  • Minion_Josh_ Josh C (@Minion_Josh_) reported from Stickney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport When three works it’s the best network by far, when it works I stream sky/Netflix for 12 hours at work (PE251RH) location as I work nights but during the spring/summer months my phone cannot provide this service and I want to be able to use the service I pay for

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve had problems at these 2 locations for 3 years or more during the summer months, I was told by a three representative 2 years ago that more masts had been erected in the PE251RH area to combat this problem but the problem has never improved

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s a shame as I’ve always championed Three and recommended you to many people over the past few years but I have been putting up with the summer/spring poor to no signal and now feel I really shouldn’t be, in answer to your question calls & texts work perfectly ok.

  • theskinnerclan Dan Skinner (@theskinnerclan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi - thanks for getting back - yes still has service and txt allowance says 'unlimited', but testing now and genuinely can't send & receive them unless we connect him to wifi.. he's got an iPhone 7 - might be be something to do with iMessage trying to route via data?

  • RupertLichfield Roo (@RupertLichfield) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, trying to change my contract to sim only and your app keeps coming up with connection errors.

  • JudSawyer Judith Sawyer 🇪🇺 (@JudSawyer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It must have been about £1 or so. It is a PAYG Sim that I have had for about 14 months. Could it be to do with straying onto another network when out of 3 coverage? Or sending MMS?

  • RMC_London Rey Cas (@RMC_London) reported

My god @ThreeUKSupport is absolutely awful

  • sparkysorley sparky (@sparkysorley) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve brought it up far too many times now. Shocking service

  • Shadowcatuk 🐿️ 🐰 Ritsu 😸 🐶 (@Shadowcatuk) reported

@theskinnerclan @ThreeUKSupport Yes its because of Imessage. I havent used an iphone in a while but it should be something like: Settings - I message - turn off Then texts will go through as normal Only issue is anyone texting you using Imessage... You wont recieve it until you turn imessage back on

  • JaneHutchby Jane Hutchby (@JaneHutchby) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi :) have you an issue with your phone lines. I can't make a call from another mobile network.

  • Irenycus Pedro (@Irenycus) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Two questions: the deals on uSwitch are *much* better than what you’re offering me as an existing customer. How can I get one of them? Otherwise, how can I get a PAC code without having to call customer support?

  • mcsherlocks Daniel Sherlock (@mcsherlocks) reported

@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Woking Town is horrendous, often no more that this. Went on holiday to Cornwall and had 100mps+ 4g. Only once on a motorway services near Fleet I got a 5g connection. Three need to invest more their infrastructure is really poor.

  • iamdigenius Steven عِمْرَان (@iamdigenius) reported

Worst idea I’ve had was to get a plan from @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The signal is ridiculous in south London and they pretend that 4G covers the area.. Cheapness is attractive but not always the best ! I’m now stuck with a contract for something I can’t use. Sounds like a scam!
