    @ThreeUKSupport That I had to ring the debt agency, which I have tried and can’t get through. In any case i don’t understand why I need to phone them when she is not paying for something that is not her fault. Then they wanted to cancel the phone contract but she would be charged.

    @ThreeUKSupport Snapchat not working on wifi, only mobile data. Already restarted router, relogged in and restarted phone (and closed the apps). Fix your wifi.

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport my Netflix/Snapchat/Go Binge services have been blocked when using my 5G broadband, for nearly a week now with no updates other than you're looking into it. I not a new customer so should keep my Go Binge package. Can you help please?
