  • ajmy Anthony J Myers 🐝🦁🐼 (@ajmy) reported

I’ve had almost no service (signal or data) with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for around two weeks. Rather than fix the problem and address my complaint, they’re proactively helping me to leave 3. That’s how bad they are 🤯

  • seekqueen ClaireSeek (@seekqueen) reported

Every year I mention how my network connection is absolutely ABHORRENT! I explain about the tourists or kids off school putting and using the phone signal towers under so much strain and everyone hates it all the time. Company says "Nothing is wrong" #ThreeUK #Three @ThreeUK

  • Abcmsaj Alex Dixon (@Abcmsaj) reported

@threeuksupport no signal in Gower for Three at all. Start to get signal again at the Mumbles but nothing in Kittle, Rhosilli, Reynoldston, etc. can you please check if there is a problem because my parents are out there with no signal. Thanks

  • CassleeDavies Gwynbleidd 🐺 (@CassleeDavies) reported

@Abcmsaj @ThreeUKSupport No signal at all in the Rhondda for the last hour either

  • AshleyPiperKRO Ashley Piper (@AshleyPiperKRO) reported

@VOXImobile As Voxi uses the @VodafoneUK network, do Voxi users connect to the @ThreeUK network just like Vodafone users do?

  • ajmy Anthony J Myers 🐝🦁🐼 (@ajmy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can tell you what the issues are. Your colleagues just keep telling me (after 14 days) that I need to wait for another 7 days. Scripted answers that don’t address the question, let alone answer it.

  • _victoriawai_ Victoria Wai 📷 (@_victoriawai_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Time and again though I have to get in touch to sort out a problem that shouldn't happen. Last time it took months of emails cos the shops who knew the problems weren't allowed to sort there and then. Again wasting time when I need to look after a struggling freelance business!

  • rahul_bans Rahul Bansal (@rahul_bans) reported

@ThreeUKSupport But we just moved to London with a job…and only need a monthly broadband service, not a long term contract. How does credit check apply here?

  • ClassicToysUK Classic Toys (UK) (@ClassicToysUK) reported

@ThreeUK When I try to DM I get the error "You can no longer send messages to this person." I've been through your chat service, all is fine with my router. Apparently your network checker is down so the problem cannot be diagnosed at your end & there are no updates from your engineers.

@the_mighty_ming @ThreeUK Hi, we aren't aware of any issues. What seems to be the issue you are experiencing? - Kash
