    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you are nothing but bullies. I’ve logged a complaint and was assured my issue was resolved. still receiving threatening letters. You’ve given me a bogus email to escalate to the ombudsman. Utterly disgraceful. I want information on how to escalate

    @ThreeUKSupport My data ran out but the pack doesn't expire til later in the month. Can't activate a new data pack and can't even buy a data add-on because the site is down (always seems to be down?).

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I just checked EN7 for 4G signal for broadband again using @Speedtest - 5 times it failed, and twice got speeds of less than 5mb download. You map says this area has great coverage, which is clearly a lie.
