@ThreeUKSupport Hey Kymberlie, I haven’t raised a complaint as such, but I have since spoken to an online advisor who has re ordered the upgrade for me. I am more annoyed that I wasn’t told previously that there was an issue as I would have got in touch and sorted it sooner!

What’s going on with @ThreeUK ??There are issues in many areas. I have issues on and off for over a month now! On top of everything they made sure I know the bill goes up soon! @ThreeUKSupport yes I’ve tried all the classic moves and still not working or is working just temporary

@ThreeUKSupport Done that ... using a Huawei MiFi Post code where I am working and using it is TW1 3DY. Been working fine -only issues today when using it in lunch hour to do other work
