end of the month. This means that without VoLTE, only 2G is available for telephony. Due to travel restrictions, there is still some time to implement it.
