    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusted with the customer service. I joined Three many years ago because I spend a lot of time in Europe. Just spoken to a rep' and been told they can't put me back to my original contract. Definitely will be cancelling unless someone can change it

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Suzi, I’m in Mexico. I’d switched my phone on and instantly my emails arrived reaching my £50 limit. I got a txt with the link to data passport that didn’t take me there. Phoned you…. More costs. Unable to help when I need you to.

    2 more days left with @ThreeUK then I move onto #EEStayConnectedData cant wait to be fair, was at Anfield yesterday and it hardly worked. It was really good first few years then Three deteriorated in past few years. Thank you for ur great deals but service been poor recently.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was of course available. I phned before the previous expired to check options. I got the same package for the same price. No upgrades. And no info about the £2 a day Europe roaming charge.Otherwise I would not have accepted it. Poor support on chat also.
