Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I live near the proposed Stanley lane site so will be goof for me too. Issue Three is having is it’d upgrading all its 3G only masts (ready for 3G switch off next year) to 4G and 5G, but on many sites the backhaul isn’t ready for full 1gbps band 78 5G

Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport I switched away from Three a few years back because it was bad, but came back in march this year on their Smarty plan (unlimited everything for £16 per month) after a friend said they’d improved- they weren’t wrong.

Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Masts. They provide your service to areas. I wish to know where the closest mast is to Sy25by. As I will need to position my antenna to get best signal

Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic

Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Does your router also support b32 and b28 ? They are also present on that mast, b32 is SDL only
-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then they’ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. They’ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.

Alan Ramsay (@_aramsay) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the update @ThreeUKSupport - how can I get an update as to when they have investigated and what / when the resolution will be?

Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@GadgetsBoy @ThreeUK Looks like the network is overloaded to me
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m guessing that will be down to Openreach. Will probably happen when BT upgrade their EE RAN equipment on it to 5G - currently 2G/3G/4G
-
Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me who do, if not 3 customer support....
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isn’t the issue, it’s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasn’t updated with the mast RAN equipment.

Tanzanian Terrier 🇬🇧🇹🇿🇺🇦🇮🇱 (@petronious) reportedYears ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.

Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reportedHow odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them I’m 3 staff (I’m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they weren’t really from 3….
-
Mark and Roger (@MarkandRoger) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!

Álvaro Pétrus (@AcgbPetrus) reported@ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.
