    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it is a new build, but when we took out the contract for the WiFi they checked this area and told us it would be fine, as we got the contract out just before moving and had problems with it in the old house too which was not a new build

    @ThreeUK Please send me a DM to sort my voicemail issue out. I have a voicemail icon showing 24/7 even when there's no voicemail to answer. It's very frustrating. This has been ongoing from the first day I started my contract. Thx.

    @ThreeUKSupport how do I get support to gain my phone number bought a preloaded 6gb sim but it is for my car not a phone downloaded the app to top it up but need number to register and to call the helpline you need the phone number

    @ThreeUKSupport I have checked with ASUS and they have said its an Unlocked phone and it should work fine with any sim it is certified for GSM & 5G Ready and have told me to contact my phone provider!!! Please fix this i am paying for a non working phone right now!

    @ThreeUKSupport A cynic might suggest Pete, that these different pathways where you are 'best equipped to help' spin this out longer, avoid three mobile admitting deadlock and mean that we can't take serious complains to the ombudsman.

    Wow. @ThreeUK must have some of the worst coverage and connectivity I’ve ever experienced. Slower than a sloth. “How?” you ask yourself in an apparent first-world country. Useless. Even South Africa has better connectivity.
