@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, have done this, have escalated to your tech teams who have called just now. Happened last month as well. Auto renew on your website is not working either, two browsers attempted, have passed on this as well.
