@ThreeUKSupport I would call, if I have service. Currently on a hotspot from a mobile phone connected to O2. Two days in a row of no connection in CM19.

@ThreeUKSupport Well. My account works now but the issue is I’m not confident my personal information is correctly handled. So no.

  • amandajorgensen Amanda Jorgensen (@amandajorgensen) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Also I never imagined You would literally stop all services and stop me from even receiving messages. I would think reasonable to not allow me to use data and charge extra for roaming, but to stop the services altogether without making sure I understood this was happening?

  • 9ypx1 9ypx (@9ypx1) reported

@ThreeUK Your online chat, has given me financial advise to cancel my dd, because my phone is delayed? they have also asked me to cancel my upgrade and take a new credit agreement out?! please get a uk manager to call me!

  • nickpiggott Nick Piggott 🇪🇺 (@nickpiggott) reported

@charlesarthur @ThreeUK I'm not sure how great this might be IRL. I finally gave up on @ThreeUK (after 10 years) because the Quality of Service collapsed. Too many customers for too little capacity?
