    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     why don't old people understand that us young folks don't have access to everything on the internet. dad needs a new SIM card but @ThreeUK won't issue one because dad doesn't know his account details.. dad thinks I can just access his emails because "you do the internet"

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 weeks ago I returned from China, having visited 9 city’s in 4 months, not once did I ever lose phone signal with my Chinese network provider - yet here I am on a train from Kent to London with my @ThreeUK signal dropping out! This useless bloody country!! 😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently in Thailand and my three sim has stopped working. I can’t receive any messages. When I go to login on my online account it wants me to give an access code sent via text. Is there an option to gain access to my account via Email/password only

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out

    Tried this today! When it works its great. Login experience needs some work, I had to log in 3 times on an 11 hour flight, but I'm sure that'll get sorted. @ThreeUK @Starlink
