    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK terrible phone support, free Buds Live not with 256 model (Even though it states on website) wont match a deal that i can get via their own website, and wont waiver the early upgrade fee, basically cheaper cancelling contract and moving to any other provider! #silly

    @ThreeUKSupport for the third day in a week I’ve had mobile data speeds so slow on 4G I can’t even load web pages, considering I pay for unlimited data I’d say that’s pretty unacceptable

    @ThreeUKSupport I HAVE SPENT THE LAST 2 DAYS IN TEARS OVER THIS MATTER! I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF OVER 10 YEARS WITH 6 PHONE CONTRACTS AND I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HOW MY NETWORK PROVIDER HAS TREATED ME!

    @ThreeUKSupport OMG how much more poor service do I have to take! working from home is just impossible with this kind of service, no internet all day from 4g broadband or mobile, change all my services to you last year & regret it everyday... when can i cancel!!!!!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Well do something to fix it and if you're not capable escalate it to a manager. What on earth do you want me to do about it when I've already tried umpteen times but you haven't resolved it?
