    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @cryptojakker @CrypToe_Man @ThreeUK They also had my email details. So once they have transferred the Sim to a new network they could reset my email password. And then once in control of both my number and email could then go the forgot password route at the exchanges Exchanges by by 2FA

    @ThreeUKSupport @ifenn What goes a reboot do? Often lose internet on a good 5G signal . Reboot on 5G broadband modem *sometimes* regains internet connection. N19

    @ThreeUKSupport so...given I got no warning ALL your services would be down and if I don't pay my bill tonight I won't be able to use my phone... can you see why I am not happy? Contact your customers when you do major work. 👍

    @ThreeUKSupport Please for the love of god can you stop making calls end after 2 hours? Being on hold for 100 minutes and then finally having my issue being sorted when the call drops off is quite literally the worst. Want to cry thinking of being on hold for another 90 mins.

    @mikepayne_5 @CrypToe_Man @ThreeUK Thanks for the response. So the scam (in uk) is hacker calls up the network and have enough details to convince the operator is you. Hacker get a verbal pac code to port to hackers sim? You got text to your no. as confirmation which highlighted there was something going on?
