@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK still waiting for proper 5g connection on my mifi/iphone respectively, u guys sell 5g like it exists, and then serve up 4g that can't even support youtube most days or render an image properly sometimes on screen. not impressed

  • Veeoh Mark (@Veeoh) reported

@ThreeUKSupport This isn't new. It's been like this since I've been with 3 - years. 5G half a mile(sh) away but we're left, in a town, with barely adequate 3G. Sucks. I'll send postcode anyway but it'll make no difference.

  • jimnogi4 Nim Non (@jimnogi4) reported

@ThreeUK @Parklifefest why are three not advising that their system has been down since 0930 this morning ? this appears to be the fob off that chat team is putting out, yet when i called they advised there is no issue.

  • playdisc788 mary-rose (@playdisc788) reported

@ThreeUKSupport thanks, i will do that, although i've tried with @VodafoneUK constantly to get them to up their game but just fed up, my two year contract with them ends this august and its been **** since it first started, and that's my main connection at home, dm on its way

  • StreetJewelsCo Jay Mcfadyen (@StreetJewelsCo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there any planned work or ongoing work in the birmingham B33 area? My signal is very poor today and data is 3G instead of 5G cheers

  • Will_LJ William Lees-Jones (@Will_LJ) reported

@ThreeUK - you really need to sort out your out-sourced customer services. You could not have made a simple situation more complex with threats, poor admin and a lot of wasted time - 4 calls (each 30+ minutes) to do something simple - from 13 November to 30 January (so far!)

  • candy_merc Candy merc (@candy_merc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I will never forgive u guys for this stress , funny enough I'm paying every month for someone thing I can't use ..all I'm doing is submitting my assignment and my Internet been spinning for a whole 24 hrs .on top of it I got a letter the bill has gone up smfh

  • PositiveLad Tom - PositiveLad (@PositiveLad) reported

@threesupportuk @ThreeUK 5G broadband seems to have gone down in N22. Our router says “normal” with full signal on one-click check, but only working at 25Kbps. Which isn’t working at all really.

  • ThatKidCosmo Cosmo (@ThatKidCosmo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Are there any plans to support the pixel watch lte?

@ThreeUKSupport An employee at your Fulham Broadway location sold me what he said was ten months' worth of vouchers. Now your customer service employee tells me these vouchers are expired. Now I can't top-up my account
