@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport But bad advice is not acceptable. this could have been avoided if we had the right advice in the first place. As a minimum you should commit to providing my daughter with free top up on the pay as to sim which she now has to use until we can get the right sim to her

@ThreeUKSupport It cost over £100 to buy out contract and to set up a new one we have shown customer loyalty over the last 9+ years! It will now cost us an extra £50 in petrol to get the sim to her!

@ThreeUKSupport I just says "very good service", which doesn't seem to indicate 20Mb which must be very low as far as 4G goes? I have 14 days to return and this seems too poor to stay with.

Great switch to @ThreeUK effortless with great support. Sorry @EE had to make the move no rewards for loyal customers, couldn’t match the deal I had with 3. 17 years I’ve been with you time to move on.

@ThreeUKSupport it’s an internal 5G broadband moden, with good signal, only used for internet ! down load speeds presently ok, upload poor. Most days internet totally goes for periods of time. “status” ( 5g signal always shows ok) Do you not monitor your internet feeds through your servers ?

@ThreeUKSupport presently ok, but *daily* there often is a good 5g signal but poor or no internet. Your status page only measures the 5G carrier signal Where can your internet be monitored for “known works” or problems ?
