@ThreeUK I have had network issues for months now. Constantly losing signal. Been a customer at same address for 10+ years and only over last year have I had these issues. What's going on in Harrow area to cause this? Told before there was work in area back in summer.

@ThreeUK How difficult is it to return a phone back to Three? Well I would say impossible as they never send out returns bags but they like to send out letters threatening to Charge you for the unreturned phone. Now waiting for bag number 4. 2 months and still no bag

@ThreeUKSupport Well, explain that to the website. When i log in&try to order the upgrade, it puts it through with no option to change address. Ive had a contract for years with you&never had an issue. I think i’ll check out another phone company; it will probably be cheaper anyway!

@BryanFoss @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Good luck with that! 5 years of it and 5 letters, endless calls I’m STILL waiting to have an answer that’s not an automated letter back! Even had debt collectors for 2months worth of payment after cancelling it for a 2nd time and deciding to cancel DD, Disgusting customer service
