@wajid7790 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try reading the reviews before signing up with either of those networks. Vodafone have the worst customer service out right and don't even get me started on three. If you want a decent serviced move to EE, you get what you paid for!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade, thank you for replying however you have misunderstood. The rep stated I would not receive the refund if I raised a complaint. The refund was for loss of broadband over 7 days and unrelated to my complaint. I wanted to complain about his customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport Still no resolution and terrible customer service from @ThreeUK - so disappointing as have been a customer for 12 years - issue is I was randomly upgraded by a shop - even through I had never been there - will need to seek external help to resolve this mess...

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m guessing that will be down to Openreach. Will probably happen when BT upgrade their EE RAN equipment on it to 5G - currently 2G/3G/4G
