    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport It is mainly travelling. Both the data and voice is disappearing. Have a look if you would please around the hol beck area of Leeds. That seems to be the worst.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. My contract's come to an end. I live abroad now so I'd like to go to PAYG. With the time difference, your support is never open at a time I'm awake/available for. What way that isn't live chat/phone can I sort this out please?

    @ThreeUKSupport Wifi calling isnt working, ive rebooted my phone and its still not working. Can you reboot the wifi calling server please. Give it a comfort reboot.

    @ThreeUKSupport Besides, we all know that the 3G signal will eventually be switched off. What am I supposed to do then when 4G fails?

    @ThreeUK your customer service is absolutely abysmal, you have sent me 3 note 20 ultras ALL 3 SAME PROBLEM. I had already agreed and outcome in the event the third phone did not work. I have spent 2 hours trying to sort the problem and NOBODY is helping!!!!!
