Very disappointing @vodafone. My daughter been a customer for 20 yrs, yet somehow an a/c has been set up fraudulently in her name. Rather than consider merging with @ThreeUK you'd be far better getting basics right to prevent such fraud. Now, should I renew my a/c of 25+ years?

@ThreeUKSupport so, we join 3 and every since have had rubbish connection. Same excuse when we ring “Oh there is an outage” “Oh, we are working on the network” we still paying for a service we don’t get. We want a refund and early closure of our contract without penalty

  • DawudMarsh Dawud Marsh Ⓥ (@DawudMarsh) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The wonderful service we get everyday from 3. Watching a film and it buffers all the time. They are sorry but still not enough to refund us and allow us to cancel our contract without paying a penalty. This is what we get everyday. Apparently technicians are working on it.

Honestly thinking of leaving @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the signal is getting worse…. Might aswel just get myself 2 cups with some string.

  • DawudMarsh Dawud Marsh Ⓥ (@DawudMarsh) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No response as yet, whilst our internet service is still rubbish.

@ThreeUKSupport hi ! Internet at home using the 4G broadband has been really bad since last month. We’ve tried everything including getting a new SIM card but it’s still very slow. Any idea what we can do?

  • DawudMarsh Dawud Marsh Ⓥ (@DawudMarsh) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 28th March. 2022. Every since we have had a poor service and I’ve phoned twice and nothing has changed. Still paying for no service. We run our internet through our phones most of the time.

@_FearFighter_ @ThreeUK I don’t know where to turn next to be honest. I keep Three because I can use my allowance when in Australia and the US. But the signal here in the UK is bloody awful.

  • lukeredpath Luke Redpath (@lukeredpath) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So I guess for now the only practical thing I can do is put my spending cap up to £20 so I do actually have the headroom over and above my normal bill that I expected. You need to fix your system or fix the wording on your website.

  • lukeredpath Luke Redpath (@lukeredpath) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Searching back on Twitter I can see your billing system has been broken in this way for years. I found one user who triggered spending cap alerts as soon as their bill was produced as it was over their limit. Stupid.
