    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    @ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.

    @ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE

    I’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.

    I moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London
