    @ThreeUKSupport i sent a text requesting it, got a reply saying "sorry, can't process due to system issue, try again later". tried it via the website, got same response. spoke to someone via online chat, said they can't produce one as there is already one processsing.

    @ThreeUKSupport i should buy the sim and they gave me a PAC code to use to swap it over (which i did think was bizzare because its the same company to the same company). the sim card came and i waited for my number to swap a week later and i’m still not swapped so i call customer services and

    @ThreeUK been a customer for many many years with @threeUK and to be told new customers through a 3rd party can get a better deal shows no loyalty at all, bye 👋🏼

    @PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK Brilliant stuff Peter. I want to really love Three but the coverage is so poor at my home and WiFi calling seems intermittent and not sure if it's my phone or their network! Also their cross network HD calling is still very limited!!
