@ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve had problems at these 2 locations for 3 years or more during the summer months, I was told by a three representative 2 years ago that more masts had been erected in the PE251RH area to combat this problem but the problem has never improved

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s a shame as I’ve always championed Three and recommended you to many people over the past few years but I have been putting up with the summer/spring poor to no signal and now feel I really shouldn’t be, in answer to your question calls & texts work perfectly ok.

  • Minion_Josh_ Josh C (@Minion_Josh_) reported from Stickney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport When three works it’s the best network by far, when it works I stream sky/Netflix for 12 hours at work (PE251RH) location as I work nights but during the spring/summer months my phone cannot provide this service and I want to be able to use the service I pay for

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

@ThreeUKSupport I’m in Denmark. Can get Wi-Fi but even if 4G and signal, I can’t connect to any web pages, what’s app etc…

  • dazwright Daz Wright (@dazwright) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I didn’t really want this sort of Sim. I’d rather it was all part of my main mobile contract. Having two contracts with Three seems stupid. But I was told this couldn’t be done.

  • RichieSAustin Richie Austin Comedy Magician (@RichieSAustin) reported

@ThreeUKSupport cant you just sort the issue rather then me having to waste time explaining all again

  • J_Ristola Dr. Jacqueline Ristola ( 🈁 🇬🇧 ) (@J_Ristola) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I bought a pay as you go SIM at the airport, and put it in my phone (unlocked). I never got a text saying my new number - can you help?

  • SnsationalSalah Mohamed (@SnsationalSalah) reported

2 more days left with @ThreeUK then I move onto #EEStayConnectedData cant wait to be fair, was at Anfield yesterday and it hardly worked. It was really good first few years then Three deteriorated in past few years. Thank you for ur great deals but service been poor recently.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Why is it more expensive to upgrade as an existing customer, but cheaper on your own website

  • Winston05362491 Winston (@Winston05362491) reported from Southampton, England

@ThreeUK I'm not happy with your staff services to customer they are not helpfull, last time I ve asked for internet 10 pound top up they did not gave me right information that you have to use t App to convert in to data package 07838878410 and I lost my recharge Westquay Mall

  • bchypnotherapy Becky Armstrong-Corbett (@bchypnotherapy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing, they said they couldn’t fix the eSim the woman was absolutely hopeless, couldn’t speak English very well, couldn’t spell, didn’t read previous conversation rang and hadn’t done a thing. You can’t connect a smart watch to a phone is ridiculous

  • cunning_chops Stewart (@cunning_chops) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Have received one text and can get calls. But that doesn’t help me when I need data.
