@ThreeUK your app is terrible. My partner & I both had your app on our phones but every time we tried to log in, apparently our passwords were wrong. When we tried to change our passwords we got told we needed WiFi.

The social team @ThreeUKSupport will be like ‘oh, let us look into that…’ – but the phone team have been bloody awful. It’s one thing to let some random fraudster into my account – but quite another not to investigate the fraud properly, or diligently.

@ThreeUKSupport I have no service this morning. Only working when connected to Wi-Fi. I will now not be able to use phone once I leave house. Not receiving texts. Have been having issues with 4G also for over a week. Waiting for new sim but has not arrived.

@ThreeUK I'm extremely bored of having hardly any mobile signal in most places I go on your network. Never ever get 4g as a minimum. Usually have to drop my phone down to 3g only to get anything to work. Bought this up hundreds of times to people in stores and online

@ThreeUKSupport my voice isn't being picked up on calls. Microphone works as done WhatsApp voicenote. Mute isn't on. Any issues with masts? I can hear them!

Dear @ThreeUKSupport it is completely unreasonable for you to blacklist my phone because I tried to use data abroad, which I am entitled to do as part of my plan. I now cannot even call emergency services should I need them. This defeats the purpose of having a mobile abroad.

Lots and lots of SSL errors via my @ThreeUK mobile tethering tonight, which is rather annoying when trying to browse the web. Shame that my home broadband order was screwed up by EE so that two weeks after moving, I'm still stuck on 3G tethering...
