@ThreeUKSupport @hernandez_aidan Hi Kirsty - this has been going on for several days now. I called yesterday and they said it would absolutely be fixed by EOD yesterday. Yet there are still outages today. I would recommend putting it on your website because it says “no known issues” which is clearly incorrect

@ThreeUKSupport How do I move my contract number to Pay as you go on Three? Do I need to use the HTG PAC to transfer the number to a different network first and get a PAC from the different network to move the number back to Three?

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service. Had a faulty sim so I get a replacement. Waited 24hrs, the replacement is still not connected. So I get another replacement and now I am told to wait another 24-48hrs until it connects to the network. What a joke. Should’ve gone to ee.
