@ThreeUKSupport They’ve told me there will be a resolution by Friday and to phone back again to see what the outcome is. They have also just tried telling me I need to go back to store for them to deal with it when the store told me there’s nothing they can do

@ThreeUKSupport my son is currently in Greece & his phone is very limited. He has added on a go roam with nothing changed. We have email confirmation of buying it. We’ve tried everything that has been said in support & community pages. Please help 🤞🏻
