    Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

    @ThreeUK I'm trying to switch from PAYG (account with three) to a monthly sim (also account with three). I've purchased the monthly sim but can't find how to move my current mobile number to new plan. Pls help!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah i think my contract ends in August. But i will be moving soon thats why its being such a pain waiting for calls from brokers etc getting annoying having to walk down the street every time i wanna make a call

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately not. Speeds on device was getting 21Mbps down, now only 1-2Mbps. Have checked obvious settings. Please advise if account is being restricted.

    @ThreeUKSupport I requested a PAC code when I was due a free upgrade and paid a bill on 24th May. I cannot login to my online account to check I owe you anything but I was wary to give card details over the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport oh my god. Can I cancel the sim I've purchased then? Obviously, I didn't know better, I'm not sure why you've asked me like that? I didn't see it as an option?
