@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I promise you there is nothing wrong with my bank. I have two bank accounts that I used. And I also used my parents bank accounts and I still get the same error. So it’s definitely not a banking issue.

Well, I can safely say that @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport have won the award for Worst Customer Service in February. A last-minute push by four of their players tipped the balance in their favour. I can't wait to find an alternative provider who know their arse from their elbow.

@ThreeUKSupport Money has been taken from my account 3 months after closure. Before I challenge the DD at bank, how do I check if this is genuine? Obviously I no longer have access to the account. I’ll cancel DD later.
