@ThreeUK currently having a terrible experience with the 3's customer service, firstly i had a debt which they squashed due to me paying back but also struggling for money. Then take £131 out of my bank two weeks ago and am still awaiting a refund in the cost-of-living crisis.👍

@puddletash @ThreeUKSupport Don't waste your time with the customer services. Three are having server issues. If you have the opera browser you can turn on "use dns over instead of systems DNS settings" Then select whatever works in that list, try default first. That should help you surf at least.

@ThreeUK Hi, I am your payg client for many years on 2 contracts. Was broad for month, I was not able to make the payment over the phone, managed to reset the password online until I came back to UK. Why damage credit raring for 1 months missed payment while not allowing to pay?

@joelharris07 @ThreeUKSupport I was told it would be fixed hours ago. They don't know when it'll be fixed, it's all hot air, I've only had this broadband for 5 months and it's only worked without issue for 1 of those months. They can't even let people know what's going on. Enough's enough.
