@ThreeUKSupport It took four hours but repeated calls to your customer service and eventually complaints team finally got the resolution I needed. It took THREE members of customer service staff giving up on the problem to get there but it looks at least to be moving in the right direction.

@ThreeUKSupport For the past few months I’ve been paying ‘three’ for a service that hasn’t been provided. I would like leave 3 as they are no longer able to give me the roaming I require for my job. They now wish to charge me £170 pounds … to leave a service. Wtf 🤬

@ThreeUK I'm honestly over having 0 connection, not even 3G if I'm walking in M1 postcode in Manchester. I've been with you for 4 years and network issues have almost made me cry multiple times. In March I'll find another provider, any recommendations? @ThreeUKSupport It's awful

@ThreeUKSupport This isn’t a today problem. This has been ongoing for a few weeks now. Pretty much anytime I’m not connected to Wi-Fi, service is poor, wherever I am.
