    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Kymberlie, I haven’t raised a complaint as such, but I have since spoken to an online advisor who has re ordered the upgrade for me. I am more annoyed that I wasn’t told previously that there was an issue as I would have got in touch and sorted it sooner!

    @ThreeUK upgraded today. Will my new plan be on my current sim card or will I have to swap to another with a new number? Would have called but anxiety is far too bad for me to do that.

    @ThreeUK I have a new sim only contract, have received SIM but not able to register in 3App it just wants me to login with email. Is there issues with site, as can log into my old contact account just not register new contract

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I've been trying to upgrade for 5 hours with no success, your chat service or call service just 'drops' and they close the chat or end the call. What is going on? Unnecessary... Still no upgrade

    What’s going on with @ThreeUK ??There are issues in many areas. I have issues on and off for over a month now! On top of everything they made sure I know the bill goes up soon! @ThreeUKSupport yes I’ve tried all the classic moves and still not working or is working just temporary

    @ThreeUKSupport Done that ... using a Huawei MiFi Post code where I am working and using it is TW1 3DY. Been working fine -only issues today when using it in lunch hour to do other work
