    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport I need to talk to a customer service representative. I haven't used my 3 mobile account in more than 6 months and I'm being threatened with debt collectors over £50 because you guys refuse to cancel my £22/month contract which I cannot use in New Zealand

    @ThreeUKSupport Update for you. All our phones are with Three. 2x business contract & 3x Personal Contract. None worked but all had picked Orange Spain as the roaming network. When we forced them to pick another network (Yoigo) they now all work again. Strange, but the issue is solved.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, tbh I am sick of going through this incident. Three Rep told me on 03.05.21 that I was getting the refund in 48 hours. That has still not been refunded. Three need to contact me as they said they would.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. I only received it yesterday, but the notifications don't work correctly, nor does it send them to my Huawei smartwatch. I've checked and changed settings, but Google shows it appears to be a known issue. I just want to cancel the upgrade and revert back if I can.
