    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, I need help with my new Pay Monthly 3 Triosim, the problem is that it's not activating and when I try to register to 3 it says enter a password but I didn't create a account when I click forget password it says not Available. Please Fix ASAP

    @ThreeUKSupport I think this might be the fourth time I have raised this issue via either chat / email or twitter. I’m really disappointed by 3 service and just feel like I am getting fobbed off

    How do @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport justify charging for a service they fail to provide and when every part of their service is abysmal? No need to @ me with an apology for my inconvenience like it means something.

    @ThreeUKSupport that too.. you customer service is worst then anyone else.. i have called thrice.. whether they put on hold for minutes or they disconnect.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi - I purchased via AO/Mobilephonesdirect a contract at 26 pounds a month. You have been billing me at 60 pounds a month. I was then advised to cancel the direct debit via chat, so they could sort it, so I did. However I have checked today and it’s been billed at 60 again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just fix this with them,@ThreeUK. I have done nothing wrong and owe you nothing. My elderly parents had a difficult enough year without this threatening behaviour. I’ve repeatedly contacted them with my address and been ignored- typical 3: even your bailiffs are cutprice cowboys

    @johnoceallaigh @ThreeUK Did anyone found an answer to this issue, as I've been back and forth with @ThreeUK about this for months, and still nothing. Not even gonna start on the horrible network issue I have with my home internet! With Covid, I NEED to call my parents in France! Paying for what here?

    @francesgrahl @ThreeUK You did, you mentioned stamps too, which presumably is in relation to letters being sent. We're not able to discuss anything account related now as you already mentioned your complaint is with the Ombudsman so we have to step back and allow them to investigate. Take care. -Ali

    @ThreeUK hi - I have been dealing with the same complaint/billing issue for 3 months and have been sent to live chat each time- this has not resolved it. Even after the - last time where I was guaranteed it would be sorted. I was told it would be sorted by 11th March
