@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

@MartinCox0155 @ThreeUKSupport You can't, you'll be offered a new contract then and all of them charge for roaming now. I just spent £60 since January on roaming charges I never had before, stuck for another few months so expecting another few high bills 😭

@ThreeUK I have been trying to upgrade to an iPhone 14 have been quoted £68 a month however a new customer can have this for just over £36 on the same plan. It’s disgusting the way loyal customers are treat.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah my mobile which is with virgin media. 4g signal is just as bad. Look I understand there can be many factors but I can assure you it's nothing in my end. External antenna 📡
