@ThreeUK any chance you can let me know what's happening with 5g coverage in Cardiff. My phones connected but I have no Internet connection. Your network coverage page says its not a 5g area and your status page says there's no issues.... yet was working couple of weeks ago.

@ThreeUKSupport More than a month of desperately slow internet speeds using my supplied Huawei 4G router. Currently running 3.8mbps down, unmeasurable up. I’ve tried everything. Changed router, sim, all settings all to no avail. £20 per month for a mostly unusable service.

@ThreeUK I work in Lancaster city centre (la1 area) & every time I leave my workplace (where there’s Wi-Fi) & go in to the town centre I get no signal on my phone. It shows as 4G and plenty of bars but my phone will not work. Only happens in Lancaster. Any idea why?!
