@ThreeUK I’ve been a customer of yours for many years and I don’t have a dd set up. Every time I pay my Bill I ask for the link to set up a dd to save £5 a month, the link sent does not work. By sending me a defunct link, it is costing me £5 a month more. Nor happy

@ThreeUKSupport your customer service is shocking! I've called twice today to amend my contract and each time your staff insisted on using an old email address - which I no longer have access to - for validation. They won't let me update it and insisted I go into a store...

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I was with three mobile for over 4 Years, and have been presenting issued not only with the service but with my bills. I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!

5/5 @ThreeUKSupport I have to emphasise again. If you're going to offshore your support services, please at least tell them which countries are in, you know, the biggest pandemic for 100 years and currently in lockdown? I'm REALLY disappointed..
