  @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

  @ThreeUKSupport I have asked that question but not getting a response. I am going around in circles and it is seriously wasting all our time. As always, the live chat agents say a lot but there is very little action. No customer should be being messed like this.

  @ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to get a PAC code from you but I'm getting a constant error 'Can't send message with 3 - error 0'. Is there a problem? Ive tried sending PAC and PAC DDMMYY.

  @ThreeUK has the worst signal out of any network I’ve seen, the 4G couldn’t penetrate a paper bag let alone a brick wall. Customer service is laughable but the joke stopped being funny years ago. Unlimited data is ultimately limited when you can’t get more than 1 bar in your gaff

  @ThreeUKSupport I am a business customer. When we rang we gave our account number and security and they said until we can provide the mobile number associated with the 5G hubs they won’t cancel!!! 😡😡

  @ThreeUK , you upgraded my plan without me asking for it and with really poor information about it. Literally two messages that look like spam. Now, I am stuck with a higher bill and lost the benefit of go roaming! Customer service call was terrible. Careful with @ThreeUKSupport
