@waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, I’m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??

@ThreeUKSupport I've since been texted a "temporary password" which HAS actually helped me log in. Now considering the poor help, and the ongoing issue I've been having for a year I'm now going to start looking for a new provider.

@ThreeUKSupport As for the same quality of staff, I can say with confidence on only 1 occasion has the Indian customer services sorted any issues, every time I've got through to the Scottish you fix it/come up with a resolution within 10 ******* minutes!

@ThreeUKSupport I've been having problem receiving calls. Most go direct to voicemail without leaving a call history. I've go nobody is blocked, do not disturb is off, I've reset my phone multiple times.
