@JoeBaguley @theonlyrobinson @ThreeUK Yeah, so we have no signal indoors and use a femto for mobile (can't live without it these days for SMS 2FA!) Getting a 2nd DSL line to a different wholesaler and bonding, as a bit too reliant on this now.

@ThreeUKSupport Three mobile have been overcharging my dad and caused a huge amount of stress as constantly promising to resolve since November and still overcharging. Complaint ignored and constant online chat promises to resolve never happen. Please sort this out! Awful CS.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank, this is at least quicker than the mail, even though my problem is NOT resolved. The new problem is that no matter when I try to open the chat (from this morning to now), there are no operators available!

@ThreeUK @threeuksupport Why do you make it so difficult to cancel any contract? Thought it was done in store but turns out it wasn’t so have been charged again. Now being told I have to wait another 30 days! Really not happy.

@ThreeUKSupport I am absolutely appalled with the service from 3 mobile, just been cut off again by a customer representative! I have spoken to representatives and filled in complaints forms online and have heard nothing.
