@ThreeUK I set up my new sim card on Sunday, and used a PAC code that day to transfer my old number to my new sim. I have no problems making calls and sending texts, but can't receive any, people are being told the number isn't recognised. Help!

Three, service wise, isn’t too bad at all. However the biggest mistake I made was moving to a business account after being convinced to by the Three shop assistant, to save £1 per month. Being a Three business customer is the biggest load of complicated 💩 ever! @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport I have got an iPhone 14 pro max from the US meaning it doesn’t have a physical sim slot so I need to get an eSim, is there any estimate as to when Three will finally support eSim? Thanks

Hey @ThreeUK @ThreeUKsupport You’re blocking my access to my encrypted email service Tutanota via behind a 'you must verify you are over 18' page - which is basically blocking access. All other email services can be accessed normally, without verifying the age. Please fix this!

@OfficialRandL @ThreeUK That's weird. You annouce a terrible line up which I can only imagine is to keep the crowd low and then you plug sales, I'm confused. Remember when tickets sold in a day?

@ThreeUK Any update on when the maintenance work on your towers in West Yorkshire will be finished? We’ve had little to no internet since yesterday, and no contact from Three to even expect an outage, let alone any idea of how long it’ll last.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your prompt reply. Unfortunately they don’t reply on the web chat. So that was useless. At least I’m not giving you any more money to provide a bad service
