    @martconroy @ThreeUK Funny you should ask! Sent a new sim, still the same issues about to call to suggest a replacement router to see if it's the router. Otherwise we're leaving, got no choice as we can't carry on the way we are :/

    @ThreeUK I’ve had working 5G broadband for a little while. Fine until the last 4 weeks now cannot get above 0.1 upload so no zoom calls@for work. Your response…. Get a new provider as there lots people using the service in your area. Epic response

    @ThreeUKSupport ..so as keeps happening, it's the customer who is informing #Three support of their own mast faults/repairs! It's quite comical and utterly appalling; again, I urge you to tell your employers that it's an unacceptable way to treat customers and the procedure needs change? @ofcom
