@ThreeUKSupport It does indicate 3 messages and there are not 3 messages. That has been the case since November! If I can't sort I need to cancel our contract as it's hindering my work/life. Facetime is working at the moment

Why are me and my partner paying 50 pound a month to go nearly 2 weeks without no signal and no 3G with the same excuse that work is getting done in the area??? @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport In the end, I got the phone working myself from my end with less than 10 minutes effort. A pity your support staff couldn't figure out as much as a customer could. STILL waiting for them to reply to my complaint ffs. Pathetic. End of contract can't come fast enough.
