    @dazj72 @ThreeUK Darren Jones - Get a grip you whining, entitled *****! Big whoop, a tech company has technical issues. All Tech companies have issues. They will fix it in good time as is normal. You however can't be fixed and will always be a whining, entitled, *******.

    @trainfanmatt @ThreeUK It is not about "wound up" it is about data protection law. I personally don't think it is massive problem but a clear explanation would be best in this scenario. I don't know how familiar you are with the responsibilities of a data controller under GDPR?

    @SamsungUK @ThreeUKSupport Hey both. Not sure what the issue is but im having major issues calling or receiving calls recently. People saying they can't call me, that it just hangs up. I just get silence when I try to call out. S21 ultra.

    @Carlo14601 @ThreeUK Yes things break. But ultimately if a company provides a service and an issue like this arises due to a problem on their end they do have a duty of care. I'm glad you don't care but doesn't make your opinion right more than anyone with concerns.

    @ThreeUK Shocking network....stuck without a signal while waiting for a phone call from the hospital about my dad...signal in parts of St Helens is dreadful....can't wait to end my agreement with you

    @ThreeUKSupport my Huawei/Three router has had no signal for 3 days now- told it would be fine after 7pm yesterday and still nothing or not connecting!!!

    @Katrina_15 @ThreeUK Nah, I tried that numerous times, made no difference! Changing network anyways, had crap coverage in my current home, even worse in my new one. Three are pish!

    @kendallrowanx @ThreeUKSupport I had similar issues when I had one of these. Ended up returning it but took months to resolve.

    @trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I think the concern is that this incident has signs that make it look like there was a data breach. This may, or may not have happened. If it did, there are consequences for those affected. Three should be sensitive to this and provide a clear narrative on what has happened.
