    @ThreeUKSupport I’m at the verge of having a complete breakdown. Unbelievable how incompetent your customer support is. your agents made a mistake and didn’t cancel a contract now I have a letter demanding money for a device that I returned and I’m owed a refund for!

    Good morning @ThreeUK!! Right it’s ultimatum time!!!! Either you permanently fix the never ending problem with coverage in PO15 by the end of this week or you lose me as a customer. Enough is ENOUGH. I am absolutely at my wits end now.

    @w4ndle @ThreeUK I took the Sim out of my router and put it in a tablet and was getting faster speeds. The tablet was very old but it makes me think they prioritise phones on their poor and terrible network over HomeFi

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve subscribed to your Broadband for 3 months. Noticing a pattern forming of much lower speeds midway through my billing period. Gone from 30mbps down to less than 5mbps. Are you throttling?
