@ThreeUK I was on a boat that brushed past the coast of Albania at night, and my phone briefly connected to their network. How is it acceptable to charge just under £20 for 3.2mb of data in such a situation? Roaming charges are an absolute con that pray on peoples naivete.

Their customer service is absolutely shocking @ThreeUK sort your 4g out in the ct8 area its been 4 months ffs !!! It might say it works fine but I promise you it doesn’t.

@ThreeUK hi - just trying to sort out my parents’ broadband hub. However cannot work out how to talk to someone at your end. There is no option to speak to anyone on your phone options. Please help. This is frustrating

@ThreeUKSupport I've already done this 5 times amd nothing has been done. I get smae response all the time also at one point I was told the mast was having something done to it and 7 days it should be fully working but Thai doesn't show anywhere on the network status page
