    Called @ThreeUK about my upgrade..... This is the price for the phone you want. Why can I get it £14 cheaper buying online thru 3rd party with yourself. Seems I can do that but 3 won't price match. Go figure. Nothing for loyal customer of yours.

    @bharatbhandari1 @ThreeUKSupport In the end, I had to reset my network settings (iPhone) and it seemed to work. Not sure how to do it on android though! Pain as you need to add your WiFi passwords when you get back home

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport are roaming isn’t working in Greece, everything is activated and never had a issue abroad before l, is there anything we need to do or is there a issue with this. Thanks

    @bharatbhandari1 @ThreeUKSupport We have just got back from Crete and there was an internet outage just as we left. No connection to any of the masts so I am thinking that it may be the same problem as we had!
