Honestly @ThreeUK has made no progress in the telecommunications space since it’s launch. Still as **** as they were in 2003.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes my signal is fine in other places generally, it's almost like a good while ago you redirected the antenna on the cell site to point away from me, to be honest if your saying there's nothing wrong in the area its already made up my mind to sadly leave

@ThreeUKSupport A70 and the mobile is broken and I need the IMEI to get it repaired so I wanted three tell me it as you will have it on record On my bill how do I recover it if I can't access my three?

@ThreeUK so you won’t allow me to cancel my account and when I cancel my DD you threaten me with a debt collection agency. Perhaps you might consider a conversation rather then jump to such shocking customer service approaches.

Ian Fenn

@ThreeUKSupport You sent me four text messages at 4.30pm stating that the issue had been fixed and I should reboot. I have done this six times and no service at all.

@ThreeUKSupport who do I talk to about your ridiculously poor service?

@ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to log into my account to get my final bill so I can pay it, but because my contract has now ended my login doesn't work any more! How daft is that?
