@ThreeUKSupport Yes. They want to update password on account, sent id, they want id with headshot, then they want my head and my driving licence clear, then i have to go store to get sim not by post, 3days in the phone no network yet. Did call to customer service everyday but of no use!

Just been told by someone at @ThreeUK that the signal in my area will never get any better. It’s crap & has got worse this last week. I have been with them for 5/6 years & they have happily taken my money knowing they will never provide the service they promised 🤬

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the link Iain. I've rung support and I've factory reset the router but I'm still getting unusable upload speeds. They are calling me tomorrow about it.
