@ThreeUKSupport Glasgow silverburn. Currently in queue to buy same phone in sainsburys so we have one in case of emergency. Unfortunately my wife will need to visit shop again tomorrow to cancel and buy our her contract
@ThreeUK store manager told me nothing could be done. Apparently nobody else other than the area manager can help despite being told to come in to store. No back up phones in store to help, no offer of replacement and we are accused of misunderstanding
@ThreeUK can you help me understand how you would continue to charge for a phone and data when the contract ends.
@ThreeUK 1/2 just left one of your stores after my overdue pregnant wife was advised on the phone I could collect a replacement handset on her behalf. On arrival same staff member keeps me for 30 minutes before telling me cannot help as area manager away for day
@ThreeUKSupport Will somebody please just tell me if there is still work going on in the area and if yes then when it is now supposed to finish. Speeds are terrible and remain terrible.
@xhayleybell @ThreeUK Hayley irs not just fort William I pay £78 a month for internet and phone contract and their reception is terrible. Tried to speak to them but no help, so so so sick of it tbh feel we all are owed atleast a month free it’s bull. X

@BizPaul @ThreeUK I’ve been using them for 10 years! Never had much of an issue and I usually get signal everywhere I go.
@ThreeUKSupport I think she may have a cap of £0 we need to remove to allow for £2 a day roaming charge? Problem is we get remove it and you never answer the phone.
@ThreeUK I have just upgraded to iPhone 13 however I am having trouble accessing Instagram as every time I click the app it closes again, I also cannot log on the web as it says error but Instagram still works perfectly fine on my old phone. Iv re installed app etc and nothing
