@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK am wondering whether the merger with @VodafoneUK is responsible for most of a day last week with no phone service and, today, virtually no mobile broadband service in the EC4Y area. The mobile broadband router is usually pretty good but not today!

@ThreeUKSupport Oh well nearly a month to fix and issue and you provide no updates when you contact INDIA customer sevice i was offered £8 refund for all the football and tennis i have missed i pay for other subscriptions i cant use to . I have moved to EE good riddance terrible service

@smcgrath90 @ThreeUK @ICOnews Just a couple of weeks ago their entire phone network went down, with no apology, no explanation….I may have missed it the small print, page 167 para 39. No wonder I keep getting calls from ‘Tony from Three’ ……
