@O2 Trying to speak to someone results in an infuriating loop of "Most issue can be sorted in the app" (it can't!) and being cut off.. this is not the service I expected coming back to O2 and I'm very much considering cancelling and staying with @ThreeUK now.

  • JSAccess07 Jane Simpson (@JSAccess07) reported

@ThreeUK 2nd invoice threatening me with debt collection (and bad credit) despite speaking on two occasions with your operators who said it was sorted and I owed nothing. #badservice Do I need to go to @Ofcom I run a business, £12.32 bullying tactics pay or risk bad credit?

  • TtAaronD Aaron D (@TtAaronD) reported

@CW33ks @ThreeUK It's what they haven't done. Haven't ever given me any signal.

  • ToxicLemon69 ToxieCabbie (@ToxicLemon69) reported

@rudeboy_dwight @EE 200GB for £23 and it actually works compared to the @ThreeUK network.

  • wwfc_dave Dave (@wwfc_dave) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, for reference if other customers ask the same, they need to connect the 2nd router to the LAN part via ethernet (LAN port on router 2, not WAN), disable DHCP on router 2, set its IP to something like 192.168.8.2 and run it in router mode. Works a treat!
