@ThreeUKSupport whats going on with the service in NP7 7RX? Every morning its listed as having a fault and every evening it tells me its fixed for weeks now with me having absolutely no signal at all. What exactly am I paying for with this big a window of no service?

Credit where it's due @ThreeUKSupport took 4 or 5 messages and a 20 minute online chat to sort out my issue. Shame that the problem wasn't dealt with by this team in the first place!

@ThreeUKSupport Half of the time, there is no agent available to chat. And when you do get to speak to someone, they evade the issue just like you guys are doing here and try to give the client the run around. Enough of these unorthodox practices already!
