@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I'm having an issue setting up unconditional call forward (either in Android dialer menus or directly with the *21* MMI code). Manually, it reports "Operator message: Call forwarding - Connection problem or invalid MMI code.(0)" *67, *61 and *62 work fine.

Called @ThreeUK about my upgrade..... This is the price for the phone you want. Why can I get it £14 cheaper buying online thru 3rd party with yourself. Seems I can do that but 3 won't price match. Go figure. Nothing for loyal customer of yours.
