@ThreeUK Why is it going to cost me, someone who has had multiple contracts with you for years, more to upgrade to a Z Fold4 than it will cost a new customer to get one with the same plan details? Am I paying some kind of "mug" tax?

@ThreeUKSupport terrible live chat service. After being assured I’ve been given the best deal available. I’ve found a USwitch Three deal better on line, when asked to supply the link (doing your job) switching to web browsers to find link to copy across just kills the chat window

@ThreeUK @Ofcom I just bought a new 5G home broadband router which runs at so far no more than 6Mbps, checked a few forums and a lot of people have the same issues due to Three traffic shaping. Anyone any ideas how to fix this as if not it’s basically unusable?

.@ThreeUKSupport Are you trying to outdo Virgin Media for wasting my time? Several minutes filling in my details, then 'no operators available". In any sane universe I'd be told this BEFORE wasting my time, but then I guess normal rules of customer service don't apply to telcos.

@ThreeUKSupport they were unable to advice ms Kirsty. Each of the customer support would then disappear or log off without helping me

@ThreeUKSupport Hindsight’s a wonderful thing. Now 3 times the chat window has just unexplainably closed making me start from scratch. Existing customers not being offered new customer deals. Seems an intentional policy to make it as complex as possible to stop people getting what they’re after

Love that the @ThreeUK live chat says to hang on whilst I’m connected then the app crashes…
