    just ran tests for 3 hours and found out my internet's prolly being throttled, got on live call with customer service for them to OPEN with a msg that basically said "**** you dont care, call the number" **** you @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport No and I won't be either. I'll be calling in a few weeks when it's time to pay another £35 like I've paid for the last 10 years (apart from when you were charging £25 of course) and if I *don't* get a month's free... I'm changing network to @SMARTYMobileUK which is much cheaper

    @ThreeUKSupport If you fix your service then maybe it would relieve my anxiety and I wouldn’t feel this way. I have deadlines to meet and because of you I am going to miss them which could lead to me losing my job. How do you plan on helping with that?

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to Peter in the online team and also Shraddha - from customer complaints the manager who finally called me back. Everything has been sorted for now but let’s see by next week if I receive my refund!
