@ThreeUK My data has been notoriously slow for a while now, to the point I only use WiFi now. I am temporarily staying somewhere without WiFi and have to use my data again now and it is slower than paint drying.

@ThreeUK would love to know where you get off calling us liars. Horrendous service. Billed for a service we had cancelled. Proof sent the device was delivered as requested and call centre staff hanging up on us. See you in court.

@ThreeUKSupport Initially that there was no issues with the signal up here and after pointing out the inconsistency in mobile signal it took a while for them to recognise the issue.

@ThreeUKSupport Shame no one was keen to help during two hours of phone calls. been billed twice since despite being told we just need to send the router back. We did this immediately and were told no we hadn't even when we supplied 2 lots of proof. Bloody useless company. Never again.

@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Everyone is claiming to be a keyworker and some keyworkers have been turned down for a place. @GavinWilliamson should be getting devices out to kids not sending more in to make his life easier and increasing the spread at the same time by saying more can go back Defeats the point

My blood is boiling 10 weeks to get an email address added to my @ThreeUK account. Still not working 🤬🤬🤬. But the cheeky so and so want to charge me for my phone bills to be posted out. I don't think so @ThreeUK your customer service is shocking sort it out

@ThreeUK 3 must be right up there with the worst customer service... Was promised a refund in 3 days... didn’t happen. Queried the refund, was told in would be in my account next day... still nothing. Called up to query the above and advisor cut me off #ServiceAtItsBest 👏

@ThreeUK Are ThreeUK donating any much needed digital devices to school children need them for online learning? Even old, refurbished stock could be the difference for a young person's future. I'm not a parent...but this is such a solvable issue.
