@ThreeUKSupport Sometimes I have no signal or connection even though I have full bars and 4G showing on my phone. My signal breaks when I’m making a phone call even if I haven’t moved nor has the other person. Very unhappy with my service

@ThreeUKSupport Im in the UK and the content filter issue started happening over the weekend So I tried logging into my account to turn it back off but I can't, tried on my phone and 2 different laptops If I use WiFi then it's fine but the Internet in my house is rubbish so I don't use it.

@ThreeUKSupport Is there something happening in the BN16 4DE area yet again? Internet is slower than BT (about 6mbps) when usually it is over 50. Only 1 or 2 indicator lights on router. Service has been so bad recently!

@ThreeUKSupport we’ve done everything! it would have be nice if you had at least warned your customers that due to upgrading the network some people might have low signal. if the equipment i’m using is out of date ? if that is the case you could let us know
