@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I bought your sim on contract 15th of November, I ordered the sim over the phone call and as per your commitment my area postage code covered in 5G. But, forgot about 5G I’m not getting even 4G signal. There is 1 or maximum 2 signal of 4G. (1/2)

@ThreeUKSupport Can someone please give me an update to my mid-sold contract complaint. George said you were looking into it. I have not had any acknowledgement.

@ThreeUKSupport No- As I mentioned earlier, this issue was occurring in another part of the US last week aswell. It doesn’t seems like we are getting anywhere here- Is this simply an error in your advertising where in fact calls from the US to UK is not included in add ons?

@jjLondon1234 @ThreeUKSupport Well they are contradicting their own statements given on various platforms. They told me the same that it will be launched later this year over chat support. #GrowUp #Three will not going to stay with your network for a single day after ending my useless contract.

@ThreeUK absolutely disgusting that you find it acceptable to upgrade customers onto new price plans and phones then delay the phone being delivered by nearly 3 months and offer £20 in compensation- hang your heads disgraceful customer service. Happy to keep taking our money

@ThreeUK Utterly disgusting customer service you have! I’m unable to help my elderly father with his upgrade because I’m on a conference call with him? I have to be there in person? What difference does this make? The policy isn’t even on your website.
