    @SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then they’ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. They’ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.

    @ThreeUKSupport Masts. They provide your service to areas. I wish to know where the closest mast is to Sy25by. As I will need to position my antenna to get best signal

    @historyinyork @ThreeUKSupport I am having the same issue today. I have full 4G bars but the phone is struggling to load YouTube, the App Store or the Apple website itself. The funny thing is if I use the device in hotspot mode internet works perfectly fine in other devices.

    When company revised the targets it's vouchers that we depend on so that the even those 2k-4k matters alot to us but we never get it for eg if we are supposed to get it in the month on January we get it after 3-4 months but again sometimes we don't even get it @ThreeUK

    So here we come again as expected tech mahindra never keep their promises there are certian vouchers which is our hard earned money after retaining abd giving business to the company they never keep upto thier promises @anandmahindra @ThreeUK

    @XanderIommi @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport The live chat is painful. The technical team can't view the video and they don't understand the issue. I'm sure you can be better than this. Take a few steps in my shoes, follow the link yourself and explain the issue to your service team. Feel my pain.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have two 3 SIM cards and neither had a scrap of signal all day in Manchester (M3 3JE) couldnt even connect a call even using WiFi calling?!
