@ThreeUK Thanks for quick reply. I've been trying to get into My3 this evening but keep getting a login page even though I should already be logged in, because I'm using my Mifi and I can usually see my allowance etc. Has it changed? Or should I just try again later?

@ThreeUK are you ever going to fixe the issue in Gloucester - 3 months and counting. If not, I want to cancel my contract with no penalty as it's not fit for purpose.

@ThreeUKSupport I have to say I'm very unhappy with your company's customer support. Since requesting my broadband account to be closed twice at the end of the contract in June I have been charged two more times. Again I called today and finally they say they closed the account.

@giorgiogilestro @ThreeUK I'm currently in Italy and unlike surprises I am still availing free roaming. I checked before travelling. If I recall well they discontinued the service for recent customers.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport We have 4 contracts which use the Home Signal Box you have given us when you turned off EE roaming. Wifi calling does not work and the 4G signal is not good enough in the house. What options from 05/09/22 or will need to move to alternative provider.
