@mattjarvis79 @ThreeUK Biggest regret ever signing for thier mobile wifi 4G. Its absolutely crap wherever I go. I don't think I've seen over 1MB down since I got it but I'm stuck with it now.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m a consumer - but like a lot of people, am self employed and working from home. I have both phone and broadband with you. I’ve been advised to wait until tomorrow to see if the problem persists… which it most definitely is doing. But now lost a nights work!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, it certainly isn’t. I cannot have a phone conversation and have bad internet connection. I’m a customer of 11 years and pay a premium every month £70+. I’d like a better service for my money, rather than giving good deals to new customers, retain your old ones!
