@ThreeUKSupport Time to time? A month without service at work in October due to never ending work on the adjacent mast Maxine!! I can guess from the guys up the mast, it’s maintenance related but they were up there last week with no loss of service, so why now? I’m fed up with the disruption.

@ThreeUK however, something told me that this wasn’t actioned. So I contacted them again to confirm... surprise, they hadn’t done as we’d agreed/discussed... so the fact of it is that had you done your jobs correctly I wouldn’t have this stupid bill in the first place! 🙄🙄🙄

@ThreeUKSupport PO15 5SH iPhone 5SE. Under normal circumstances reception and service are excellent. I just feel that this round of disruption so soon after the last is hard to swallow as a customer.
