@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I got a notification “no sim” while using my 4G, as it was just renewed earlier today. All service has been dropped, I’ve turned my phone on power off and restarted. Can’t ring anybody, nor answer calls and 4G isn’t available to turn on via settings. I need help.

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded my sons phone contract under my name march 2020 and the staff upgraded my contract instead and my son’s contract at the same time. They tried to ammend apparently but still the sys dr my ac w/ the wrong amt. they didnt informed me abt it. Awful
