    @ThreeUKSupport My parents are having non stop issues with 3. You’ve done nothing but fob them off knowing they dont understand tech jargon. My mum has work tomorrow and she cant access her internet AGAIN. She’s going to loose her job at this rate because of your shoddy network.

    @ThreeUKSupport This is part of the issue, she isn't able to pass security as I stated earlier. Believe me, we have tried! She was asked to forward documents to yourself to give her access to the account but I'm sure you can understand the reluctance to link personal documents to such an account

    I am having the WORST experience with @ThreeUK. From taking a month for them to upgrade me, trying to charge me for a phone I never received, to now overcharging me on my plan and not resolving it after multiple live chats. I just want it sorted and to pay what I signed up to 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Also told repeatedly that noone not a single soul, could send me an email fro. @ThreeUK whereby I could get the details I needed to manage the a transfer away from your network! Lies.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK they suggested it was an issue with the phone. Despite the fact that it was working since 2019 until the contract renewal in September last year. Albeit we opted for a cheaper option. Suddenly, the issues arise! But it's not a network issue!

    @ThreeUKSupport are potentially the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Problem after problem. Incorrect information repeatedly. To make matters worse the language barrier within the customer service team makes any conversation even more frustrating 😠

    @ThreeUKSupport your company renewed twice in a row some add-ons that I requested to be canceled in time. Now you say that I have to pay anyway. I say that it is your fault, of your never-working app and website. I will request @CitizensAdvice services if the issue is not sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport Unable to use my mobile hotspot. Mobile data works fine, and it's definitely a 3 issue and not my sim card or phone.
