    @ThreeUK Very poor reception in DT9 for over ten days now. Any idea when this will be fixed? Need to change networks otherwise as it's my work phone and I keep missing calls.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon, I’ve had the SIM for as long as this current contract has been running so from February 2021. I am@having this issue almost everywhere. Even with my phone saying I’ve got 5G, I’m getting almost no internet speeds! It’s beyond frustrating! I know #firstworldproblems

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been having issues with my phone connection at my workplace, rg31, it’s been going on for weeks now and I have to keep using my company WiFi. Checking on your site it says work is being carried out in this area. This is not good enough

    @ThreeUKSupport I contemplated upgrading with @ThreeUK to a new iPhone Pro 14 but why would I do that when the network is useless? £38 a month and there are too many black spots to justify staying with Three. So I wanted to talk to someone about leaving now really as I know it won’t get better!
