    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am still finding it really difficult to get a decent signal. I have tried putting my SIM card in another handset but the signal is terrible. Currently walking around outside to get a signal. Only have 1 bar on 4G

    @ThreeUK phone data and 4g WiFi have been extremely slow for over a month now. Every time I go on live chat I'm told to give it 7 days. Now Snapchat doesn't work on data either. Think it's time to move network once my contract is up

    @ThreeUKSupport any update on the fixes still unable to us SC and netflix on mobile data. Pretty poor service especially on how much some people spend on contracts! App Store also acting up.

    @ThreeUKSupport any update on the Netflix issue being resolved ? It’s been over 24hrs, and you keep repeating the same bs. I’m on the verge of cancelling as the service and way you treat customers is shocking
