@ThreeUKSupport I will do that plus I am also talking to my solicitor if i can sue him and the store for discrimination and insult which caused me stress. I am a hypertension patient and suffering from high blood pressure since yesterday. One my condition settle down i am going to sue.
Absolutely stunned by the new lows of @ThreeUKSupport - forgotten password not working, can’t verify an account because I can’t remember something from 10 years ago, no usage on account(?!), so can’t verify any other way, oh and they want to charge me £10 more a month.

@ThreeUKSupport @TheO2 The fact I have to tether from a @TheO2 user just to rant how bad my service is has made my mind up. I’ll be swapping all 3 of my accounts over when the contracts finish.
Seeing as @ThreeUK are planning to ******* over for maybe the 10th time in a year, and by forcing me out of a rolling contract after my 7th year in it (can't beat the love for loyal customers) gotta go somewhere else now. Any suggestions on sim only, unlimited data contracts?
@ThreeUKSupport Iain clearly had his head screwed on, but the returns bag never arrived. No one has assured me my refund won't be affected, but you won't give me any money back until the phone is received returned... just sort it out or arrange store/depot for me to drop it to (2/2)
@ThreeUKSupport It seems your problem is I only have my 3 year old account details and the order number. I NEVER wanted a second account, but none of your staff are equipped or skilled to find whatever second account is in my name and address (all identical). (1/2)
