    @ThreeUKSupport are you aware of any dns issues you're having today? Been having issues on 5G broadband since 11:30am, replacing auto dns with 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 works to a degree but it's still not great.

    @ThreeUKSupport Trying to swindle customers and refusing to send them copies of what they are agreeing to for a 24 month period so they can make an informed decision is bad business practice. It has lost you a long term customer.

    @ThreeUK if you’ve got a U.K. wide issue with mobile broadband as I’m told you have now then update your online service checked to reflect that. You might actually get less calls to your service desk that way. Total shambles

    @ThreeUKSupport This morning I had intermittent internet connection to my 3 mobileBroadband router. Now I have none at all. Rebooting the router no longer fixes it. 3 Support says there's random issue with random users, including me :( Where can I see status of this issue?
