    @ThreeUKSupport no point, done that a couple of times now, moved to Indian engineering support who also have no idea...and YES I do have a strong 5G signal its internet contained therein that's bad !

    Three is becoming worse and worse for signal and mobile data in cities, but that is where they should be investing in their network. When I first took out a contract with you in Norwich you were top of the table but sadly I’m now regretting that @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a pay as you go sim in an iPhone and I am in the US at the moment, however I suddenly cannot get any service anywhere. The sim is active on my account and has worked previously, is there a network issue or maintenance?

    @ThreeUKSupport S2 1QW, i had a friend on same network complaining too around Sheffield. Am being forced to switch between 4G and 3G all times to try find a connection and mostly have one or two bars on the signal
