@ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

  • woody1073 john woodward (@woody1073) reported from Skegness, England

@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

@ThreeUKSupport I can't contact you by phone as it's cut off -;I no longer reside in the UK - I can't email you as your complaints form service is down -i have messaged you but no one is responding - I've tried - but it looks like your not bothered about resolving this issue

  • efwolf359 alan edwards (@efwolf359) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely nothing. You keep changing what the issue is. A simple port of a number has now taken over a month because of the ineptitude of your CS staff

  • BuxtonTheRed Buxton The Red (@BuxtonTheRed) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your colleagues on Web chat support have looked after me, but thanks for checking in. The fault was annoying but the service from chat got things sorted.

@ThreeUKSupport Hey sorry long reply! It was sorted after 2 days! There is a new 5g mask that we t up in the area so that may habe been why? Althou i only get 1 bar of signal wen im at home thank god payg has wifi calling ect!

  • JonnySymonds Jonny Symonds (@JonnySymonds) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The reason I ask for clarification - is that the help on your website tells one to get the number from the settings on the phone, which is fine for a smartphone, but not for a basic big button accessible “pensioner” phone which this is

  • andyeb andyeb (@andyeb) reported

@lukeredpath @ThreeUKSupport It's as bad as buying domains - remember 1p domains, when the total, somehow, never came to less than £25?!

  • strtwtsn Stuart Watson (@strtwtsn) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, if I purchase the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G through you does it support WiFi calling and VOLTE? Thanks
