    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    Just moved to @O2 after years with @ThreeUK to improve network coverage in my home. Everything going well until you want to contact @O2 helpline. The automated service isn't fit for purpose. You say what your problem is and it tells you to look online, then cuts you off! Rubbish.

    @ThreeUKSupport received an outstanding bill referencing a phone number I do not have. I also don't have a contract a three. Live chat on the website is down.i don't want to use details on the letter as in case it's fraud. How can I contact someone one?

    If the rumours are true and this lockdown is till September am I **** going to to keep paying @ThreeUKSupport for a phone service I’m not even getting. I’ve been paying since November for a service I can’t use 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Looonngg running problem over us being over promised when taking on 2 new contracts. We're the process of agreeing reimbursement and compensation. Are you seriously telling me you can't contact staff members within your own company ???

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s always an issue here ever since I got my phone I only get High speeds when I got to 5G areas. Also have a friend that has the Samsung S10 E with the same problem (slow data speeds)
