So I ask @ThreeUK to extend my contract to help me out so I can help them by paying both the early upgrade fee and contract rental for the month, they are saying no. Is this company abhorrent or what?

@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my home broadband contract (I was out of contract) and they asked me to return the 5g router within 5 days from when I get the return box, but I would still charged for 30 days since I cancelled. How does it work? Charged but can’t use the service!

@ThreeUKSupport @lrns88 So yet again instead of actually looking you blame the customer. Sums up your customer services as scum.

@ThreeUKSupport Well that's different from what I was told and they won't be helping much on the phone to me when it's a network issue which seems pretty widespread.. I reckon it's just another attempt to be fobbed off

@UberFacts @ThreeUK and @Europcar_UK both the worst companies! Not worth the stress!

@ThreeUKSupport I’m ok with the 30 days notice, but if I have to return the router before the 30 days, it means I’m charged for a service that I can’t use as you are taking away the device that I need to use the service. It’s a bit silly, isn’t it?

@MorriganKig @ThreeUK What would drive me nuts is when it said I had signal, but couldn't do anything online
