Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isn’t the issue, it’s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasn’t updated with the mast RAN equipment.
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m guessing that will be down to Openreach. Will probably happen when BT upgrade their EE RAN equipment on it to 5G - currently 2G/3G/4G
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Does your router also support b32 and b28 ? They are also present on that mast, b32 is SDL only

Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I live near the proposed Stanley lane site so will be goof for me too. Issue Three is having is it’d upgrading all its 3G only masts (ready for 3G switch off next year) to 4G and 5G, but on many sites the backhaul isn’t ready for full 1gbps band 78 5G

Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then they’ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. They’ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.
-
Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me who do, if not 3 customer support....
-

-
Graeme (@woodenscot) reported.@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.
-
Shuga Jar (@AmaraCajetan) reportedWhen it comes to frustrating you, just leave it for @ThreeUK They have got to be the most useless UK network ever! Unfortunately you’re forced into a freaking contract with them.
-
Soarriver (@mikedavied001) reportedIs it only me or does @ThreeUK phone company just keep suggesting **** apps to download. 15 minutes out of my life binning **** I don't fuuc#ing need. If I want I'll ask for it. 😡🤬🤬

Rizwan Ali (@rizwanalihaidr) reportedHi @ThreeUKSupport , This is now a formal complaint. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the service I’ve received recently is completely unacceptable. I am being significantly overcharged. my bill should be £15 + £28 for broadband, yet £104 was taken last month
-
Keith (@Keith5978673925) reported@ThreeUK When will you be fixing the tower in Aberdeen? It has been down for maintenance for seven weeks, and maximum download speeds of 2 Mbps simply do not work. The tower spends more time down for maintenance each year than it does actually providing a service.
-
Alexander Bragin (@SkaterMadnes) reported@ThreeUK @JonnyMontrealQC It's still broken a year later.
-
Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported@ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.
-
NN (@NoveNight) reported@ThreeUK is an absolute joke. They cancelled my phone plan with no warning and won't even let me lodge a formal complaint. Are there any authorities in the UK where I can escalate my complaint?
