    @ThreeUKSupport Wasted another hour. They say there is no record as always of the online cancellation form. Pathetic. I cancelled because customer service was only online in covid. I cancelled the contract within five days. I didn't insert the SIM. Got charged for 2 months for nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport I just spoke again and wasted another hour of mine where all they say is that it was registered on your name and your liable to pay the charges. I had cancelled the account in due time with online option because their customer service was closed in covid

    @ThreeUKSupport I have made the complaint through the link you provided, but they are sticking to the same line. They are refusing to refund the money they stole from me on 21/07/22 for the month of July.

    @O2 as a loyal customer to you for over 15 years before switching to @ThreeUKSupport due to your increasing charges, this is the worse customer service I have received. The payment will be made by the 21st August as stated in your letter before receiving another today!

    Hello @ThreeUK everytime I’m in a large crowd I have no signal whilst there and for hours after, can anything be done about this? It was 3/4am before my signal came back after going to a football match at 8pm, not ideal
