    @ThreeUKSupport The phone was only turned on again during my chat conversation with your representative which means the first 24 hour charge will not expire until tomorrow. Get it sorted. Terrible service at the moment.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve sorted it now via a Chat but you should know I had exactly the same problem when trying to set the spending cap using the website. Get it sorted out.. During the Chat your representative told me a credit limit did not apply so the info in the FAQs is very misleading. Sort it

    @CPMumma79 @SFAactive You’ve probably checked it all so apologies if this isn’t helpful but I’m on a contract with 3 that’s £13 a month with occasional other charges (this month £1.30). 30g data and unlimited texts and calls. Have you gone into @ThreeUK shop to talk directly to someone? Might help

    @ThreeUKSupport need to fix spending cap issues. Nothing in app mentions credit limit when setting a cap. I’ve at least 7 texts happily telling me spending cap set to 0. Stuck without calls or data in Spain LOUSY SERVICE

    I’m having issues with my smart and phone and SIM card as they have both went missing from my private room were I’m living at. I’m currently on the phone with my network provider in which have put me on hold and are keeping me on hold trying to get it sorted. @ThreeUK
