@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK canceled our contract within the cooling off period because we were lied to about the coverage in our area, over a month later we are still getting calls and your "advisors" are very sketchy with details. Disgusting customer service Shame on you.

@ThreeUK your customer service is absolutely abysmal, you have sent me 3 note 20 ultras ALL 3 SAME PROBLEM. I had already agreed and outcome in the event the third phone did not work. I have spent 2 hours trying to sort the problem and NOBODY is helping!!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport having trouble logging into my account for a while now, even the mobile app fails. I've tried a password reset a couple of times but get "my3auth.text.generic.error" each time I try. Anything else I can do here?

@ThreeUKSupport I have had such bad customer service and a bad experience trying to upgrade my phone contract for the last 5 days, I'm a very long term customer and I'm honestly considering cancelling my contract just so I don't have to deal with your useless reps anymore
