    @ThreeUK Renewed my contract for 24 months in Sept 2020 through the app with supposedly 6 months half price. Still not getting that discount 4 months on despite contact with support. Even better deals available now! Who can resolve please?

    @ThreeUKSupport for the phone they recalled and was never delivered!! Multiple complaints and dealings with call centres in India who claim they will fix it and 10 weeks later and we are still here!! How can I speak to someone with half a brain??? @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Your Cheltenham branch failed to close a contract back in Feb 2020 (within cooling off period) and now I've received an outstanding balance letter. I've spoke to 6 people on the phone that won't help resolve the issue. Please help fix

    @ThreeUKSupport I spent an hour and a half on the phone with your team earlier only to be passed back and forth between your technical and cancellation team who kept saying it was the other that had to help with no resolution at all (O asked for the complaints team)...
