@ThreeUKSupport Well I used my sky broadband to connect. No local issue. The link to the report an issue form doesn’t work and I have no idea what the number associated with my router is so I can’t use the app, my phone is with 3 too …. Not for much longer though

@ThreeUKSupport My wife ported her number from O2 to 3 the other week but she can’t send texts to certain contacts. APN settings have been reset, contacts & texts deleted and still has problems. Think this is a split port that needs resolving. Can you help please?

@ThreeUK How about the phrase “network wide service failure”? Will that ever be a thing of the past with @ThreeUK? I’ve had no WiFi service for over 12 hrs!

@ThreeUK I have been with you for 13 years but lack of coverage on 4G, poor signal in general (nationally) and an exceptionally high monthly charge is making me reevaluate. Can I return my phone and cancel my contract? I'm thinking of moving to another provider.

@ThreeUKSupport My 4G broadband has been up and down all day. Doesn't lose connection, but will suddenly go right down to download speeds of 14kbps or less. As such it's unusable. Any info about what's happening?
