    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    @ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

    @ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

    Three are inept. We called to cancel, request was ignored. Called again to see why we’re being charged, they would get back to us in 3 days, heard nothing, called again, heard nothing, put in a compliant heard NOTHING. Yet they are still charging us. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport please sort out for 5g in CH3 5RW. Zero point in having your 5g wifi if there is no 5g signal

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I am unable to view my April bill which should have generated on the 02/04/23. Keeps saying sorry there is a problem, we are working on this. This is via the website and also via the 3 app. Please help.

    @ThreeUK trying to call your customer services (open from 8am) to be told they're closed. Had so many issues since joining a week ago this is very poor service! Someone contact me please.

    Utterly crackpot! @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport staff in-store have a Chat system waiting in a queue: they can’t use a phone (remember this is a phone service provider) to speak to a dedicated support team. It’s a blind use of modern technology creating deep problems all round!

    @ThreeUKSupport I go on the sign in / register link at the top, put the number in, and then it askes for my password. I type it in and then it takes ages to load and then comes up with the message.

    @sabphotos69 @O2 I moved from @ThreeUK for the same reason but they didn't mess me around I called 02 nearly a year ago complaining about signal they say it will be OK it's just a mast never worked constantly anywhere I go with it.
