    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    As an existing customer @ThreeUK you are a disgrace! Finding out you been charging me £15 plus per month for 11 years for broadband! Yes my fault but could u not see it not been used and have the courtesy to contact me considering I have my mobile with you? Thieving !!!!

    @ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.
