    @ThreeUKSupport What kind of provider has online chat and the chat agent ends the conversation because they can't deal with the problem and then makes sure the transcript is blank? Three guesses?

    Terrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data

    @status_is_down Since arriving in North Norfolk on holiday, there is no 3uk service whatsoever, for miles around where we are staying which is weybourne area. Have to dive over 30 mins on any direction to get even a tiny signal. #threeuk @ThreeUKSupport

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport
