@ThreeUKSupport well so far over the last week we’ve had virtually NO support from you!! Visit the store - we can’t help - ring and get a code! Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

@ThreeUK is the worse network in the UK… you guys are absolutely dog shiiiitttttt. I have been trying to buy a bundle since last night, ur 444 or 333 number doesn’t give that option and ur app is totally useless.. u guys should just call it a day and go work in McDonald’s KMT.

@ThreeUK has the most horrendous customer service. Apologize and promise to help then say they can’t do anything anyway! All these pre rehearsed ‘how to talk to customer’ lines shouldn’t be used unless genuine! Just makes the experience more frustrating.
