  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve had problems at these 2 locations for 3 years or more during the summer months, I was told by a three representative 2 years ago that more masts had been erected in the PE251RH area to combat this problem but the problem has never improved

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s a shame as I’ve always championed Three and recommended you to many people over the past few years but I have been putting up with the summer/spring poor to no signal and now feel I really shouldn’t be, in answer to your question calls & texts work perfectly ok.

  • Minion_Josh_ Josh C (@Minion_Josh_) reported from Stickney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport When three works it’s the best network by far, when it works I stream sky/Netflix for 12 hours at work (PE251RH) location as I work nights but during the spring/summer months my phone cannot provide this service and I want to be able to use the service I pay for

I don't know what you did over the 5 years I've been in the same house. But the last time I last was on your pay monthly phones your 4G was great but now I hardly get a decent 4G signal. I have to rely now on 3G just to be able to watch because of bad signal @ThreeUK

  • GBlankcanvas67 James black (@GBlankcanvas67) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @hiphopopotam And this is yet another fail on three's behalf, on EE you can have multiple numbers on one account yet 3 you need a separate for every number so if you have 2 kids you need 3 accounts to be able to check theres!

  • leaghleag leah (@leaghleag) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No a SIM free phone. My old sim card not working in it though

  • GraemePeacock Monk D'Wally de Honk (@GraemePeacock) reported

Hi @ThreeUK, why is signal so so terrible in central london, i can only restart my phone so many times till ot seems like a you problem

  • Dark_Hysteria Mr Lee (@Dark_Hysteria) reported

Oh @ThreeUK you let me down constantly, thank god my contract ends soon

  • timcrowther timcrowther (@timcrowther) reported

@ThreeUK is imposing a 7.8% increase on customers, in-line with January’s RPI. The RPI was/is extraordinarily high because of UK/world issues. When this all settles down and 3, hypothetically, imposes a more realistic 2% increase next year, will it reimburse its 5.8% windfall?

  • s_chetanbabu chetan babu sakamuri (@s_chetanbabu) reported

@ThreeUK hi I have issue with my sim , how can connect to customer service

  • Tom_Rainbow_Kid embrreu (@Tom_Rainbow_Kid) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My internet is having issues again, I looked in the network status checker and it says there’s work being done. Any ETA on when it will be complete?

  • Onli1Jonesy Steven Jones (@Onli1Jonesy) reported

@ThreeUK Is your network down? No network connection since 12pm.

  • CINEFILMS_YT CineFilms (@CINEFILMS_YT) reported

@ThreeUK can you tell me why my data is absolutely awful after I had to downgrade to a cheaper tarrif due to issues beyond my control? Before it was fine but now it's unusable and refused to even load anything
