@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Laura the investigation is between you and DPD as I did not accept the phone! I’m now left with a faulty phone. You rather cancel my contract with no charges or send me a new phone immediately. I’m being penalised for a mistake DPD has made.

@ThreeUKSupport I've just had a scam call (I think) automated from a three mobile number same prefix as my no. Saying contract is going to be cancelled. I hung up. But scared it may have recorded my voice now cant log onto app asking to update which I declined. Help!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport They said I hadn’t attached a photo of my id (I had) resent the email 4 times now and no answer. The operator accepted my new password when paying my “bill” (I’ve never received a bill...) but the cancellation guy didn’t. Ridiculous. Absolutely sick of this.

@ThreeUKSupport That there was an issue in my area but they had no idea when it would be fixed. Then I was away for a month. The speed was slightly better when I returned but not it’s back to its usual awful speed. Funny as my building lobby was full of your leaflets advertising super fast 5g!
