I'm starting to remember why I left @ThreeUK Poor data service in last few years, literally sub O2 levels. App is useless. No live chat, help or other options to get in touch. They block UDP based VPN connections, DPI traffic shape and have seriously under powered their core.

@ThreeUKSupport @JonColl24310263 I am having the exact same problem! Cancelled contract 2 months ago, now been referred to debt collection with no warning! I don’t understand and the helpline guy was absolutely no help at all.

  • IrishYid_ Irish ***🇮🇪 (@IrishYid_) reported

@ThreeUK @ConnCFC Fix my internet idolo

  • nugsy14 ross murtagh (@nugsy14) reported

@ThreeUKSupport ur network coverage in Cheltenham is a joke worse network ever.

  • lisapercussion Miss Oliver Music (@lisapercussion) reported

@ThreeUK after being a customer for years, I’m cancelling . I’m being chased for money - no idea why. Referred to a collection agency with no warning at all. Helpline guy no help at all. Looking for new phone contract now.

  • AndrewMHemming Andrew Hemming (@AndrewMHemming) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well if Three won’t return the money they agreed not to take I will have to cancel my contract and get my refund that way, Three are happy to see customers of 8 years just walk away!!!

  • wiltshirelady Wiltshire Lady (@wiltshirelady) reported

I am disgusted by the way @ThreeUK have treated my newly bereaved friend. First they try to charge her to cancel her dead husband’s SIM, then they close her account disconnecting her phone at the worst time in her life & when she needs it most. Shame on @ThreeUK

  • thisisjmx J∆MES 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@thisisjmx) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So it's #VoLTE that's failing now, even with Wi-Fi calling on. If I switch to 3G there's no issue. I've sat with my phone on 4G only since you confirmed Voice across the whole LTE network on all frequency bands. Any thoughts on when it'll be fixed?

  • AstridCoxon Dr Astrid Coxon 🐉 (@AstridCoxon) reported

Signal @ThreeUK is appalling in my area. Mea culpa for not checking coverage first. But support telling me they're going to send me a text to test if I can receive it is the most idiotic suggestion imaginable. I've told them I have no signal. Why would that magically change?

  • Blueribble David Kaufmann (@Blueribble) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The implication seemed to be that I had not returned the handset. My services were cut off yesterday. Problems non-stop since March.
