@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@lee_osgi @ThreeUK Virgin here using o2 I think use to be three network and nothing here

  • LeeClutterbuck Lee / DJ (@LeeClutterbuck) reported

I'm beginning to believe that @ThreeUK is an underpreppared, undermaintained and potentially life-endangering mobile network provider: Signal for not only mobile data, but calls and text (ie ALL type of communication possible on mobile) can be incredibly unreliable.

  • Raz625772 Rand (@Raz625772) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport a why didn’t I get the emerging alert. This is a major error and a dangerous safety issue. Can you look in to this please

  • ChrisPatrols ChrisPatrol (@ChrisPatrols) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @LukeJew I use @SMARTYMobileUK and also didn't get it despite alerts being turned on. (I mention this here as I understand Smarty use the Three network.

  • BeeKemiA Kemi Akinola👸🏾🐝 (@BeeKemiA) reported

@MrBaileyM @ThreeUK Also nothing on id which uses the Three network too. I guess i'd have to look out a window and see the apocalypse, then make a run for it

  • jackg91 Jack (@jackg91) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hello - emergency alerts enabled and received nothing

  • Mark_J_Fish Mark Fish (@Mark_J_Fish) reported

@ThreeUK come on three. We are waiting for an apology over the failed emergency alert on the network. All our family are on your network. If it wasn’t for my Vodafone work phone none of us would know if there was a true emergency!

  • MarkHulme_ Mark Hulme.💀 (@MarkHulme_) reported

@ALostSheepp @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Mate, normally the network and customer service is wicked. I’ve been with them years, but since they updated their app it’s gone crap! I’ve said if they don’t sort it by the time, they’re calling me back on Tuesday they can cancel my contract and wipe off any fees✊🏼💦

  • Twinklestar192 RainbowDesigns🌈 (@Twinklestar192) reported

@demonxbeth @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport We didn't get any alert either, on a different network.

  • Pukekobird Mags 〓〓 (@Pukekobird) reported

No emergency alarm today was @ThreeUK not part of it ? O2 and sky mobile worked fine thou. We all jumped.
