    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, nothing at all, I've been in to the store repeatedly and they gave me the parcel number that shows it has been at the depot since 22nd of December. Been told its being delivered that day by customer services when I've called. I've missed out on an offer with Samsung due this

    @ThreeUKSupport can someone please get back to me? I ordered a phone on contract from you in December. Its still not been delivered, Dpd parcel says it never left the depot, your customer service team claim its been delivered but it was being delivered to the store..help!!

    @ThreeUK been trying for hour to report my sons misusing phone - incredibly can’t seem to do this - and every time your automated system says ‘sorry try again bye’ - this is terrible service

    @ThreeUKSupport pls help I’m trying to set up a new account with mobile number that is just for the handset (2 separate plans as upgrade was cheaper that way) but I don’t have access to the number I’m trying to make an account for
