    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Looks like i wont be a three customer then, surely the first year should be at the agreed contract rate as you've not even said what the increase will be this year

    @ThreeUKSupport I know it’s Friday 13th today, but what’s going on with the signal & data? Not had any all late morning & afternoon. It’s seems to be working at times, but lose it all again. Even though my phone is showing 4G & 3/4 bars of signal, it don’t give me anything.

    Anyone else in the Croydon area having connectivity issues with @ThreeUK ? Tried switching it off and on again but had no connection for 90 minutes at least. @ThreeUKSupport

    Great service from @ThreeUK business, phone doesn't work and I'm getting fobbed off. Can't wait to leave. Worst customer service/experience from a phone company to date

    @ThreeUKSupport now, I get an email as an existing customer with an existing contract, saying that I must sign up for a new contract. I will start paying roaming charges from next month. The ONLY reason I joined and remained a customer was free use of allowance when roaming 2/

    @ThreeUKSupport in the LD23UB the 4g is useless virtually while 3G is excellent signal is there anything going to happen to improve 4g signal
