@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

So @ThreeUK is repeatedly charging me for the same cancel fee. Every time I pay it, the flag gets reset, and they bill me again. Third time now. And when I call @ThreeUKSupport , they take my details, say they'll call me back, and don't. When can we fix this, please?

@VodafoneUK do you guys ever reply? Still waiting on a phone to be exchanged and paying for an upgrade I didn't receive. 6 calls, 3 tweets later still nothing, great customer service so far!! Probably time to switch @EE @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport And still no phone, must be so busy that a customer has to be treated like this. I’ve been lied to by Three staff on several occasions now as well. I don’t know whether to call Watchdog or the police. My family has 6 contracts with 3... I’ll be cancelling at least 4 of them.

. @ThreeUK two new contracts, only one bar of signal & 3G only indoors & outside. Cust Service checked & poor signal here. Asked if could cancel but will be charged £170! A week I’ve been waiting for someone from ‘tech team’ to call me as advised they can improve my data signal?

Good morning @ThreeUK!! Right it’s ultimatum time!!!! Either you permanently fix the never ending problem with coverage in PO15 by the end of this week or you lose me as a customer. Enough is ENOUGH. I am absolutely at my wits end now.

@MABIN2_ @TheBiancaBre @ThreeUK This! I've been with three for like 9 years now, and their reception is the worst! Good customer service though, but their deals are only just competitive these days, you may as well join o2 or one of the others.
