@ThreeUKSupport believe me that I've tried multiple time rebooting the device and leaving it for 20mins. It does not work. I followed the dedicate team instruction down to the letter. The device doesn't work, so tell me how am I going to access the dashboard and check the version status?

@ThreeUKSupport No, the network is abysmal where I live. The mast we normally pick up (Whitchurch Road) is being replaced but it's not 5G enabled so this is the other one (Hortonwood). I don't even phone up any more, the script says there's no problem.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK That isn’t what I asked for. I would like you to provide an email address (or postal address) so I can write a complaint. I do have access to the app, it is still incorrect despite getting a text this morning stating it would be changed!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I read that 3 will be closing its 3G service soon. I have a 4G mifi device that I set up to be 3G instead because the 4G service was terrible at the time. Will it automatically change back to 4G or do I have to change it back manually?
