@ThreeUKSupport Again, we did that and was told to go back into the shop. This contract always missold to an elderly, vulnerable person, who is now unable to afford to eat, but never mind that aye? As long as three can keep charging her money.

@ThreeUKSupport MMS tells me "can send service not enabled on network", browser... no can do.. I only have edge installed on this machine, no other browser available. I'm a softdev by trade, I can see the crash causing it in the browser console, it's because the page can't load adobe tracking.

@ThreeUK so sorry to have to do this but I’ve reported my shabby experience with my contract sim only I got from you about trying to cancel for months in 14 days cooling off period already been charged over £60 and been told I have to pay a cancellation fee of over £120

@ThreeUKSupport We used the support link and they couldn’t help, we called three and they advised us that we had to go back to the shop and ask them to cancel! They had already miss sold this contract and refused to do anything about it! Still no help for my elderly vulnerable mum?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport So beyond fed up with your service now - your broadband is terrible (despite replacements being sent) and customer service is even worse! Put in a complaint and managers don’t get in touch in timescales promised and then just stop replying altogether…
