@ThreeUK no doubt you have been the best network I’ve been on for years, but I’ve had next to no signal for the past Three days and I’m fuming!

@Bulbaswhore @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m just waiting for someone from the Three customer service team to post their canned response on this thread.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Come on Three! :-( I thought you were one of the good guys. A £2 per day charge for roaming in Europe is definitely not cool and not a good way to hang on to existing customers or attract new ones! :-( :-(
-
Ben Lye
(@benmlye) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Well, that's me done with Three then. If I have to pay to roam I might as well switch to a network with better 4G cover in my area.
-
Eddorian1
(@eddorian1) reported
@james_hertford @ThreeUK There is serious problem of the other providers charging for roaming too, but on the other hand Wifi with, Zoom, Teams, Voipfone etc will enable you to call all you want for free
-

(@PhosphorTech) reported
@ThreeUK as a customer of over 10 years, how do I cancel my contact over this terrible decision to charge for roaming. Who do you recommend moving too?
-
Scept Meerkat
(@Sc_Meerkat) reported
@ThreeUK The only reason I am with #ThreeUK at the moment is “Go Roam” that you have introduced long before EU created rules for not charging If you discontinue this service, I will move to another provider as your domestic coverage is ****.
-
David
(@metaburbia) reported
@TechFirth @ThreeUK No, the best thing I can do is leave them. I don't want to be the customer of a company that lies so blatantly
-
Andrew
(@A_Square_Head) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @PhilQuirke Did these variations & permutations not exist before EU regs, as was boasted in September 2018 to Kay Burley? How, if it is underlying costs causing this, do the charges allow you to invest in your UK network? Surely you're either covering costs or making a profit to invest?
-
Commander Rapid
(@jonnypitchfork) reported
Disappointed that @ThreeUK have decided to scrap their 'go roam' policy. The convenience of being able to use your phone in Europe without any worries/charges offset the constant poor service I received.
-
Matthew West
(@Matty_West64) reported
@ThreeUK the Introduction or roaming charges, £2 a day in Europe, £5 elsewhere, is such a poor money grabbing decision. Suffice to say my current contract will be my last with your network.
