@HarroBS19 @ThreeUK Thank you, if you try manually connecting to Vodafone Australia or Telstra Mobile this should allow you to connect consistently without dropping. Let us know if you're still having some issues. -Holly

joined @ThreeUKSupport just over 2 weeks ago, poor signal, messages not sending, contacted them many times to be told I’m 2 days past my 14 day cooling period, useless . How am I meant to run a business like this? Tried all the troubleshooting with a tech on the phone too . AVOID

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, but currently a different part. I am working in FY1 6BP a couple of days a week, and whilst it shows 2 bars of a 4G signal I often can’t connect to things. Very poor

@ThreeUK I'm paying £5 per day to use my UK allowance in Australia. My mobile data drops out constantly, despite being in the middle of the Sydney CBD. Fix this, or refund all roaming charges I have incurred since 1 June 2022.

@ThreeUKSupport hi there, can someone help. I upgraded yesterday, and got the confirmation email, but haven't received any indication that the phone is out for delivery, and the delivery date is displaying as "06 April 2022"
