    Has anyone actually got through to @ThreeUK and their customer service?? 8 failed phone calls and I’m still no closer to getting my issue resolved. Shocking

    @ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    I think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.
