@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@andrewgentry_ @ThreeUK I am shocked. It is the key reason I went with @ThreeUK and not another mobile network. A spectacular miscalculation imho

With the end of Go Roam/Feel at Home, there really is no reason to stay with @ThreeUK. The horrendous quality of your network defo isn’t a reason to stay.

@TechFirth @ThreeUK No, the best thing I can do is leave them. I don't want to be the customer of a company that lies so blatantly

@ThreeUK re Data Roaming changes. I was (begrudgingly) about to renew a plan with you after two years of poor signal in London and zero at home - all because I require your worldwide roaming for work. Thank you for setting me free.

@ThreeUKSupport You've royally shot yourself in the foot by ending Go Roam. Whoever manages the business is destroying your unique selling point of having free roaming beyond the EU. I can safely say, I will no longer be a customer of yours once my contract ends.

@ThreeUK the Introduction or roaming charges, £2 a day in Europe, £5 elsewhere, is such a poor money grabbing decision. Suffice to say my current contract will be my last with your network.

@ThreeUK well its nice to have been a customer for over 20 years... goodbye..#roaming

@ThreeUK what a foolish move to end the free roaming. Most of your customers are using Three only due to the free roaming policy, they'll all leave you now. They'll opt to go with different providers which have far better network and prices.

Disappointed that @ThreeUK have decided to scrap their 'go roam' policy. The convenience of being able to use your phone in Europe without any worries/charges offset the constant poor service I received.
