    Since yesterday morning, the @ThreeUK Internet and 5G service has been completely down in Ealing, and still is. Why is it still not fixed?! I'm having to go back to my parents to use the WiFi just shortly after having moved out?!

    @ThreeUKSupport hello. I am having connection issues with my home broadband. Your site keeps reporting issues in my area PE22 8RG. My Mobile 4G is working but 4G home broadband router is not (it shows a signal). Will the maintenance/issue be done soon, I can’t work from home?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have not been able to use my mobile data (which I have unlimited) since approx 10pm last night. Problem first happened in WC2N and has been an issue in SW6 since. My phone shows I have full bars / 4G. Please help

    @deborah_bonetti @ThreeUKSupport Litrially no point sending a DM with postcode. They don't offer anything other than 'its still affecting some customers' no ETA or help at all
