    Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUK why is it you find its acceptable to provide a rubbish service and then be rude on the phone like its my fault? To top it up my kids are suffering because they can not be home schooled due to your bad service! Yet you won't give us a discount of any type as compensation

    @ThreeUK it’s quite painful trying to get a response about a repair from the support chat function. Apparently I can only get my phone repaired in an Apple store, none of which are open.

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK £83 I've had to pay because instead of cancelling they have given some PAC code I was supposed to use despite having no idea what this is. Stay away from this awful network folks .

    @ThreeUKSupport It is still really bad today. When will this on going issue since last year be fixed? I had ai cube that I couldn’t use as well. Need to get home broadband as you can’t even supply mobile broadband or calls that don’t drop. I’m leaving! I’m not paying for something that is poor.

    @ThreeUK 7 weeks now just trying to cancel my dad's broadband since he died. Spoken with numerous people. Passed from pillar to post. Hands down the worst customer service ever. Don't bother with a generic reply about contacting your complaints team because they have done nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport Mark, I spoke to support and they told me the wrong SIM was sent. I received a PAYG instead of contract. You're apparently prioritising my SIM to send ASAP.
