    @ThreeUK It is so frustrating to step out of the house and with almost no network on the phone. It is even more frustrating when it happens every other day. One thing is for sure, I am not renewing my contract with you anymore. 😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Customer services sent me a password reset and that worked, so it seems the web based one doesn't work in some use cases.

    @ThreeUKSupport Signal disappeared some time this morning, but seemed to be deteriorating for last couple of days. Sim is in a TP-Link router, signal strength reported as 0%.

    @ThreeUKSupport I would have cancelled it. Regardless I’ve not paid a penny for it since then until now and I’ve apparently “missed” a payment. The woman on the phone had no clue what I was talking about and didn’t seem to grasp my issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport No signal in CO124FE. Hope you can improve things here soon because I’m counting the months down on my contract. Reliability and speed has massively dropped from what it once was! Shame.

    @ThreeUKSupport I would also suggest you provide your customer service agents with better GDPR training as they could have pointed me to that page rather tham simply refusing to help.

    @ThreeUK online customer service chat function is pretty pointless. Ask a question and just get told to call instead, if I wanted to call I would, the live chat facility was by far a better option when you’ve lost your voice.

    Over the last 5 days I have had an absolute nightmare with @ThreeUK and as a result advise no one to have a mobile contract with them. After so many years with so many contracts for my daughters, their service has been awful. So many lies and broken promises. Have cancelled 😡
