    @MichelleOwenWi1 @ThreeUK @SamsungMobile I had similar cancelled a phone as we were getting a SIM card in my missus name instead. Somehow didn't cancel and were were paying for two contracts for 4 months without realising. I'll be leaving three for them not even offering a refund on a number that wasn't even used.

    Had issues with @ThreeUKSupport for a year or more.We have phoned more times than I care to remember.Yet when I actually cancel my direct debit they are on the phone straight away telling me I owe them money! Like hell I do when we've been paying but not getting the service! 🤬

    @MartinSLewis Three Network @ThreeUK are attempting to charge a £450 fee for a device that was cancelled within the 14 day return policy. It was cut from service, and been sent back, but they are demanding I pay for the full year contract despite using it for two weeks. @WhichUK

    @ThreeUKSupport been suffering with 3G speeds on my 5G home bband for more than a week now (5Mbps download speed!!) - worked fine until last Wednesday, now super slow and “no service issues in area” SE10 8DH

    @fran_e_jones @ThreeUKSupport @sushil26 My account also got hacked I tried contacting the support team but they were not replying until I got referred to JAKETOOLS on Instagram. They were fast and efficient

    @MichelleOwenWi1 @ThreeUK to be fair to three I think this may be the way you had aggressively approached it. I had issues with something similar and network faults and was given 3 months free line rental. Whereever the error lay it wasnt with the person you were on the phone to. pays to be polite...

    @ThreeUKSupport When are the issues in CW1 likely to be sorted? Signal and data throughput almost non existent, this has been going for too long now. A daily apology text does not fix the issues.
