@ThreeUKSupport Your twitter team sends you to live chat, live chat tells you to log into your account to read their response when the entire issue is about logging into the account, I can do nothing else but charge back my payment because of how badly run your system are.

I then called @ThreeUK (from my work phone), they made excuses, and then cut me off when they were supposedly putting me on hold (she said her name was Jennifer)! I need to find a better service provider… #badcustomerservice #three
