Just had to deal with the bereavement service at @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport An absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. You could take a lesson from @VodafoneUK on how to do this properly.

@sactotimbrown @ThreeUK I may have to pay them then write up a Small Clsims writ. I will certainly be taking them to the Ombudsman if they fail to provide me copies of phone calls to them, and calls made home. They have made more from payments than my once monthly call home.

@TorranceConsult @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hello, we are sorry again for this issue. It seems that we did not receive your DM. Could you please try again. Best regards.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. I didn’t think I needed to insure a phone that wasn’t physically in my possession. (I didn’t insure my car before its delivery.) There was nothing I could do to mitigate loss or damage before delivery.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for taking the time to reply, Ali. Paying an insurance premium for a policy on which a claim can’t be made seems wrong, but I completely understand this is outside Three’s control. I went elsewhere for insurance without issue.
