@ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport will the account holder need to go into a Three Store (when they are open) with Photo ID like Passport or Driving License to identify themselves. If they can’t pass security over the phone with one of your customer service agents?
