    @ThreeUKSupport I did it on the phone, which is an achievement in itself. I complained and got a message to say it’s resolved but it’s far from resolved. The only way you can resolve this is for you to cancel this horror show contract free of charge

    I thought Virgin were bad but @ThreeUK is just as bad. Signal is rubbish and had no mobile data for over 24 hours. Will not be renewing in July!

    @ThreeUKSupport You’ve done all that. You’ve had me reset my phone, update the software and mess with network settings. You’ve done everything except accept responsibility. My works phone DL speed at home is 100mbps on Vodafone. My Three phone is 2mbps.

    @ThreeUKSupport Complaint is raised and you guys are crediting me every month, but it’s the principle and not about the money - you shouldn’t be allowed to operate key infrastructure in this way and someone should hold @ThreeUK to account for delivering such a poor service in a capital city

    @pikapies @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’d cancel if I were you. The issues are related to the 5G rollout but they don’t know when or if 4G will ever work as it should.
