@ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve had problems at these 2 locations for 3 years or more during the summer months, I was told by a three representative 2 years ago that more masts had been erected in the PE251RH area to combat this problem but the problem has never improved

@ThreeUKSupport An interesting fact is the Three data signal improves dramatically at around 3am which I’m assuming is when most people have gone to bed and stopped using their phones, hopefully you can appreciate for me personally the service doesn’t work & I really want the service I pay for

@ThreeUKSupport When three works it’s the best network by far, when it works I stream sky/Netflix for 12 hours at work (PE251RH) location as I work nights but during the spring/summer months my phone cannot provide this service and I want to be able to use the service I pay for

@ThreeUKSupport It’s a shame as I’ve always championed Three and recommended you to many people over the past few years but I have been putting up with the summer/spring poor to no signal and now feel I really shouldn’t be, in answer to your question calls & texts work perfectly ok.

@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

@ThreeUK It's ok, we don't want t the test alert so don't bother fixing the issue. The government has no right harassing citizens. It should be optinional. The government is a disgrace

Me and my wife both on @ThreeUK no @alert messages but my mom got it on @lebara. I might need to look for a new supplier, the alert is not the only reason, poor signal, left to dead on roaming as it just stopped working even after chatting to CS, as for the speed.. embarrassing

@JIX5A @Wolfie180 @ThreeUK I think BBC. Or sky/media or the radio would have let us know. We’ve done without it , it’s really not that much of a problem

@ThreeUK I have been a Three mobile customer for 12 years. What is happening with this company? The last four years has seen my mobile signal at home drop to virtually nothing. Plus like many others I did not get the alert today. Shambles...

@harrisonamj @ThreeUK Yep. Apparently about 90% or so of devices connected to the Three network (including Smarty and other MVNOs) didn’t get the alert.

@ThreeUK Two of us are on your network and didn't receive an alert. Not even a delayed one... Please sort this out as it's a little concerning not knowing whether this works.
