I know at the moment you say no ETA, but my relative who is on your network tried phoning another family member who is on a different network and it didn’t go through, two different 1/2

    @ThreeUK My service came back on about an hour ago - tried to check my voicemail and it’s telling me it hasn’t been set up yet. I can assure you it has been and for many years. Can you explain what I need to do to reinstate it? And if it’s reset itself have I lost all the msgs left? Thank
