I've really gone off @threeuk. Between jacking up PAYG prices, throttling connections to 500k(!!!) during the evenings, and their status checker now claiming we don't have coverage, when we've been getting a connection from them for years... it's been a pretty poor few months.

I have 6 accounts with @ThreeUK but their customer care is absolutely dreadful. It's a real shame because everything else is brilliant. They call me just now, I miss the call, I call back and I've been on the phone 20 minutes now because they can't find who called me.
