    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    Finding out second hand that @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK are pretty atrocious. Other half has been over charged for a year. Refund promised over again, but not here. Different reps saying different things. Purposeful delays? Don't treat your customers like this #ThreeUK. @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport And I'm saying it's a scam. I said I didn't want to take my number, I clicked on cancel and it should be cancelled. Why send me a PAC when I said I DON'T want the number? Just listen to your customers, Cancel means CANCEL. Joke of a company.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah, through a letter received today. I've obviously had a contract for the last 2 years that I've never used. I have 4 contracts with yourself and I'm now considering ending the other contracts given the bad taste that it's left.
