    @ThreeUK we’ve had poor internet for over a week. When we ring up workers waste time checking our mobile and broadband settings even though we already know there are repairs. We deserve honest answers and proper timeframes for repairs. Web updates during repairs are useless.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Iain this goes way beyond a 'complaint' for over a 5 year period this severely disabled woman who is now end of life was over charged £2,332.80 approximately. Her disability is as such she cannot tap on a keyboard let alone open mail. I've only recently been given permission
