@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK I know it's under investigation but feeling really angry that a new number has been added to my account without my knowledge. Would never ever have agreed to this. I already have two numbers on account. I do hope this is resolved.

@ThreeUK Hi, in the US on holiday and my phone should be set up to make calls here but now I can't. I enter the numbers, and it automatically says 'call ended'. Never been a problem in past years, what changed?

@ThreeUKSupport 4974554836877817653 thats the reference number about my complaint, I did my cancel exactly where I did the contract, in a Three store, in Tooting Broadway, I tried my refund by chat so many times, but everybody act the same way, promising me a solution, but never happen!
