  • tylerfage Tyler (@tylerfage) reported

@ThreeUK I seems that EVERY customer didn’t receive the alert 🚨

  • fionamaccarthy Fiona MacCarthy (@fionamaccarthy) reported

@ThreeUK No alert. On Three / Android. Now switched alerts off, as cannot rely on you / government to do what you say. Yes, slow learner here.

  • cityblue2001 cityblue2001 (@cityblue2001) reported

@MarkStanford05 @ThreeUK Probably easier to switch to a different network that isn't incompetent on such a massive scale. They had one job.

  • Hagstromwayne Wayne Davis (@Hagstromwayne) reported from Portsmouth, England

@realjay247 @ThreeUK Most of my family are on three and got nothing and all my friends on three never got it, luckily it was a test lol

  • HorseyPete CJ (@HorseyPete) reported

So @ThreeUK can’t give you signal anywhere (even the capital city due to “too much traffic), and they also don’t care if you’re part of the emergency alert system. Guess I’ll just die then 👍🏻 #uselessNetwork

  • adrianartn Time, manner, place. (@adrianartn) reported

@ThreeUK I don't even get a signal from you in London Victoria station so I'm not surprised.

  • markgeddes Mark Geddes (@markgeddes) reported

@ThreeUK The other network providers on the whole seemed to have provided the alarm to their customers. Seems to me to be your system’s and network that has let your customers down AGAIN. Made in China technology letting you down again?

  • neilsnew Neil (@neilsnew) reported

@ThreeUK I think that the minimum that needs to be done is another test to ensure this will work. One of the key things we need with these alerts is confidence in them working. Now, as a Three customer, I have no confidence. Please don’t just brush this aside until it’s really needed.

  • Eurobuff Julie (@Eurobuff) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 2 out of 2 people In our house on the three network didn’t get it

  • _hsquared hollie (@_hsquared) reported

@LesanLesan1 @ThreeUK We were meant to have a test of a nation wide emergency alert system (because believe it or not didn’t have one!) and it seems people on a certain phone network failed to get the alert. Not great if it was a real emergency!
