Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then they’ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. They’ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.

Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Does your router also support b32 and b28 ? They are also present on that mast, b32 is SDL only
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m guessing that will be down to Openreach. Will probably happen when BT upgrade their EE RAN equipment on it to 5G - currently 2G/3G/4G
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isn’t the issue, it’s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasn’t updated with the mast RAN equipment.
-
Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me who do, if not 3 customer support....
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I live near the proposed Stanley lane site so will be goof for me too. Issue Three is having is it’d upgrading all its 3G only masts (ready for 3G switch off next year) to 4G and 5G, but on many sites the backhaul isn’t ready for full 1gbps band 78 5G

Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic
-
Alan Ramsay (@_aramsay) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the update @ThreeUKSupport - how can I get an update as to when they have investigated and what / when the resolution will be?
-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport I switched away from Three a few years back because it was bad, but came back in march this year on their Smarty plan (unlimited everything for £16 per month) after a friend said they’d improved- they weren’t wrong.
-
Ashleys Autism Journey (@AshAutismStory) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport absolutely awful signal today in Shrewsbury today and just recently 😔😔😔

-
Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Masts. They provide your service to areas. I wish to know where the closest mast is to Sy25by. As I will need to position my antenna to get best signal

Chris Woods (@christopherw) reported@ThreeUK hello, I'm considering buying the Xperia 1 Mk. 3 when it's released in the UK later this month. Will you support WiFi calling, VoLTE, HD Voice, mmWave and full 5G bands and so on at release? Also, any plans to retail the handset?
-
Tim Porter (@timporteruk) reported@ThreeUKSupport I've already had this chat which confirmed the issue was your side with the share rate and not our side with a technical issue! You were pushing this to your second tech team to look into this further and this is not being done!!
-
♡Emily♡ (@I_Salute_Cheryl) reported@ThreeUKSupport No but I’ve never done anything to reach my “spend limit” my messages, calls and data are all unlimited and I have no extra charges this month either
-
London Appliance Testing (@Appliance_Test) reported@Kourdoullou @ThreeUKSupport Their customer service can't give a date 10 days now and they still don't know So how do the Twitter team know a date or are they just throwing out a random date to try and shut us up
-
Tim Porter (@timporteruk) reported@ThreeUKSupport And as such I then never get confirmation that I can cancel without being charged the exit fee.
-
brndn (@brndnxiii) reported@ThreeUKSupport I live in NW London and I’ve been experiencing a disastrous 4G connection for a couple hours. I can’t even open any page on Safari and most apps won’t load due to bad connection. What’s happening?
-
Grody (@pickled_tinker) reported@ThreeUK you should honestly be embarrassed about your network's performance!! 3/0.2 at 2000ms pings is not only atrocious, but makes O2's ****** 3rd world network stomp all over you. SO23 9LJ Has been **** since the very first day. @Ofcom should forbid your 5G rollouts.
-
Tim Porter (@timporteruk) reportedThinking outside the box, I discovered that @ThreeUK were offering a 4G home broadband service. I checked on their site, and it confirmed that the 4G coverage was VERY GOOD in the area.
-
Tim Porter (@timporteruk) reported@ThreeUKSupport Read the above. The issue was not a technical issue our side but a problem your side which you don't seem to be prioritising. What more can I do to get you to take action and look deeper into this matter?? If you cannot do this then let her cancel without charging the exit fee!
-
Grody (@pickled_tinker) reportedAlso, what option do I use on your pathetic customer services number. I hit 4 for other and the 4 options are friggen useless. Seriously, @ThreeUK have you taken onboard the scum baggery of O2, because if you have, god help you.
