    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusted with customer service. No phone for 3 weeks, vulnerable man left with nothing. Promises to Discuss for 2 wks , not one person has even attempted to call me to Discuss this but quick enough to send him a phone bill! Utterly disgraceful

    @ThreeUKSupport I have complained 3 times. Each time i have been told that i would be contacted to discuss, as he has given consent verbally each time for this to happen. No one has contacted me. It really Is bad service, i am going to terminate the contract, and move provider Its unacceptable

    @AppleSupport Sent reply to you via DM as suggested - not a single line from @applesupport at all? What’s more I’ve just had issue with @threeuk - charged 3x for single sms - and they’re paying blame on iOS?? (Approximately one week after jacking up prices by 20%) Strange coincidence that!

    @ThreeUKSupport Wtf?, nothing happens when the 'chat now' is pressed, when the phone number is dialled it wants to know the phone number concerned which l dont have as it is mobile wifi (dongle), l want to speak to a human, l am fed up

    @GinaGisMe @ThreeUK Thx Regina. Yes I requested a call back after how awful the customer service is, they havent called me about fraud on my account! They don't care about fraud. I've followed the steps to report to the relevant authorities.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been going on for 18 months!!! What are you gonna check again?? That you still can’t provide a service?? Wc2h8lw! 18 months we’ve had check back in 7 days. Three is utterly broken! Live chat is useless and CS calls cut you off if you even get through. It’s a shambles
