    @ThreeUK This is the second time that there has been an extensive outage this year. I have caring responsibilities. Can I exit my contract for a more reliable provider without penalty?

    @ThreeUK Second time since i joined 3 a few months ago. Needless to say due to the complete lack of give a **** they show following these events ill be leaving once the contract it up. Off to the next one to try out.

    @ThreeUK This is all down to greed ,you’ve now bought into a crap company called vodaphone and I feel this will be a regular occurrence,I’m therefore going to EE I suggest others do this

    @ThreeUK Honestly, used to rave about your network. Now I get bad signal, a lot. And you're constantly having issues with your network. I have 2 contracts with you I cant wait until they're finished.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have tried forwarding my phone number to a second e-sim so I can still receive calls, but that doesn't seem to work either. Is your system that broken?

    @ThreeUK Not helpful when your waiting for the drs to call miss the call and only know as get a txt from three saying missed call ....hard enough to get a drs appointment as it is without now being put down as a no show 🙄
