    @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

    @ThreeUK went ahead with providing a replacement sim. But still issue not fixed. Not sure why you are not able to send carrier settings. @SamsungUK said it has escalated the issue internally. But how strange it is to leave it to service provider rather than fixing it. Fedup

    @ThreeUKSupport Also, pretty sure that when you change a contractual term you have to inform your customers of it, and allow us to reject it (i.e. to cancel without penalty).

    @ThreeUK why is my sons phones keep saying automatic calls to 153are not working and to phone 118183 when he is making a call? His phone cut out in mid conversation. Please sort this issue out! He is not making International calls and we are in England

    @ThreeUKSupport I am regularly having to restart my device, it makes no difference. Will I be due any sort of refund as we will have had very poor service for about 2 weeks? 17th is quite a long time to wait for this to be resolved.
