    @ThreeUKSupport ,please can you respond? I reset network settings last night and it worked. Today I tried to make a call and all say call failed again. This is very alarming

    Come home to find out that the modem I returned to @ThreeUK store in arndale two months ago was never returned and going to kept Getting charged for an account I don’t use, I spoke to three already about this and assured it was taken care off.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, is there an issue wit mobile internet as I haven't been able to use it for nearly 2 hours now. The postcode I'm in is KT13 0YX. I tried checking online for problems but the website isn't accepting any postcodes I put in.

    @NicolaJames007 @ThreeUK My son is in the same position. He lives in Norway now, but uses his phone when in the UK. Three knocked him off earlier in the year and have never reactivated the SIM. I think he needs a new one.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, no issue receiving calls but again the call failed issue is back again, and that’s after I’ve even switched it off and on again just now.
