@cityblue2001 @ThreeUK They're dreadful. Fortunately the contract with Chelsea ends soon. I will be changing networks when my phone contract ends because of signal issues. But the emergency alert issue was particularly revealing!

@TJM_Sparkles @JackHorwood @ThreeUK I found it very difficult as there was no "sound" and no screen "visual" alert. And no other sensory alert. And I have no diagnosis of neurodiversity. So it's beyond poor design. It failed! But I feel sure it won't be a government failure.

@thegreengiant88 @ThreeUK As I understand the signal is broadcast repeatedly / continuously and your device ignores if it has seen it. I know people who got the alert when they turned on their device at 3:15 because it was still broadcasting as someone else said I’d imagine a real one would be many hours

Why did my phone on @O2 not receive the emergency alert today? Are you investigating why phones did not receive it like @ThreeUK are doing?

@JIX5A @ThreeUK I am a 3 customer. I did get the message but not until 15:11. However my wife, who is also a 3 customer still has not received it.

@ThreeUk failed in their delivery of the emergency text alert trial today – all four of my family will be apparently unaware of any impending apocalypse. Perhaps happiness is ignorant bliss?

@ThreeUK your customers today may not have received their alerts if they have a smart watch with cell connection. I usually have mine off as it’s fairly useless but I turned it on today so I had 2 devices connected to the network for the same number in the same location
