@ThreeUKSupport I have multiple issues with your service. First and most important is that I have been using the same plan since 2008. But without warning my plan was sneakily changed to a much more expensive plan last year in may. At the same time I lost my go roam.

Hey @ThreeUK, your 4G service in Manchester Airport T3 departure lounge leaves a lot to be desired. It's so bad that @Speedtest won't run, so I can't even give you a figure for how bad it is. Pinging a London-based Linode is circa 2000 ms.

@ThreeUKSupport purchased ZTE 5G Hub yesterday in store. Works great on WiFi (1200Mbps) slow on ethernet (150Mbps) with known good cable. Tried a 2nd Hub (only had 1) instore same issue. Phone support won't help. ZTE support say I need a replacement.

@ThreeUKSupport What I would like is a Zyxel hub to see if that resolves the issue. Would obviously be happy to then return the ZTE hub
