if @ThreeUK don't remove this late payment off my credit report (which was their fault!) i ain't renewing in January with them like I was planning to. their customer support is also a very long ting. ridiculous

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I got a call to my landline from a mobile that looks like one of those call, hang-up, call-back scams. A reverse lookup on the number lists it as coming from your network, is there an online form I can fill in to report it? Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport My signal is better in other areas but I am in this area 12 hrs a day 6 days a week for my job and it seriously affects my ability to use my phone for anything in this time wether it for viewing football or looking on social media to calls being dropped randomly.

@ThreeUKSupport it’s been at least 3 times (if not 4) in the last few months that we had lost of signal for hours whilst they try to fix the mast. I’m relaying on three for my mobile and home broadband, so if it goes down it’s a big problem. I might need to change provider.
