    @ThreeUK I seems that EVERY customer didn’t receive the alert 🚨

  • RossKilpatrick5 Ross Kilpatrick (@RossKilpatrick5) reported from Irvine, Scotland

    @BBCNews I didn’t get it, perhaps it’s a network issue? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • adrianartn Time, manner, place. (@adrianartn) reported

    @ThreeUK I don't even get a signal from you in London Victoria station so I'm not surprised.

  • NeilGoulder Neil Goulder (@NeilGoulder) reported

    Having left thousands of people unable to work, @ThreeUK wanted to molify us: they are offering compensation. We are to get £6.01 for the loss of a week’s service. They are, they said, very keen to keep us “happy”. It gets better ... 2/3

  • purplelaura24 Laura Clark (@purplelaura24) reported

    I'm on @ThreeUK never got the Emergency Alert, I think everyone on @ThreeUK should be allowed transfer to a network that actually works and cares about its customers. I appreciate not everyone wants the alert but everyone should be given the option to receive it #emergencyalert

  • popparper Drama Queen 💙 (@popparper) reported

    @ThreeUK I received nothing at all and I’m on the Three network.

  • Azzap_22 Aaron (@Azzap_22) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport @legendkiller2k8 If a real emergency how many people would have lost their life?? Poor show Three, I'm less than a mile away from my bestie and he never heard a thing! #AnswersPlease

  • neilsnew Neil (@neilsnew) reported

    @ThreeUK I think that the minimum that needs to be done is another test to ensure this will work. One of the key things we need with these alerts is confidence in them working. Now, as a Three customer, I have no confidence. Please don’t just brush this aside until it’s really needed.

  • DuncanRFarmer Duncan (@DuncanRFarmer) reported

    @ThreeUK "a number of customers" where number equals the number of customers on the three network?

  • MarkStanford05 Mark Stanford (@MarkStanford05) reported

    @ThreeUK Will you perform a @ThreeUK network wide test once fixed to ensure that there is some clarification that it will work for real on the three network in the event it goes of in a real emergency in the future?
