    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried my options were to cancel my contract or wait till December and wait another 6 weeks whilst still paying for a phone I don’t have

    @GracelessHippo @ThreeUK True. I think the shock insulates you a little. But had I not reached that nadir I'd have never found happiness. Sometimes sufferingvis so extreme it destroys the apparatus that gave rise to it. Not that I'd recommend it, mind!

    @ThreeUKSupport no kim its about a new contract that is not activated - everyone is passing the buck and saying i need to go instore and the shopis saying call customer services - its appalling and i have wasted a whole day trying to resolve this

    Phone got stolen over ten days ago and @ThreeUK have basically left me stranded. @EE, have you got a contract for me that actually helps to look after and offers support in case of other such emergencies?

    @ThreeUK this is ridiculous and has been going on for a few weeks since ‘maintenance’ in my NG3 post code area. One of the highest points in Nottingham and well populated but struggle to get one bar signal.
