Hey @ThreeUK Picked up one of your MiFi device thingies, was told it would work on arrival. It's been sat waiting for activation now for over an hour. How long should this take? Currently says "Internet Disconnected", it has strong signal. Just .. waiting now..

@davidamunday It'll be a chilly day in Hell before @ThreeUK see another penny of mine. So bad have their service and customer service been that the subsequent compensation means that I'll make a substantial profit on leaving this contract.
