    @SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then they’ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. They’ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.

    @ThreeUKSupport Masts. They provide your service to areas. I wish to know where the closest mast is to Sy25by. As I will need to position my antenna to get best signal

    @ThreeUKSupport There’s always mast/congestion problems, and this phone doesn’t have 3G. As a result there’s no point my taking out a new contract just to be paying more for the same unreliable service.

    @ThreeUKSupport No problem - we’re an iPhone household, your 4G signal is fine so we’re unaffected by this but just thought I’d inform you that 5G had disappeared from our devices overnight.

    @ThreeUKSupport No they wont. They'll tell me to restart my router and to just wait 7 days. Like the last 7 times I've called the broadband support.

    @ThreeUK are by fare the worst mobile company going. I've been with them for over 8 years but recently have been fobbed off and passed all over the show whilst trying to claim for my stolen phone. they've continued to take full payment out of my account but won't let me claim?
