@ThreeUKSupport I logged in via the app providing dob and name etc so is that not the same? previous experience have been positive but felt different as I was not going to be a customer any longer and has reinforced more focus on new than existing customer

  • AjaAlexandeR aaron alexander (@AjaAlexandeR) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Third night of no mobile internet in st16 area. Several other three users I know are having issues. Any idea whats happening?

  • dazhibbard daz (@dazhibbard) reported

@ThreeUK Ur network coverage is shite

  • cyyanide02 (💀Wraith) Cyyanide02 (@cyyanide02) reported

@ThreeUK Three absolutely sucks for network coverage. Avoid

  • philosophicles Stuart Cuthbertson (@philosophicles) reported

@rob3047 @paul67davis @ThreeUK Of course, you should probably cross check with a signal map to check what freqs actually cover the areas you want to get signal in. But TL;DR it's not as simple as blaming your current network.

  • markplatten1 Mark Platten (@markplatten1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Bearing in mind the small amounts involved, putting the onus on to the customer seems a tad cynical? And despite ringing twice, my wife still hasn’t had her credit refunded…

  • WithRobsons Rolling with The Robsons (@WithRobsons) reported

@rob3047 @ThreeUK I am so annoyed that I choose Three. They have the worst service. In my house next to no internet connection, same at work, most sites poor. EE that my wife is on brilliant most places. O2 ok such a shame as 3 used to be a decent network.

  • StuartS19054414 Stuart Smith (@StuartS19054414) reported

@ThreeUK Wooo! 0.54Mbps from your "big" network. 🙄 Question, at what point are you going to start providing the product I keep paying you for???

  • markplatten1 Mark Platten (@markplatten1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, Yes it has. As I mentioned before, she has called twice, the last being Thursday last week. We’ve checked this morning and still nothing. As I said before, this isn’t about the money but a system which puts the onus on the customer to ask for their money back.

  • markplatten1 Mark Platten (@markplatten1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Iain, I would have thought it would have been possible to issue a statement and then credit the amount back to the original account unless it’s challenged within a suitable period?
