@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK Since the summer my signal has been getting worse, doesn't matter where I go phone calls seem to drop all the time or have interference noises, the same with my other sim that my wife uses. I'm growing frustrated that I can't get the same service as before, what can I do

@ThreeUKSupport @c_h_pugh Typical - the point is that You at three should check it works in all devices - in this case Apple iOS - the customer should not be apologising for this. You should be doing your job properly. Also no Apple Watch support so J am moving networks

@ThreeUKSupport Huawei 4g router 3 Pro. There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. This started yesterday and is causing me major problems with my work.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Has something broken? On 4G Band 1 has disappeared in North Manchester (M40) and band 3 is so weak data speeds are below 1mbps. 3G has full signal on band 1 but no service at all (emergency calls only)

Ngl ThreeUK’s network is a massive scam. They have the nerve to advertise that they cover 99% of the U.K.
