    Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport I dont have a spending cap but cannot make calls to italy since last year.I can on my wife phone also on three but i get an announcement saying i need to use 118333 to connect to the three national directory service .So i need to redial 1183330039... but then the call just fails

    @MrBrooksOnTour @rob3047 @ThreeUK Troutbeck Head is virtually non existent signal, Meathop Fell was fine on EE. Club Site WiFi is not keeping up with newer systems. 5G, as 8 found out last week at Crystal Palace is very fast indeed.

    @legsdown @rob3047 @ThreeUK I ditched 3 in favour of EE as I could never get a decent download speed regardless of signal strength. Absolutely no regrets, especially when staying in more remote spots.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport is that humour? The issue existed for months prior to me talking to the 'team' - my image of PM was from back April this year and it has persisted until today, so 7 months have passed since being "passed on" - how was tweeting you of any help whatsoever!?

    @ThreeUKSupport No, just sims that are about 1-2 years old. I have always topped up with voucher or 444 - but about a year 1/2 ago, that sales message appeared when trying to but via unreg CC. When it worked, there never was an advert interrupting the top up process.
