@ThreeUKSupport I haven't had access to data in 5 days when not on WiFi despite having unlimited data. This isn't good enough, I've spoken to live chat who didn't fix it, and I haven't heard anything regarding recompense. The standards have dropped massively in recent years

@ThreeUK the worst phone service ever. No one can ever hear me because the line is always "breaking up". No point phoning you to report it because you won't be able to hear me either. Can't wait to go elsewhere when this contract ends!

@ThreeUK Appalling service and customer experience, had issues with my one month rolling contract from the moment I got it, tried to it affected my work, not once did I get an apology👎.Service did not cover its purpose. Won’t be coming back and sharing my experience with others.

@ThreeUKSupport Internet signal on 3 seems to be down on Merseyside, Liverpool city centre and on the Wirral. Patchy signal since last night and now so slow, it's essentially useless.

@ThreeUKSupport I have no connection at all permanently 24/hrs a day. And my phone was absolutely fine a couple of weeks ago. I don’t have 3G either. Something is wrong somewhere and you need to fix this. @MartinSLewis

@leeleebythesea @richard_littler @ThreeUK has done this for a while, but a) they still charged me while it was connected to the picocell, b) have discontinued it because the network "has been improved", c) now have no real connectivity here and d) still have the same standing charge for the now no connection...
