    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately that never sends either. Before it would send with just the word PAC and I’d get a text back telling me to add my DOB. I don’t get that as the text never sends.

    @FaranAh55565254 @ThreeUKSupport Hello, have you done a SpeedTest on iOS 14, then completed the update to iOS 15 and tried it again? Sometimes updates help with this kind of thing. Not trying to be mean, just curious. Thanks.

    @ThreeUK so just got a final bill for 1p! Can't believe it! Last credit must have been worked out incorrectly. Surely you can cancel this? Won't it cost more in banking fees?

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUK i've lived in an underdeveloped country and never seen such a bad, slow even not working internet in the last twenty years. Just wondering how you manage it. I couldn't get connected today at all in Southport?

    @ThreeUKSupport TV was delivered to neighbour, I was on holiday. It arrived 2ish weeks earlier than expected. When opened its broken.Reported it and exertier said they needed approvals from Three. Been on a chat for over 90 mins to find the right team to approve...

    After putting up with abysmal 02 reception in Peckham for waaay longer than I'd like to admit, I finally moved to @ThreeUK a couple of weeks ago and service is smashing around here. Recommend. O2 aren't fixing those masts they chat about.
