@LinkofHyrule89 @ThreeUK That's a much harder fault to pin down. And Three saying "we are working with the Government to understand why" - is not reassuring either, I doubt anyone in Government even knows how to factory reset a phone, nevermind anything more technical

@ThreeUKSupport Look at the text exchanges between Three customer services and your clients, my experience is 1 out of every 5 sentences involves commentary about feelings. Not fixing the actual problem just, lots of faux pity, a corpus of textual examples of Operational Examples of Gaslighting.
