@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUKSupport When I type my phone number in it just says we are having technical difficulties right now, and I’ve tried on 4G, 5G and Auto and all are not working. I am waiting for a number change as I sent off a form this morning with my pac code, could that affect it?

Wow.. really unimpressed with @ThreeUK customer service.. Due an upgrade (been customer for over 10 years) and NO loyalty given in return.. looks like I am moving to Virgin Mobile.. @ThreeUKSupport
