The worst customer service I’ve seen for a while. @ThreeUKSupport we need ETAs for resolution of these issues as I depend on this connection for work. Just watched the keynote announcing the original iPhone, from 2007! Visual Voicemail came along at the same time…and still, over 14…. 14 years later, @ThreeUK still doesn’t support it. Mental.

@ThreeUKSupport very poor and intermittent signal in CT2 over past few days. Suddenly dropped from 5 bars to 2 at best. When will this be fixed? Have restarted Huawei B535 multiple times - makes no difference.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I spoke to several people, we changed the PIN several times, reset the phone and even the whole settings of my voicemail but it is still not working, even though the last person was totally sure that this would work. It is very strange, but I need more help

@ThreeUKSupport have the Huawei cpe Pro hub and also the pro hub 2... No Internet on both and says there's no problems in my area pa14 any idea what's going on and when it's fixed can't access Internet on either one
