Appalling customer service @ThreeUK over an hour 15mins yesterday and three customer service won't help either... obviously prefer to entice new customers than assist existing... will be leaving asap

@ThreeUK how is it deemed ok by your company to charge £66 per month for nearly 12 months AFTER a fixed contract has ended? When SIM only is £12 per month... that’s basically £500 extra you’ve taken. How is that good customer service?

@ThreeUKSupport Our phones don’t pick up any internet signal even when we turn data roaming on. The phone shows 4g but won’t allow any roaming just states internet can’t be connected
