    @ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.

    @ThreeUK terrible customer service. I have wasted at least 4 and a half hours talking on the phone with no progress. Got cut off, no phone back, waited in queues and got told that they canโ€™t make any guarantees. After 18 years as a customerโ€ฆI think itโ€™s time to make a switchโ€ฆ

    @ThreeUKSupport ur home broadband service in South Lanarkshire has been woefully unacceptable for almost a month as has your attempts at "customer service". Definitely pulling the plug on my contract as soon as possible.
