@ThreeUK next to no data can be used around Stratford Station, E15 1DE. This has been ongoing for YEARS. I generally just avoid using my phone through Stratford during my commutes because of this but this is beyond a joke now. What are you doing about this persistent issue?

@ThreeUKSupport I emailed them days ago and had no reply. Called today and was told despite what the promotion said they will not take my Huawei P30 Pro (despite me getting it from Three. I have cancelled my upgrade and will cancel all 3 of my Three contracts. I feel conned and disappointed

@ThreeUKSupport That's extremely frustrating Jacq but I appreciate you don't personally make the rules. What's the best way to add data in an emergency at the end of the month without being stung for 2 months of data add-ons? I imagine a lot of people get caught out like this.
