@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@LesanLesan1 @ThreeUK We were meant to have a test of a nation wide emergency alert system (because believe it or not didn’t have one!) and it seems people on a certain phone network failed to get the alert. Not great if it was a real emergency!

Having left thousands of people unable to work, @ThreeUK wanted to molify us: they are offering compensation. We are to get £6.01 for the loss of a week’s service. They are, they said, very keen to keep us “happy”. It gets better ... 2/3

@purplelaura24 @ThreeUK We have three people in our house on O2 and we never got it either. I guess it's going to come down to individual masts or something, because I was outside at 3 and I couldn't hear anything from the neighbours' houses either.

@ThreeUK I think that the minimum that needs to be done is another test to ensure this will work. One of the key things we need with these alerts is confidence in them working. Now, as a Three customer, I have no confidence. Please don’t just brush this aside until it’s really needed.
