    @ThreeUKSupport hi i gave my 30 days notice at the end of january for a contract only sim which was due to end 1st march 2023. I never recieved the final bill they promised me nor was the contract cancelled. They cancelled from today need to wait for final bill again so angry

    . @ThreeUKSupport how can I log into my account when the SIM is in my mobile broadband 30 miles away at the moment and I don't have a 3 phone but the 6 digit code has been sent to my 3 number....spoken to 8 people now to get this resolved and no luck...so who can help?

    @PositiveLad @ThreeUK Not just their 5G. my bf has a 4G mobile wifi point in his van (yes, even external aerial fitted) and it's unstable. Just uses his EE mobile now, but stuck in a 3 contract.
