@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK THE WORST PROVIDERS EVER. Waiting 3 days for you guys to call me all I’m trying to do is order a phone from you!!?! And I can’t even call you because the number doesn’t accept numbers. Can’t even get a hold of someone to cancel the order and take my business elsewhere!!!

@jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.
