Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Masts. They provide your service to areas. I wish to know where the closest mast is to Sy25by. As I will need to position my antenna to get best signal
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isn’t the issue, it’s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasn’t updated with the mast RAN equipment.
-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then they’ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. They’ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Does your router also support b32 and b28 ? They are also present on that mast, b32 is SDL only
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I live near the proposed Stanley lane site so will be goof for me too. Issue Three is having is it’d upgrading all its 3G only masts (ready for 3G switch off next year) to 4G and 5G, but on many sites the backhaul isn’t ready for full 1gbps band 78 5G
-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic
-
Alan Ramsay (@_aramsay) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the update @ThreeUKSupport - how can I get an update as to when they have investigated and what / when the resolution will be?
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m guessing that will be down to Openreach. Will probably happen when BT upgrade their EE RAN equipment on it to 5G - currently 2G/3G/4G
-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@KnightkingU @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Looks like capacity issues to me
-
Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me who do, if not 3 customer support....

Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport I switched away from Three a few years back because it was bad, but came back in march this year on their Smarty plan (unlimited everything for £16 per month) after a friend said they’d improved- they weren’t wrong.

Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reported@SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK Yes it’s network problem as it in need of repair was told that 2 years ago
-
Ibad Jan (@IbadJan115) reported@ThreeUK your network has become absolutely terrible. The signal keeps dropping, data is painfully slow, and I’m honestly fed up with it. I’m paying for a service that I can barely use. Please fix this issue or explain what’s going on. 😡📶 #ThreeUK
-
David (@princelawanii) reportedThree Mobile, you frustrate me with how ****** the network has been over the past few weeks. @ThreeUK
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
fox (@FoxRunTime) reportedstill better service quality than @threeuk
-
אדֶגְבּוֹיֶגָה (@IamSamuelOO) reported@ThreeUK what is wrong with your network. I am paying for everything I use yet your network is becoming bad everyday, I have noticed this for over 3months now there is gross instability. If you don’t solve this I am going to switch to @Vodacom
-
Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reportedSo when will it happen? And your misleading tv add that your investing 11 billion in to the network yet you fail to say 4.3 billion of that is to buy @ThreeUK #ukmobilenetworks #vodaphoneUK
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported@coveragechecker @ThreeUK I was surprised by a lot about it, I used to work for three so I knew there were some good places but recently since they have merged the signal around my city has just dropped quite hard, I’ve reported it many times but they don’t seem to get back to me lol
-
TheYellingKitty. (@TheYellingKitty) reported@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK what’s going on in the HU1 area with your network because it’s ****** been over 12 hours now I better be getting some kind of compensation for this
-
Alisha (@Alishaa_Ali) reported@ThreeUKSupport Please help.i returned 2 tablets using Three’s prepaid return packaging around April 2025. After repeatedly being told there was no evidence, BOTH have now been found. Three says they were “received” June 2026 and won’t fully refund me. I need this investigated
