I’ve never been so upset with @ThreeUK in my life. Phone them to discuss a signal concern. Explain what I do for work and that I need to have my phone to contact others. They suggest sending out a new sim but reassure that they won’t cut off this one until it arrives...

I’ve had the worlds worst migraine, I’m now needing to head to hospital to get seen by a doctor and have zero signal on my phone and zero way to contact anybody when I live my house because of @ThreeUK. What a shocking service😡
