    @ThreeUKSupport 👋🏻 Incredibly slow data speeds in HR2 today, both on my phone and from our 4G broadband box. I've turned both on and off a few times. Nothing showing in your Network Status checker. Has the wind blown the internet bits away? xx

    @ThreeUKSupport hi - am trying to log into my 5G router and am being told the security certificate for it has expired. Looking at details it did indeed expire on 26 Dec 2021. I don't want to override and login to an untrusted site. Please advise.

    @ThreeUKSupport There’s an issue with dpd that requires a phone call from yourselves to resolve. But because a phone call was made resolving one issue no one will call them again to resolve the second related issue. Basically dpd need someone to tell them to release the package

    Just laughed hysterically at @ThreeUK advert stating 99% coverage! Never had such a bad reception since I switched to them a couple of months ago and I live in a big city!

    PLEASE! DO NOT JOIN @ThreeUK Home 4G broadband. For me, First 6 months was perfect and then hardly any service for the next 6 months. The technology doesn’t seem to be up to it for now! I spent months resetting router and constant tech calls with no resolution.

    Hey @ThreeUK, I’m getting calls from 0333 338 1063 for days already and they hang up as soon as I answer. It’s bothering me. Can you make it stop or I’ll be forced to block that number. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport The only thing I'm going to do is continue to post here so everyone can see exactly how crap you treat customers who have already paid and have nothing to show for it almost 2 weeks later. Contacting you six times not enough to get one working phone????
