    @ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight

I did have a complaint a few months back when it appeared one of your offshore agents fraudulently upgraded me to a device contract, so wasn't sure if this survey was related to that (it's been a while since then) Will delete the email, thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport I already know that. I asked why. Not what. Are you deliberately ignoring my question? On any other network this routine request would take 1 minute. And on yours it’s taken me 20 mins so far and you have already tried to sell me something while I’m on hold. Disgusting.

    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate the assistance but we are no closer to a resolution, gotta wait up to 72 hours for the technical team, Oh Iam a Chelsea Fan and if I can't watch the Champs Final on Sunday prepared to be trolled on a Godzilla like level 😤🤢👍

    @gpfradgley @ThreeUK Finally. I use Three over in Hemsworth and get 70Mb/s down on 4G. Original TalkTalk line cost £50+ pm and gave us 6 Mb/s AND we are next to the telephone exchange i.e. within 100m! #Threesavesthedayagain

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I'm a customer with Superdrug mobile, who use your network and I've received a spam call today with a robotic voice claiming to be from the HMRC. How can I report this to you to investigate as it's not a genuine call? Thanks.
