    @ThreeUKSupport It’s happening all over, I’m a driver so travel a lot but it happens anywhere, tech team have played with my settings and all sorts, but a lot of my friends and family are having similar issues and have already left, I’ve been with three since 2013 and had no issue until this yr

    @ThreeUKSupport So what the hell is up with the internet in this last week? Disconnects, reconnects, slow buffering, stopping, starting... router still in the same place as it always is. I've had only problems with this new router and contract.

    @ThreeUK help ... cancelled contract and used PAC code to change providers ... received text from you to view my bill, now you won't let me as my number is no longer with you! Need to see account and bill due out next week... HELP!

    @ThreeUKSupport As I've already explained I tried calling on numerous occasions, I've been told numerous times you'll stop billing me. If I don't have a resolution by this Friday I will be submitting a claim to the small claims court.

    @ThreeUK Hi Three! Just wondering if you think it is acceptable to take your customers on a wild goose chase so they expire their grace period and can't freely cancel their contract despite not having any signal or coverage since day one and complaining 6 times? Cheers!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport How long are you doing 5G network upgrades for. It's unacceptable to say that you're performing upgrades which distrupt the usage of our phones without providing a time scale. Are we going to recieve our money back for this time we cannot use our phones?

    @ThreeUK I have just been hung up on there at 8.00pm precisely. Never mind the fact that I was on the phone from 7.00pm. Your customer service is abysmal!
