    @ThreeUK Is it normal for your 3G to be faster and more reliable than your 4G and 5G? I've found the two of those to be absolutely useless with your network

    @ThreeUKSupport I have used the 3 app to activate a SIM I was sent as a replacement.I inputted my phone number then inputted the 19 digit SIM number..My SIM is not showing my phone number.This was over 2 hrs ago..Can you help.Says number unknown

    For the last three months or so I haven't been able to make phone calls or use data. What's more is that @ThreeUK are ignoring my complaints. So basically there service is horrid, customer and otherwise.

    Im very annoyed right now. Just found out that @ThreeUK have been charging me nearly 3x my phone bill for "premium messages" ive been receiving from what is basically a scam for the past few months, that i never signed up to. @ThreeUKSupport
