    @ThreeUKSupport network has been down on the mobile broadband & my mobile in the BT27 5NS area the past two days. If I go a few miles away it all works perfectly but the live chat function to report an issue keeps saying please try again. Coverage checker says no issues. Great.

    Me: Has phone stolen two days after upgrading with @ThreeUK, network refuses to help and says only solution is for me to buy a new phone Also me: Buys new phone, contacts @ThreeUKSupport only to be told my contract isn't compatible with its eSIM policy and the phone is useless

    @ThreeUKSupport We've been told that they're activating it and to wait 48 hours - and then, nothing happens. I've ordered hardwired internet now. So just need to cancel this 5G hub and move on with my life / get the £20 activation fee back. But that is proving difficult.

    @ispreview hey, so it looks like @ThreeUK have updated their codec for the voice calls, I think they are using Evs like EE? If you ring someone that is on Three, from any other network now, you get high quality calls! It’s great! :-)

    @ThreeUKSupport your goofball chat support told me to go in store to get my refund, and when I get there. The in store staff told me to go on your chat. What is your problem Three?

    @ThreeUKSupport Having a nightmare. I have upgraded phone but you have issued me with a new sim card with new number. My old number has now ported through, but in the process my Three UK account of 20 years seems to have been cancelled so I now can't even log in to Three support

    @ThreeUKSupport No response to my written letter so I spoke to customer services and sent a copy of my letter who emailed to acknowledge receipt and they would look in to it - a month later I get a debt collector emailing me.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so i have my emergency alerts turned off, every time i restart my phone i get a notification saying my operator has changed my settings and turned it on again. Why are you doing this?
