    @ThreeUKSupport When people call me and I dont answer, my phone goes to answerphone, where they are greeted by a woman call Jan. I am a man called Darren. I have tried to re-record, tried instant chat & called in a Three store, nobody can help. Can you PLEASE!

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful service, cancelled order due to fraud, despite everything the same as my last order! Now I have to wait 3 months! Complaint department can't actually answer questions or doesnt resolve anything! Disgusting service

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
