john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers
-
john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve had problems at these 2 locations for 3 years or more during the summer months, I was told by a three representative 2 years ago that more masts had been erected in the PE251RH area to combat this problem but the problem has never improved
-
john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s a shame as I’ve always championed Three and recommended you to many people over the past few years but I have been putting up with the summer/spring poor to no signal and now feel I really shouldn’t be, in answer to your question calls & texts work perfectly ok.
-
john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England@ThreeUKSupport When three works it’s the best network by far, when it works I stream sky/Netflix for 12 hours at work (PE251RH) location as I work nights but during the spring/summer months my phone cannot provide this service and I want to be able to use the service I pay for
-
Josh C (@Minion_Josh_) reported from Stickney, England@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help
-
john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England@ThreeUKSupport An interesting fact is the Three data signal improves dramatically at around 3am which I’m assuming is when most people have gone to bed and stopped using their phones, hopefully you can appreciate for me personally the service doesn’t work & I really want the service I pay for
-
john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England@ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

The Real Lee Burridge (@leeburridge) reported@YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.
-
SMARTY (@SMARTYMobileUK) reported@SOAMER @ThreeUK We're really sorry to hear this. There could be a few different reasons why you're experiencing Slow speeds. Please do get in touch with our team, so we can take a closer look and help sort things out.
-
Bobby Im The Problem Fagan (@Bobbyfagan1985) reportedAt @ThreeUK I will never use your product just because I’ve see it 2 much on @YouTube #ads
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?
-
Brett (@BrettOfTheSouth) reported45 minuets on live chat to sort a simple issue. Doesn't help they take 4 minuets to reply each time. On @ThreeUKSupport
-
Steve Harris🐺🦞 🇺🇦 (@SteveJHarris) reported@VodafoneThreeUK @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK In the last month the Three signal in Stonehaven town centre, Aberdeenshire has deteriorated beyond belief. You can sometimes make a call but nothing else. What has happened?
-
Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reported@ThreeUKSupport why do you make it so difficult to do anything online?? Sorting out my upgrade, having been a contract customer for nearly 22 years and it kept going wrong. So I spoke to someone on chat and seemed all good until the chat disappeared on me
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
CRoM (@romeocln) reportedI moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London
-
elephantum aureum (@Gilt_Elephant) reported@ThreeUK — get your act together — you continue to be a disgrace in terms of what you promise and the piss poor effort you deliver.
