    @ThreeUK I feel robbed, powerless and insulted by three. I cant cope with this much longer. And both call centre and in person staff have shown undue frustration towards me. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company EVER. I cant quite belive it tbh. I just want my money

    @ThreeUKSupport So we need 5g hub back working but they've advised her to cancel hub rolling contract and send back and make new order for hub

    @ThreeUKSupport Your network map is again showing 5G available in my area when it's not available. Can you give me an idea when it will be available as 4G isn't great and you will be removing 3G soon.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hub connected to Internet OK now.. Apparently some works being done on three network in area. However still need to sort out the phone numbers issue ASAP please
