To add to the fun, I installed the app to try see if I could sort it, but of course the app doesn't let you register, have to do that on website first. What's the point? The store can't help with online, the online can't help with certain things etc etc @threeuk

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm still having issues and have been for the last 3 days, I've had no service for the last 3 days. I've got an important hospital telephone app 2 Moro so I really hope I've got service by then. I am NOT happy. I came to U from Sky, 8 weeks ago, think I'm going back! 😠

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be very interested to know how your advisors are able to take personal information, talk about a problem & give false information and then not save a record of the conversation? Huge GDPR concern. Thankfully I saved the transcript.

As a result several days this week he’s not had network service to contact me or his mum in an emergency if needed on way to & from school. @ThreeUK haven’t contacted me when they needed extra info or when reconnect was delayed, I’ve had to call them.

Disgusting customer service from @ThreeUK. I took out a broadband contract with them, cancelled it within 3 days due to a rubbish connection and returned the pack despite them making it VERY difficult. My data has now been shared to debt collection agencies without reason. Beware
