@ThreeUKSupport New phone was delivered yesterday, but the box had a broken seal and was obviously not new. Called India and was told a new NEW phone was coming today and would be here by 11am. Email with tracking from courier says it hasn't left your depot. Wasted my morning!

@ThreeUKSupport I'm having significant problems with outbound calls I make. Whilst I have full signal, the receiver of the call experiences significant delays in what I'm saying and its very broken up even though what the receiver says comes through perfectly to me. Please help!

@ThreeUK I have a few months left of the contract, repeated promises to fix the signal and speeds in my area / the UK in general. Can you guys do the decent thing and let me leave early with no charge, then we can part on good terms.

@ThreeUK Hiya I'm in the CT7 area. Every day about this time (14:30) until 17/18:00 the internet hub connection seems to disappear. Partner is from home as a NHS trainee Operations department practitioner, its causing issues in her live lectures Why does this keep happening?

@ThreeUKSupport WS15 1NZ, Sony Xperia 1. I'm supposed to get 4G but I can barely get a 3G signal. Took me 5 mins to do a speed test yesterday, I got 2.69Mbos down and 0.16Mbps up. As I typing this I'm on H+ with 1 bar of signal. Unacceptable these days.

@ThreeUKSupport why is the WiFi connection poor in B31? Mobile data seems OK but using your WiFi as my home network is impossible yesterday and today!!
