    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @ThreeUK no service, no money. This is the deal. Do not try to charge me if you cannot provide proper service or just a little service as in the deep balkan. @ThreeUK nothing more than a scam.

    @ThreeUKSupport would strongly advise against anyone using 3 - exactly 2 weeks later still no refund and no one actually helping me on this stupid webchat or via the call centre. If you would like a company to steal money from you however take a contract with 3
