@ThreeUKSupport So disappointed that you don't take fraud seriously. I reported a case of fraud to your team 3 weeks ago. I was told that the team would be in contact last Wednesday. I chased today and got the rudest operator ever telling me she wouldn't help. Do better.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Why? It's nothing to do with my device. It's your internet connection that's the problem. And yet again, I'm having issues in EH6. I now cannot get connected to 4G, stuck on H+ and it's not fast enough to use for my work. Can you not increae the mast capacity in EH6?
