    @ThreeUKSupport Hello Nathan, Yes, I spoken to Customers Relations Team (CRT) about this and they mentioned as long as the device is in "Good" condition they'd be open to cancelling the contract as a one time acceptation, They mentioned It would cost £975.00 if I was to cancel the contract...

    @ThreeUK where is my broadband device? Why is your dpd delivery driver moving mad all over the area? Nearly 3 hours after the time slot and no delivery on the second attempt. Customer service is just a dead concept these days…
