@ThreeUKSupport @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK Besides, it's the customer service and experience that I'm complaining about, less so the actual offer.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport anyone can tell me what's going on with the platform today?the internet is so slow 😭😭😡

@ThreeUKSupport it was very surprising that despite assurances given by customer care, the amount got debited from my account that was used while taking the connection. Need refund please. logged complaint but no response. Pls be kind and fair enough to process the refund.

After the fraudster took over my phone number, they used it to reset the passport on my email account and others. Getting my number back is the only way to get my accounts and all data in them. @ThreeUK understood the issue and promised to help. Two months later, still nothing.

  • maellekabore mae (@maellekabore) reported

For the past 2 MONTHS I’ve been waiting for @ThreeUK to send me a new SIM card after my account & phone number had been fraudulently taken over. I’ve been in contact with them many times, each time they promise the SIM card’s on the way and will arrive the next day. Never does.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I cant receive calls or answer calls or text there is no signal

  • CCallum22 Callum (@CCallum22) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Been a customer for years now, but been contacted to say I can't have my current contract and you want to put £10 per month on. Live chatting and being offered a way worse plan for more than I am on now, with 30GB of data, despite my average use being much higher

  • tomfooled James Moore (@tomfooled) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Can't login to my account or reset my password. Your Live Chat says I need to send my passport, drivers license and birth certificate to you. This seems incorrect just to reset my account password! Can you please help?

@BeefyRoberts @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I believe they do it on purpose. I had unlock issues 5 years ago and literally nothing has changed. Its, in my opinion, an internal policy to cause hurdles so that customers just "give up" and stay with them. Weird logic, but seems that way. But def done on purpose.
