@ThreeUK I've tried to contact mobile broadband customer service to give my 30-day cancellation notice and it says it's closed! I can't find any information on the website saying that it would be closed today! How am I to cancel now so that I don't get charged an extra month?

@ThreeUK @lucyjd1991 What's to be merry about when there has been a fault in my area since August that's causing restricted 4g speeds down to .5mbps download, I've reported it 4 times and all they could say is either its down to heavy loads or yes there is a problems that's being looked into!
