Shocked to see that @ThreeUK “cancel contract online” let’s you cancel but then they say they never got the cancellation. Utterly shocked by that, except exact same thing happened last year too

@wobbley_bob @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Had that one too previously with Three despite them advertising a fault with a mast. Suppose if they pretend they never got the cancellation notice it’s a way of getting an extra months subscription from you

Does anyone else have a phone contract with @ThreeUK ??? And if so anyone else constantly having a problem with them taking the direct debit before the due date?? They have done this to me 4 times now which is ******* my credit score up well bad.😡

@ThreeUKSupport At least 5 years ago. Can share account details if necessary. Can't join any network in settings. Can't login to my account online to check international roaming settings as in order to do so it wants me to verify my details by sending a code by text but obviously can't receive.
