    @ThreeUKSupport Just lost all 4G signal in SK9. Any known issues? I'm only about 250 metres from the mast and normally get good signal. Have already tried restarting my phone and still nothing.

    And to add insult, the @ThreeUK hotspot I paid for, to get unlimited data for a month, won't work properly. Having to use my bf's phone hotspot. The whole digital nomad thing is not working for me at all.

    @ThreeUK sort your out. All I’d like to do is pay my bill after I get paid and not spend three months to try sort it with 7 formal complaints and you giving £20 in goodwill my £34 bill this month is still £60+ if I cancel you’ll charge me for your incompetence and disconnect me

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks I'd already tried the restart and didn't help, so have been using my other connection till I saw your response... Back on 3 now at normal speed thanks. Must have been a temp issue this morning.

    @ThreeUKSupport 1st issue. On the detector site there seemed to be a large outage from around midnight, my 4g came back around 6am

    @ThreeUKSupport just got off a couple of calls (with Three and then forwarded to Huawei) Huawei informed me that some of the missing features on the router (5G CPE Pro) are due to outdated firmware. Any chance your team could fix the outdated firmware (>= v10.0.5.1)?
