    Three (@ThreeUK) absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Just cut me off on business chat, previously useless in store and online. Constantly promised calls that do not materialize. Absolute joke...

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out

    @ThreeUK yet again i am having to contact you and i am no longer a customer of yours ! I have yet again had an email sent saying i am due money for an account that is closed. Can you sort this as i do not want this affecting my credit, if it does my lawyer will be in touch next
