    PSA (From an ex O2 employee): @O2 5G is a lie. It's not even 4G. It's slower than 4G, coverage is **** too. Go with someone like @ThreeUK who has proper 5G.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Joe. The intermittent issue has been ongoing for 12 months. I rang 3 times last week, finally speaking to 'sunil' in 2nd line who said after 2 hour long calls it couldn't be fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport Went back to 3 store whose reply was "go online, if that don't solve it then go to Ofcom" Went online help who told me bluntly to go back to 3 store. Went back there and store manager resolved some of issue but money still being taken from my account, so much for customer service
