    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @ThreeUKSupport I feel sad that amazon are selling these products and both 3 and amazon have zero regards for their customers. Really disappointed. Been with 3 for approx 10 years and think this is a disgusting trick. I will be moving network. Good riddance to 3

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, mobile data is on, its been doing it for a couple days now, phone calls only come through when ive got wifi calling on, indoor signal is dreadful 😑

    @ThreeUKSupport I have nene having issues logging into my3. I was advised to send proof of ID which I have done and has been accepted but still cannot login. Your live chat are not being overly helpful. Any idea on what I can do as still have no access to my account?!

    @ThreeUK Poor customer service. After waiting almost 3 weeks for a replacement SIM card it arrives and does not work. contacted numerous times,ongoing. Ordered 14th Jan still have no service @guardian @WhichUK

    @ThreeUK I keep getting an automated message saying "This is a special announcement, you can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." I'm dialing a Uk number from the Uk.

    @ThreeUK customer services told me they would email me a proof of purchase over an hour a go ‘within the hour’ after being billed incorrectly and having various troubles sorting it out. Really disappointing customer service, feel like I am being fobbed off
