@ThreeUKSupport hi am I able to cancel my contract via the social media team? Thanks

  • AmandaLucasdea3 Amanda Lucas-dean (@AmandaLucasdea3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have no connection at all permanently 24/hrs a day. And my phone was absolutely fine a couple of weeks ago. I don’t have 3G either. Something is wrong somewhere and you need to fix this. @MartinSLewis

  • Miss_Toppin Miss Toppin (@Miss_Toppin) reported

Dear @ThreeUK The customer service at 49 North End, West Croydon needs a lot of work. Your staff don’t have any manners. Just for the record most people do not want to be referred to in the third person as “her”. I will do them the courtesy of not posting the picture I took.

  • AlChi08232438 Alan Chiang (@AlChi08232438) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Internet signal on 3 seems to be down on Merseyside, Liverpool city centre and on the Wirral. Patchy signal since last night and now so slow, it's essentially useless.

  • AmandaLucasdea3 Amanda Lucas-dean (@AmandaLucasdea3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I also can’t log into my three account as it wants to send me a verification number to my phone. …And the network doesn’t work does it!

  • AmandaLucasdea3 Amanda Lucas-dean (@AmandaLucasdea3) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m still not able to make or receive phone calls and unable to access my Data. Despite going through a long list of checking my settings, turning my phone on and off. And receiving a replacement sim. I know it’s not my phone as I’ve tried a different service providers sim?

  • TreesPayne lady from Bath 💙 (@TreesPayne) reported

@ThreeUK the worst phone service ever. No one can ever hear me because the line is always "breaking up". No point phoning you to report it because you won't be able to hear me either. Can't wait to go elsewhere when this contract ends!

  • BabygirlcynXo ✨faith,trust n pixie dust✨ (@BabygirlcynXo) reported

Once again avoid using @ThreeUK I’ve never seen a mobile network with the most shittiest service ever! 😭

  • shooter_tommy Tommy Shooter (@shooter_tommy) reported

@ThreeUK and I am sick to the back teeth with my Upgrade it's 15 months old but the Signal is a disgrace if it wasn't for the upgrade I'd be going elsewhere I probably will come to think of it?

  • adamlongley Adam Longley (@adamlongley) reported

@ThreeUKSupport are there issues with the network at the minute? Having issues getting above 1 bar of service across Leicestershire which has been going on for at least a month.
