@ThreeUKSupport Fraudulent activity. Despite sending proof, calling numerous times and also going in store - the issue still hasnt been resolved. Im glad i wasnt in a compromised position when my phone got blocked. Advised to log in to my account to change security but i can’t as its blocked.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had calls from mobile numbers claiming to be three for the past couple of days 07883077310 and 07885514636 soon as I questioned the callers they put the phone down. Clearly scammers I’ve blocked the numbers, just making people aware three call from 0333

@ThreeUKSupport Speak to the bereavement team.. who can apparently close the account and nothing else. Your accounts team need to get a grip of this. You can't be charging vulnerable people without any communication or checks for a service they are neither consuming or receiving

@ThreeUKSupport I went there and got taken to this screen that is not an active screen as in no way for me to find my number, I tried going through the support page which is as clear as mud and cant be reached by the dongle as no internet I am using my landlords broadband for this

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK why do I have to wait for a call back if I want to cancel my contract and I need to get my PAC code?? Why can’t they give me the code when I phone?? Doesn’t look like I’m free to leave like you advertise, isn’t it? I need a pac code now! Anyone there to help me?
