Hey @ThreeUK , do you guys offer family plans? My Dad needs a new phone so I figured I'd treat him on Father's Day.

My lovely @ThreeUK I now have a fabulous 5G signal at home. Any idea when I’ll be able to order 5G broadband? Contract with @Sky is nearly up. Goodbye pointless landline rental. Hello 5 times my current speed.

@ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Can you confirm when I request and used the STAC code , my Three account will get closed . The Three Customer Service on the phone said using the Stac code won’t cancel my contract, it is simply transfer the details to my new provider.

@ThreeUK Your service is very misleading and being offered a new deal with no upfront cost because my handset is faulty was great until I was hit with my end of contract amount even after I had explicitly told the advisor that I could not afford ANY upfront fee! Angry customer!

@ThreeUKSupport That BS? No. You have granted a fraudster access to place a new order, you recognise this is fraud, but you won't let me close the account and end service.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. I can confirm it worked fine when I was on the Three network; however, whilst connected via my Three HomeSignal, it doesn’t. Not a big deal for me since I’ll be on wifi here, but is this something that will get fixed in a firmware update to HomeSignal?

@ThreeUKSupport They repeatedly gave me bad information 'Scott@ and they repeatedly refused to connect me to the Fraud team to allow me to get the service terminated. Memorable details have all been set to "IAMTHEFRAUDSTER" to demonstrate precisely why what your colleagues asked to do was wrong

@ThreeUK The worst providers ever. If you ever purchase data, don’t expect to use it because 9/10 times it can’t connect to the internet.

Why won't @ThreeUK allow me to cancel my service? I am out of contract. They think their system problems are good reason not to end my contract. Their network quality is so poor their own agents can't call back to do anything about it. Am i right that I don't have to pay now?

@ThreeUKSupport what’s with your service lately in CM postcode? It’s constantly 1 bar and been like it the past few days

@ThreeUKSupport Your fraud team contacted me. Phone is still coming with courier. And now no-one will let me close my account or terminate service. So you let unverified fraudsters place orders more easily than you let legitimate verified ID customers end their contracts.
