@ThreeUKSupport I called 48 and 24hrs ago requesting proof of purchase to support a warranty repair (I was asked to contact Huawei direct). Despite promise of email, still nothing. Do I need to visit a branch to get decent service?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn. My number has been blocked by Three as they claim I have not paid my bill. However, i have already transferred to Smarty in July. Three are claiming that port did not happen and Smarty are claiming the opposite. I know SMARTY uses three as their network. Can you help?
