Harry (@HarryWessex) reported@ThreeUK Hi, can you let me know the progress of fixing the data around Basingstoke? 4G and 5G seem available, the the data is slow on non existent. It’s been like this for at least 5 months.

xSpecialxst (@xSpecialxst) reported@phoenixmcx @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had no signal at all for 30 mins it’s just come Back now 😔
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

Rohit Kumar (@rohittkumarr28) reported@ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.
