@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

Three days of no 5G signal from @ThreeUK at home and then it randomly comes back. Router may need to be replaced with one with an external antenna.

@PJ82PJ @ThreeUK Honestly, been with EE for 9 years and thought i’d try them for broadband and i’ve already been lied to on two ocassions in a matter of hours, interrupted on the phone, still no resolution it’s shocking! Cheers Paul hopefully they sort it
@Samphil95 @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Hope what ever the issue is they sort it for you.
Been a customer of @ThreeUK for three days and already their service and attitude to their customers is absolutely disgusting.
