    @ThreeUKSupport I spent time yesterday talking to someone and they raised my issue. Today someone tried to call me but I wasn’t available. I’ve tried calling back but the menu isn’t clear I keep being told to use the app. Can someone help and get them to call me back please?

    @ThreeUKSupport I started on 5G so it's not just a 4G problem. There are two cell sites close to each other so might be load related. Is the faulty site contracting?

    @ThreeUKSupport Kim tried that and does not resolve and no cap present. All other apps apart from Snapchat and Netflix fine. Also same problem on my TV which works off a router on a different three number in which Netflix not working

    Just to let u know, anyone experiencing this Snapchat issue with mobile data, it’s deffo a @ThreeUK issue and there’s no time on when it’s gonna get fixed, apparently they are “investigating” lol, u lot need to go investigate that trash connectivity ur pushing out to people

    @ThreeUKSupport there's a problem with the upstream from one of the cell sites covering TF7 5FL. Getting either very poor upload speed (0.5mbit} or 100% packet loss. Signal strength is fine, throughput its the problem.

    @ThreeUK why am I paying for 5G when 3G won’t even work properly most the time? Can’t reply to peoples messages because apps won’t update as I apparently have no signal even with 3 bars on 5G. Pathetic
