I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear

It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

At a time when i most needed a signal due to a relative in hosp, you let me down yet again! Your network, customer service and attitude are awful! When is the next outage?
