@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I have spent 20 minutes on the phone only to be told to go to the live chat and then spent an hour on live chat with no help other than repeating copy-and-paste messages and not giving me a reason for the suspension

@ThreeUKSupport What is the point nothing changes I will bide my time and when my contract ends make my decision unless there is a significant change I will be forced to leave I work hard in the NHS I think I deserve a reliable service .

@ThreeUKSupport Those are not the instructions I was given when I called customer service. And this whole Twitter thread is just yall telling me all the things I’ve done wrong or incomplete instead of just saying “here’s how we can help you resolve this.” I don’t even know where to go from here.

@ThreeUK need to pay an outstanding balance on my account. Wont met me log in. Password incorrect. Can't change it as it comes up saying there's technically issues. Send me letters demanding payment yet I cant even log in to actually pay. Cant be that desperate for my money then!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. I'm eagerly awaiting eSim support, so that I can use my personal sim on my iPhone and then my work sim as the physical. Switched from a OnePlus 8 Pro a while ago, not realising that eSim still wasn't available on three. If there's any way to help test this out, i'm in.

@ThreeUK OMG you are completely useless! Just had an online chat and the person I chatted to was completely incompetent I couldn’t even understand their sentences!Employ people than can understand and write in English I’ve ended my contract. Disgusting customer service #furious
