@ThreeUKSupport I have the sim they sent and had no issues since, it was just that when I came to end of my current payg monthly unlimited contact them and would give me the two weeks as didn't want to add it then as would have been included in my monthly so wanted to give me the full 2 weeks

@ThreeUK is there a network issue in London at the moment? I have been unable to access the internet on roaming despite my phone saying i have 3/4 bars of 4G. I tried the online chat but they just told me to reset my settings and that resulted the chat being lost but no fix.

@ThreeUKSupport Zahid from your complaints team should be ashamed of himself. Claimed 2 days ago that he was a senior manager from escalated complaints, admitted today that he’s just a customer advisor in complaints. Also lied numerous times today and two days ago @ofcom should close you down

@TalkTalk You seem to be under the impression that only your customers can call out your bad behaviour and hypocrisy. I'm with @ThreeUK & @Hyperoptic - neither have tried to shaft anyone on a fixed term contract.

@ThreeUKSupport Down, so because it's not on the chat it never happened and won't stick to agreement!! But when I called about the sim they were meant to send two months before, the lady said it was never ordered, put through, and the mess up was on their end not mine, and due to the fact I 2/?
