@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just spoken to and adviser online. And unfortunately you can’t match or beat anywhere else. Which is sad when I’m already an existing customer , where is the loyalty there

Another black mark against @ThreeUK not only is the coverage **** I can't pay my business account in a store nor do the know anything about business accounts. Even though said store can set you up with a business account to start with. Complete wasters.

@PottsMalc @ThreeUK the worst network provider I've ever had. Would not recommend them to anybody. I'm out of contract and have been for a while (no phone to pay off) still paying full whack and theyve put the costs up, cheeky f*cks. Going to sort a different network tomorrow

@ThreeUKSupport ordered something to the store but my name has changed few year ago but my ID still has my old name which means I couldn't pick up my package even with documents proving my name change. phoned customer service which were very good but gave different inconclusive answers

@Michellewelby1 @ThreeUKSupport You should be aware of the issues - one of your advisors told me on the phone yesterday that the 5G router is currently incompatible with smart tvs, echo etc and that a patch is being worked on by a dedicated team
