    @ThreeUKSupport I did eventually thanks, but it was hard work. 1 contract to be downgraded to SIM only, one new phone contract and the final one was to cancel a tablet contract that was no longer needed and they went on and on and on about some Huawei thing and the benefits I’d miss out on.

    Think I am going to have to continually tweet that @ThreeUK is terrible monthly until they actually help me and stop lying to me about why I haven’t had my 4G work for nearly two months. And they wana charge me just under £800 to get away from them how fun xox

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, all 3 Three users in our house are unable to send texts at the moment. Recent upgrade work at nearby mast is finished and network checker shows no probs. 4G data OK.
