@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to customer services over and over! I was literally told by customer service to email three using the email on their website, surprise surprise another lie! You people are an absolute joke!
