@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

Everyday the phone reception without fail goes down all day between the hours of 08:30 - 19:00 makes you wonder why you pay your bill! @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

Nice to see @ThreeUK are so incompetent that they can't even send a PAC within one minute as required by @Ofcom. "Oops, we can't process your request at the moment due to a systems issue." How… convenient.

@ThreeUKSupport Been like this for ages. You can’t do anything, I have two devices run by three and neither of them work between these hours yet the weekends/ school holidays when you think more people would be using the network its better! Makes no sense

@muskanmarazi @ThreeUK @ThreeUK charged me for add-ons I didn’t purchase and it takes months to get your money back. Some of the worst network coverage I’ve experienced which doesn’t ever seem to improve! Not good enough! #NoToThree

@wakky662 @ThreeUK Don't join EE, they share same masts, so you'll still be ******. I have a complaint open with Three as they're defrauding me, knowingly not supplying a service I'm paying for. Profiteering criminal scum (not the support team on here, though would be nice if they were honest).
