    @ThreeUKSupport Ive been advised to rest the network but its not helping at all.I have problems since zte router firmware update in october last year.Can 3 finally resolve the problem as many customers is affected by this issue

    @ThreeUKSupport So they got back to me. Can you guess what they said? "Follow the ridiculous long winded instructions for resetting your memorable information on an account you no longer have..." Appalling customer service...

    Really disappointed with @ThreeUK - loyal customer for two years and when it's time to upgrade, they offer me a 'special' bundle, DOUBLE the price of the offer I sent them with another network. Terrible customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport And I have severally tried to call 333 but has been unable to speak to an agent or customer service representative regarding this issue and concerned billing. It is terrible.

    When you call @ThreeUKSupport to notify them your phone cannot access their network they won’t discuss it with you without validating the account through a one-time passcode they send to you…BY TEXT. How on earth can they not see the absurdity?

    @ThreeUK Well 3 UK you’ve failed miserably to deliver on promises made by your so-called ‘customer services’ team - AGAIN. Called & asked for a copy of my final bill. Was promised faithfully it would be emailed to me. Still waiting for one from May! #GladIcancelledmycontract

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Nathan, it's mobile broadband - SIM and 4G / 5G router. No way of finding out the phone number of the SIM (never communicated to us), which is why it's so frustrating each time I have to speak to someone.

    @ThreeUK were due to take over my phone service today, but they made such a hash of it I now have no service bar emergency calls. Total nightmare. I've been so stressed out all day and I've now got voicemail I can't access, but it could several days to resolve apparently. :(
