@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning all working fine. Good signal , 5g connecting 200mb plus speed.... Router in same place but now it's 4g poor signal and barely got 2mb a second? Think I'll be sending this back.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah they're sending a new SIM out as was the same issue on a different handset. A working SIM worked fine on this device.

@ThreeUKSupport I am at the end of my tether with you. 6 chats and 5 requests for my voicemail to be switched on and it still is not. There seems to be no way to navigate your phone menus to speak to someone. Please HELP.

I have to say that the worst thing I have ever done is leave @EE and go to @ThreeUK I am now stuck in a contract until 2024 with a phone that the coverage is non-existent 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 roll on 2024!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Over 3 months. Everywhere. Have contacted customer services, it was an ordeal. Call operators very polite but appear to be reading a script, having to go over the same information again & again & getting nowhere is so frustrating.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, well having spent over half an hour taking to call centre staff that issue was never suggested. Also there was no problem in the first month or 2. Do Sims deteriorate? Am I entitled to compensation? If not resolved when can I get out of this contract?
