    @michael3wilson @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’ve written to their CEO’s office. Not to complain really but to bring to his attention how poor the support is, how un-joined up it is and how poor their follow the sun contact centre strategy is performing.

    @hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic

    This is the part where I am fed up of complaining but also fed up of having no internet/very slow at my second home. @ThreeUKSupport really would like a completion date.

    @ThreeUKSupport @rank_bad_yin That’s disappointing to hear. I’m considering moving from EE to Three, but for me, lack of eSIM support is a deal breaker. My iPhone’s physical SIM slot is taken by my work SIM, so my personal plan has got to be on eSIM.

    @ThreeUKSupport my phone network is super slow and keeps cutting out. I pay £80+ per month, I should be able to at least use internet in my home

    @ThreeUK I would love to know who introduced a charge for the go roam... £2 a DAY to use the data YOU ALREADY PAID FOR when it used to be FREE... bad form 3... might switch after this contract.
