Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

@ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

@LeeLogan_ @ThreeUKSupport We’re the same, home broadband via three sim when down about an hour ago. My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@ThreeUKSupport @elliotw100 Elliot they’re just doing it to increase revenue which is ridiculous. Raise a complaint and tell them you have been quoted as being able to keep it in a 3store. 3 complaints have the power to add an “exempt” flag in your account to override go roam charges as an exception.

@ThreeUKSupport Morning Antony; no home broadband signal or phone signal at home since 26th January; no response to emails; I called 31st Jan & was told all would be restored by 7th Feb; today is 9th and still no services at home. Partner WFH and is losing pay/annual leave as a result.

@ThreeUKSupport Do u have a team ? U end up speaking to 10 people wasting 2hrs explaining urself to different departments saying the same thing and at the end the phone will go off ..think it's intentional u guys know what u doing .I'm paying for something that isn't working and very slow
