@ThreeUKSupport I’ll try but im v busy and as I have already wasted 6+ hours on the phone to you this week with no resolution, only more lies/no answers to my V simple questions. Over 1.5 hours last night, most on hold while he “checked” things, only to come back with irrelevant info and deals

Now the contract was literally a 10a and I check my bank statements but not that much and only really double check big things over say £20, and as it came out on the same day as my phone contract it came up as a payment to @ThreeUK that's it so I basically never spotted it

@ThreeUKSupport Hiya, since upgrading to the latest iOS on Thursday night my phone is only connecting to web based services whilst on Wi-Fi. Is this a common issue and how can I correct the problem? Thanks James

@ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

@ThreeUK Hi I’m a Three customer with terrible reception in my house, so I use WiFi calling. But lately, any SMS I try to send whilst on WiFi fails, and I have to disable WiFi and wait for more signal bars. Is there a way to fix this?

@ThreeUKSupport Now on day 6 of no phone signal or home broadband. I am unable to get through on my phone as it will not connect even when on 3G only. I am unable to get through to Web chat on the above link either. Please can you update me???

@ThreeUK totally disgusted with your so called customer service today. Have been a customer for many years with six contracts. Every single one will be cancelled at end date and moved to a competitor solely down to the incompetence of your customer service.
