@ThreeUK your customer service need more training. More than 3 people asking all the security question ,still on the phone and no once explain to me why they charged me more than package cost. I don’t really feel secure if you charge whatever you like from my bank account !!!

Never will I renew or sign up to @ThreeUK AGAIN! In 18 months I’ve had network issues at least once every two months. If so good a network why must customers rest network or turn off phone to get a service?? Always their solution for issues btw Live chat is useless also #shambles

@ThreeUK Hello the issue is most certainly it resolved so I’m u sure as to why you’ve stated that it is. Customer service are literally no help. Can someone give us an idea of when we may be able to use our phones again.
