    @S10Blade @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Being against this hill really shouldn’t be the issue it seems to be right now. Did a speed test on 4G and it was 1/3 slower than our 12meg broadband. It usually faster.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I've been waiting over 24 hours for a sim to be activated. spoke to someone on live chat 3 hours ago who promised I'd be able to use it in 2 hours,it's still not working. I put my old sim in my new phone & it says number unknown. What I am supposed to do

    @ThreeUK Why do you make mobile broadband users CALL you to end a contract?! How am I supposed to communicate through a Huawei mobile wi-fi box?! I have no access to a phone to call you so i've had to cancel my DD with you. Seems to the the only way out of your awful company.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I ordered a three sim card 6 weeks ago and it never arrived, so I rang customer services 3 weeks ago and they sent a replacement which also hasn’t arrived but I’ve been billed for my first month. Help please!
