    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Still waiting, 4 phone calls, promises of we will send you a return bag. Being put on hold twice on every call. Come on three, sort yourselves out. A product that doesn't work it absolutely no use to anyone. Do the decent thing. Quick enough to send out bills. Rubbish service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am on holiday in Turkey. My phone has some how connected to Greece and charged me, and had now recharged me for reentering turkey but I never left. I do I remove these charges please

    @ThreeUKSupport Great job on making it clear that your 14 day go roam ATW extra pass for £49 that says “use your plan allowance” does not in fact allow you to use it and has a 12gb cap. My mistake for assuming you wouldn’t try and ******* over with misleading descriptions.

    @ThreeUK I have been trying to return my router for months now, but no Jiffy bag has arrived. I have called multiple times and each time I’m assured the issue is resolved and I will receive a bag. Today I received an email saying I’m being charged for a router. What is going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport Have you brought the Caffe Nero codes down from 10k per week to ~1k per week? I checked Tues 9am and they were not available. Seems like it's "any coffee for £1 if you're quick on a Monday" rather than one a week now 😔 the one reward I actually used. Disappointed
