As a former @ThreeUK customer who had their phone contract cancelled as it was not cost effective for #Three to continue to provide it, why do they still take money from my account? Just been told not to worry as it will be refunded. Good for their cash flow @itvMLshow not mine

  • StevenWainfur Steven wainfur (@StevenWainfur) reported

@ThreeUK goes to Taiwan, phone is locked, sim restrictions, three won’t remove them because they want proof of purchase of my phone which I had on a contract two years ago! Yeah sure three, I want proof your not all idiots. Customer services are shocking.

  • StevenWainfur Steven wainfur (@StevenWainfur) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoke to three customer support via the chat and twice I’ve been told different versions, uk law states any phone sold after 1st jan 2014 should be unlocked, it’s the carriers responsibility to remove any restrictions.

  • Metshaz Sharon (@Metshaz) reported from Desborough, England

@ThreeUK instead of music festivals, get your core business right first, 0.5mb Internet for the last 48hours! Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.

  • Imaanoud Imaan Williams (@Imaanoud) reported

@ThreeUK are your lines down because I’ve no reception on my phone?

  • CsiegeJ Michael Ceej (@CsiegeJ) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Gave my PAC code a month ago and it was never used so have been paying for a number I don’t use and missed out on the other offers as it’s not as per the ‘t&c’.

  • _ppoundcakee Lewis John (@_ppoundcakee) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not even a customer! Sort this out it’s disgusting

  • Imaanoud Imaan Williams (@Imaanoud) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I did twice… it’s been down from this morning around 9am. And I’m in SE19 your network checker says I should be fine

  • YourchoiceNZ Your choice NZ (@YourchoiceNZ) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I want to cancel my contract with 3 on the basis of being sold a lie. I signed on to a 24 month contract last year so I could have access to go roaming and am now being told I will be charged for the privellege. Not good enough.

  • Metshaz Sharon (@Metshaz) reported from Desborough, England

@ThreeUKSupport 0.5mb for nearly 36 hours! Having to go to Mum's house to do my banking and online shopping. Call handler told me "working on mast in my area". Service checker says no problems. To make it even worse, my mobile phone has run out of data allowance because of it.
