    @ThreeUKSupport Hey sorry long reply! It was sorted after 2 days! There is a new 5g mask that we t up in the area so that may habe been why? Althou i only get 1 bar of signal wen im at home thank god payg has wifi calling ect!

    @ThreeUK not happy have an outstanding balance as never paid it due to limited indoor coverage,told if I cancel I need to pay full ETF,adviser refused to run a network check and also even though I showed how frustrating I was ,the advisor never offered to raise a complaint

    @ThreeUKSupport The website stated last night the work was still going on well past 9pm and now its saying they are fixing an issue. This is now day 6 of Internet issues. Can you advise of the complaints procedure please?

    @ThreeUKSupport I am a bit worried that the latencies will be too low. The price is too low for the device. I am suspicious. Is there a return policy? The money is low but I always feels bad buying plastic and metal and then basically throwing it in the garbage bc it was useless and broken.#ESG
