@ThreeUK Tried to take you up on one of these new SEs, but the cost for an existing customer is significantly higher. Can cancel contract and take the deal anyway, but why the hassle? Can’t we just bypass the headache for the same result? @ThreeUKSupport

@CarefreeJoshM @ThreeUK I have been a Three mobile customer for the past twenty years and have held multiple contracts of three mobiles or more at times for both myself and my family and have experienced no problems at all obviously bar poor reception in certain places in the early years.
