@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Your 4G is absolutely appalling. Next time I change my phone contract, I am going to favour the more expensive contract with better 4G elsewhere than the cheaper Three UK contract. P.S This was sent using Wi-Fi because your 4G is crap.

  • tomkins71 CraigT (@tomkins71) reported

@ThreeUK how can I contact you? I have been trying for a long time and cannot get through to anyone! Help

  • ares3729 Mitchell Costigan (@ares3729) reported

@tescomobile Don't apologise for firms like @ThreeUK and @O2 as they are more than happy to charge silly money for substandard service. Keep doing what your doing, service and support have been outstanding.

  • Gabeuk Gabriel Brown (@Gabeuk) reported

@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK One of the problems with approval is the "cowboy" nature of the applications. A monopole near us was refused recently (thankfully). It was obvious to anyone it was inappropriate. The industry doesn't do itself any favours.

  • jordencassidy Jorden Cassidy (@jordencassidy) reported

I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for 10 years but I think after this contract has expired its time for me to leave. I've Had huge signal issues recently that they can't seem to fix. This is also a problem I've had before. Its 2021 you'd think a phone signal would be easy these days

  • TylerFage Tyler (@TylerFage) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I tried to become a customer, but you had a system error and you cancelled my order, and asked me to re-do it on a higher price, I told you to do one, and yet you keep calling every single day!! Even though it’s been confirmed on three occasions my details have been deleted

  • grahambunting Graham Bunting (@grahambunting) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Had to switch my device to 3g only to connect just now. This is a regular occurrence where I live in Stevenage SG2. What's the current issue please?

  • M0KVI MØKVI (@M0KVI) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've had to switch all network setting back to auto. Factory reset router seems to make things better for a short period. Difficult to track down possible issue when it seems supplied service quality is fluctuating extensively.

  • jordencassidy Jorden Cassidy (@jordencassidy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I did. I took the steps they suggested and it didn't help. The chat then cut out twice. I tried to search online for a signal booster but that wouldn't even work thats when I decided I'd had enough.

  • M0KVI MØKVI (@M0KVI) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was booted off and couldn't rejoin as was busy. I'm working now. Basically it seems that the service is sporadic and unreliable. Evenings and weekends seem to be worst. Since starting a dialog things appear to have worsened with the box giving "registration failed"
