@ThreeUK I eventually got full service back 10 hours and 30 minutes later. Business day an absolute write off thanks to your ineptitude and unwillingness to communicate with us YOUR CUSTOMERS. I understand things happen, but this whole situation has been unacceptable. People rely on you!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport So near normal levels yet from what I can see everyone is still offline. I used this phone for work so this has meant no Comms for work along with inability to contact family down south who have been in for major surgery today.
