@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, the customer services rep was confusing and rather than addressing my concerns kept parrot fashion repeating the same canned lines. It was confusing, frustrating, and at times inconsistent. I left detailed feedback on the form afterwards

Despite many multiple attempts to resolve this @ThreeUKsupport, customer service is so appalling that I’ve waited hours to talk to someone - who tells me it will be sorted...but I’m still being charged twice! (2/5)
