    @ThreeUK trying to call CS to cancel a 5g hub contract but it's not recognising the selections ok putting in then keeps saying sorry and ending the call. I went in-store and they can't help me they said 😭

    @ThreeUK when you gonna sort out issues around Cornwall??? The biggest network ever and can’t even get back online after 30+ hours. Yet every other network around is fine. Even power was back on faster.

    @ThreeUKSupport why, when my wife or I on individual phones, try to make a call does the phone signal completely disappear and calls cannot be made. OL15 0DE post code. I thought the Vodafone merger was meant to improve coverage not make it worse?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Customer relations non-existent. No call back, despite being promised on 3 different occasions. Worst customer service I have experienced. My Farther is elderly and trying to seek help with an issue through no fault of his own. #CustomerService
