Hi @ThreeUK is it possible for someone to check what’s going on with the 4G signal in BR7? I am right between 2 masts, had full 4G and couldn’t even load a webpage. Things loaded when it flipped to 3G! Thanks.

Three days of no 5G signal from @ThreeUK at home and then it randomly comes back. Router may need to be replaced with one with an external antenna.

@PJ82PJ @ThreeUK Honestly, been with EE for 9 years and thought i’d try them for broadband and i’ve already been lied to on two ocassions in a matter of hours, interrupted on the phone, still no resolution it’s shocking! Cheers Paul hopefully they sort it
