I changed to @ThreeUK because of their supposedly good customer service. I am now in my 3rd webchat in as many weeks to try and sort my direct debit that they keep messing up and have now cut my phone off. Honestly I didn't need crying to my phone company in this awful year.

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded through the website logged into my3, and had all confirmation straight away. After waiting in all day I rang customer service who argued with me there was no upgrade on my account even though I was currently logged on to the my3 app and could see order!!

@SouthamptonCC @ThreeUK I live about 20 yds from it... was never consulted, and putting the notice on a random lamppost during lockdown, scummy move , local councillors stayed quiet when they are usually on social media every five minutes...
