@ThreeUK how embarrassing that 3 business lost my handset and 3 weeks later have yet to send another phone, apply refund, cancel the contract or even call me back. Clearly very supportive of understanding small business then! Not to mention purposefully avoidant.

@ThreeUKSupport How come whenever I’m in a busy area (eg a music concert or football ground) my data does not work? I understand congestion but friends I’m with on other networks don’t have any issues.

  • Kev_Seymour Kevin Seymour (@Kev_Seymour) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Seriously?? You don't think I've checked that?! Im not going over the two previous conversations had with your colleagues explaining all this again. If the "chat" conversations aren't recorded that's another issue entirely.

@ChobeUtsav @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport how can I be paying £21.14 a month for a network service that isn't working. I can't even browse as your network is poor in Norwich. Even calls are limited to just my house and signal is also poor. I had to get an alternative broadband as WiFi to my phone
