    I’ve had to take a contract with @SkyUK mobile because after being with @ThreeUK for 16 years, there’s no way they’ll price match the deal with sky. Just pure greed from Three. You need to treat loyal customers better.

    @ThreeUK slowest Internet I've ever had in my entire life. Should never have changed to you. Netflix can't open, BBCiplayer can't open. Nothing else in the house using the Internet so no excuse for such poor service.

    @davelloyd1980 @ThreeUKSupport I certainly ask if it keeps happening, but given I've had the service for nearly 5 months now with no problems up until now, I'm willing to give them a chance. I can't have a second line put in for TalkTalk and I'm not the billpayer for Virgin Media.

    @ThreeUKSupport Service has been awful in BD9 since last week, no signal at all. Calls keep dropping off. This is embarrassing service. Can someone please let me know why the service has dropped and if you plan to continue like this so I can change provider?
