  • hprw Jane Smith (@hprw) reported

    At one point the @ThreeUKSupport person suggested it could be due to engineering works, but then said there were no engineering works in my area. They've promised to get their broadband people to call me but I have no signal! They won't get through! And I still have no signal.

  • HeatherAk31 Heather Akwei (@HeatherAk31) reported from West Bridgford, England

    @Zee_Alrifai @ThreeUK Don’t upset this customer. He’s very influential.

  • gravycheesecake Matt (@gravycheesecake) reported

    @Trottsky85 @ThreeUKSupport Both sites have 100MHz according to network signal guru. I suspect three puts 10Gbit backhaul on london/city sites and gives the rest of us maybe a 1 gig link. I have my suspicions but three will neither confirm nor deny. Don't know what I expected asking here.

  • 7alboy ___ (@7alboy) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey, Three… You’ve just lost a customer who’s been with you for six years. I’ve had no network coverage for most of the last two or three weeks, and when I have it’s only been 3G. As a gesture, I think it’s only fair you should agree to forego my final bill.

  • YorkshireGoona Andy B (@YorkshireGoona) reported

    ...So I put my head in my hands and prepare to re-live the previous conversations, dates, adviser names etc... Because putting notes on a customer account is clearly an alien concept to @ThreeUK ... So after re-explaining I'm transferred again to the complaints team...

    @ThreeUKSupport Ticketmaster are showing a three presale for Tom Grennan tickets. How to I get access to the presale as a three customer?

  • GaryNHughes Gary Hughes (@GaryNHughes) reported

    Good morning @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport Why is the upload speed on my 5G broadband so slow? And why, if I am uploading something, does it stop me using the internet?

  • DavidSowden8 David Sowden (@DavidSowden8) reported

    @GaryNHughes @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Although I’m with Vodafone but I have the same issues with 4G.

  • mags_summers Mags Su (@mags_summers) reported

    @ThreeUK mobile data seems to be down everywhere - is there an issue in the UK?

  • wonkotsane Stuart Parr (@wonkotsane) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport network practically unusable in Leeds city centre. Getting ! next to signal bar. It's a major city, this shouldn't be happening.
