@ThreeUKSupport At the point of cancelling my contract, very week reception, can't even make a call 😑, tried to ask for help but as you know their advice after long wait and questions will be the same, restart your phone. So not a good experience

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t see it but I’m sure I did. Like I said I assumed that was in relation to the extra benefits provided through “feel at home” rather than basic service.

@p0welly @ThreeUK They don’t fix anything about their SMS stuff. A year ago I told them the 2FA codes for My 3 are too far into messages to see in the pop-up on iOS. They still are.

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t access my account, I enter my password or use my Face ID and it just won’t log in. As for my broadband, I can’t connect to it at all, keeps telling me it’s the wrong password when I know damn well it’s not
