Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported@JurateJW @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No better in the North either. I thought the Vodafone acquisition was supposed to make them the largest network in the UK and improve signal. I feel it’s got worse.
-
McTebow (@Scottish_jet_79) reported@JosefNixon @ThreeUK it’s really awful :-(
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Burak Eregar (@burakeregar) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK been using o2 and spent more than a year out of the UK and never had an issue though, i am paying monthly not pre-paid
-
UDI for The North 🐧 (@SunyaSutti) reportedWhy do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!
-
naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK As a young woman travelling abroad not only is this very dangerous but also absolutely disgusting that you think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way just to make more money! Sort it out @ThreeUK
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
Thiccschach (@BlindWanda) reportedAnybody else got problems with their Three home broadband right now?? @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK how about some action on your end telling customers the network has problems.
-
Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.
