Now I am having issues getting a new phone because you haven’t reversed the account and the credit check has failed. I am one unhappy customer.

Talking to Customer service unable to close accounts. Back online chat this morning, account changed to collections, still unable to close the account.

Ali Gaines (@aligaines1410) reportedOnce again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!
