@ThreeUKSupport I had two months of terrible 5G broadband, followed by three months of almost daily hassle from you. I thought it was over when I received a letter confirming I owe no money. Then received an email from the debt collection company. You are the worst.

@ItsSpeltWithAC @O2 @ThreeUK He told us it depends if it is a software glitch or a hardware issue. If its a software the OS replacement may work. We couldn't get another appointment with apple until Tuesday so back with them so they can replace the phone (hopefully). Its only 3 mnth old.

@ThreeUKSupport Yup. Was a Three customer originally from Three launch. Switched to O2 to support Apple Watch but thought Three was better. Experience with 5G home broadband would make me question ever going back to Three
