@ThreeUKSupport It’s a shame as I’ve always championed Three and recommended you to many people over the past few years but I have been putting up with the summer/spring poor to no signal and now feel I really shouldn’t be, in answer to your question calls & texts work perfectly ok.

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve had problems at these 2 locations for 3 years or more during the summer months, I was told by a three representative 2 years ago that more masts had been erected in the PE251RH area to combat this problem but the problem has never improved

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport When three works it’s the best network by far, when it works I stream sky/Netflix for 12 hours at work (PE251RH) location as I work nights but during the spring/summer months my phone cannot provide this service and I want to be able to use the service I pay for

  • Minion_Josh_ Josh C (@Minion_Josh_) reported from Stickney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

  • colpag60 CP (@colpag60) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @laurenkfaith Why can’t you do a deal on roaming charges? I’m off to Canada for 3 weeks and that is £105, money you weren’t getting a year ago, so why no deals available. Your help desk told me to buy a simm card at Vancouver airport !!

  • adebisimagic Adebisi pj (@adebisimagic) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I went to @ThreeUK outlet at st stephen mall to port to @ThreeUK network on the 26 of August but the sim given to me is not working ( bad) and I’m been billed for it.

  • PingAnOriental Ping An (@PingAnOriental) reported

@ThreeUK it’s just unacceptable to have a loss of service in the middle of Worcester. Do I send the bill 4 my loss of sales?

  • Judgetug Paul Wilson (@Judgetug) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The phone was only turned on again during my chat conversation with your representative which means the first 24 hour charge will not expire until tomorrow. Get it sorted. Terrible service at the moment.

  • Klostarinthesky Chloe Alexandra (@Klostarinthesky) reported

Hey @O2, quick question, if I was to join as a sim only customer, can I keep my current number? 👀 since you offer way better, way cheeper than @ThreeUK

  • WhyAlwaysReece Cockney Lightie🇱🇨 (@WhyAlwaysReece) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The only time I never had an issue was when I’ve bought a product from you. They even refused to give me the tracking detail and told me I couldn’t speak to a manager - I gave the transcript!!

  • SFAactive simone aspis (@SFAactive) reported

@parami @CPMumma79 @ThreeUK Three store staff are very good. They set up my mobile to avoid roaming charges, told me how to use hot spots and changed my sim from awful vodophone

  • kyasanurforest Rob L (@kyasanurforest) reported

Hey @ThreeUK . You've changed how London underground wifi works and it's now not functional at any of 15 zone 1 stations I've tried (apart from Green Park). I've been a customer for 14 years. Fix it or I'm gone when my contract ends (12 weeks).

  • Judgetug Paul Wilson (@Judgetug) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve sorted it now via a Chat but you should know I had exactly the same problem when trying to set the spending cap using the website. Get it sorted out.. During the Chat your representative told me a credit limit did not apply so the info in the FAQs is very misleading. Sort it

  • JillCollier16 Jill Collier 🟥 (@JillCollier16) reported

@ThreeUK Have just received this Welcome to 3 pack at my address. No-one of the name of the addressee lives here. I have unlocked my account to contact you. Can you help?
