@ThreeUK awful customer service in the upgrades and cancellations team. Provided them with an offer I had received, the advisor proceeded to send me what appeared to be automated responses with offers that were about £400 more expensive overall! Gd customer retention skills!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport awful service with Three network - spent 2 hours on the phone being passed to different advisors to renew my contract. The advisor promised to email me confirmation of new contract but did not. Please can someone resolve urgently
