Hey @ThreeUKSupport. 6 weeks ago you took £280 out my account for an upgrade that was cancelled and a phone I never received. Every week Im told it will be 2/3 days until it is returned to me. Today I got cut off because I've "not paid my bill". I can't work without my phone.

@ThreeUKSupport The original direct debit is already cancelled, so when that one is attempted it will fail, and I'm really trying to set up a new direct debit but you need to tell me how to tell you the bank details.

@ThreeUKSupport I am just fed up going through data protection by several people in one call excluding the recorded vocals. Had to put the phone down when the 4th agent went trough it again. It's ANNOYING. RIDICULOUS!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I’m abroad. My SIM card seemed to have stopped working, iPhone says “No SIM”. I can log in into the app because I would have to receive a SMS to confirm my number. Also, it seems that this “No SIM” issue happens every year or so, why?!
