@ThreeUK You have a major issue with calls and the samsung s21 5g!! Calls suddenly mute and the disconnect. Tried to call three to report the issue but ironically the call muted and disconnected after 15 mins of wait time!! Missed a number of business calls because of this!

@ThreeUKSupport You won’t commit to any time-frame. We’ve been given numerous differing reasons for the delay. The account has had to change ownership twice to try and sort it. The latest yesterday was that the agent refused to fix the problem as both parties weren’t present 1/2

I'm very disappointed with @ThreeUK and how they treated me when I cancelled the contract. I will never go back to you as a customer ever again, even if you're the only provider left.Your customer service should never be so intimidating and negative.

@ThreeUKSupport Bearing with the link? I sat here for hours the other night clicking refresh to get the too busy error every single time. You simply do not employ enough staff, and the staff on the phones are so poorly trained they have no idea how to fix it, and refuse to escalate
