    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Finn, it's not my phone it is a hub that I'm having an issue with. My phone sim is on 3 too and I've had no issues with the mobile data Internet. I feel like it is a settings issue or something because when I was close to the hub I was getting speeds over 100 mbs but couldnt

    @ThreeUKSupport 4g and 5g (and my wifi) are down in SW16 1JB. I can get a little 3G at either end of the street. Your network status checker is saying there aren’t any problems though, any ideas? Same thing happened yesterday.

    @ThreeUKSupport I got a 5g broadband hub with you on Friday but I've not been able to use it properly. Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video/Nintendo Switch/etc do not work with it on my phone, partners phone, Google TV, etc. I've tried different settings but getting frustrated. Help pls?

    @ThreeUKSupport @RoseyTN Ive had the same. Cancelled my 4g broadband because i took out a new 5g package with 3. Turns out you know nothing of the cancellation. Shocking customer service.
