    I understand that Data Network Congestion happens at times and there's not a lot that can be done about it, However @ThreeUKSupport I have annually raised the issue that there is a clear pattern of high demand, yet nothing has been addressed. #ProfitFirst ?

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK They've been providing poor internet service for 6months! The issue hasn't been resolved yet. I'm very disappointed. I had 4different contract with,but now I'm leaving! The service and quality are truly poor! Every time I file a complaint, they say can't resolve the issue,close

    @ThreeUK my phone died, I have no access to my esim but your contact center insists I need to login into the website to request a new esim. Impossible given that I cannot receive an OTP. I am abroad and I cannot go to a physical store. Can you help on this?

    @ThreeUKSupport can someone contact me about my complaint that 3 have put me on a contract without consent. I want this sorted out immediately. You were all too quick to sneakily decide to put me on a contract but now refuse to do anything when confronted.
