@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK Hi, I'm a new customer. Yesterday was getting full 5g with speeds of 500mbps+, today I seem to be 5g lite (hollow icon rather than dark icon) with speeds of roughly 100mbps. Same location, same device. Any idea?

@ThreeUK Credit where it’s due but adding roaming charges in first place was a bad move..

@ThreeUK Well done three, these poor people need as much help as possible. As a three customer I think it’s to consider pulling sponsorship of Chelsea fc.

I am SO done with my flaky internet. @ThreeUKSupport home broadband used to be fantastic now constantly drops connection to the network whenever a large download is started. Could be my router/modem as both Three APNs have the same issue.

Hi @ThreeUK why are your tariffs so expensive for iPhone 13 Pro Max? I’ve been with 3 for 12 years and the prices are never cheap for existing customers. When it’s time to renew, I think I’ll be moving to a different network.

@ThreeUK long time customer, with the ongoing atrocities in Ukraine I would like you to pull your sponsorship of Chelsea football club.

@ThreeUKSupport In the end, I got the phone working myself from my end with less than 10 minutes effort. A pity your support staff couldn't figure out as much as a customer could. STILL waiting for them to reply to my complaint ffs. Pathetic. End of contract can't come fast enough.
