Great customer service from @ThreeUK after a draining 1h call had my billing address changed to my work address when I wanted my delivery address changed. Guy was confused I'm already with three when upgrading my contract. Time for change of service?

@ThreeUKSupport I would do but there are none available!! It seems my password was incorrect but it told me my number could not be recognised! I have an email dated 8th November with the new contract details and amount. The new amount has never been debited. Only the old £65 higher one!!
