@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

So apparently people didn't get the #EmergencyAlert if they use @ThreeUK Network. What a brilliant advert for them.

@ThreeUK I haven’t received the gov emergency alert. I also haven’t had internet in W12 for the past 12 months. This network is a joke.

How odd I don’t get emergency alerts on @ThreeUK and yet they somehow keep sending me marketing SMS on a number I have repeatedly opted out of marketing on #priorities

@ThreeUK 2 on Three in our house. One did one didn't. I was sat in a cafe and the first alert went at 2.59pm, but phones were still receiving and going off at 3.20pm. We counted 8 waves of alerts. Not great in an emergency to get it 20mins late

@kejamieson_ @ThreeUK Apparently @ThreeUK had a specific issue. As their settings were different to other networks.

On the website @threeuk claim our area has 4G but it does not. I assume that's why we didn't get our emergency alerts. Dishonesty about coverage by saying we're 4G. An independent site agrees with me, you're the only network with no 4G here, yet your site claims you do. 1/2
