    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried all this and still the same issues. I have tried connecting to the webchat the last 4 days and it tells me there are ‘no operators available’ and ‘please try later’, every time. Is there another solution to get this resolved? Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport Having an awful time returning my 4G modem within the 30 day period, as I moved house and they will only send the envelope to my old address. I've been redirected on the phones 4 times to different indian call centres, no-one can help & they say I will be charged

    @ThreeUKSupport It wasn’t a final bill I had the phone 2 days and sent it back so I shouldn’t be getting billed for anything I’ve raised the issue 5 times with your customer service online chat and via phone and still nothing keep getting txt messages from CRS saying I owe three £106

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having problems with my 4g signal for the past week or 2, it's been staying at 2 bars no matter where I am, I use to always get full in my house now I barely get any, occasionally no signal. How can I fix this.

    @LolInKent I have @ThreeUK 4g wireless router not the fastest but fast enough for me to stream without buffering. Hopefully won't be long before they have 5g in my area and I'll upgrade as upload speeds are a *bit crap. *TERRIBLE

    @ThreeUKSupport This is always your excuse as well as me having to turn my phone on and off almost every two days just to make calls. Your customer service is terrible an hour to get a barely English speaking advisor both on phone and live chat your service to me was not as described in contract

    @ThreeUKSupport The problem is that operators never seem to be available on Live Chat. And when I call, I can't get past the menu because it asks me for my Three mobile number. I was never sent a number or a SIM so I don't know what it is.

    Why is it that whenever I try and call @ThreeUK to cancel my phone contract (during my cooling off period) the line always mysteriously drops?
