@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ltp1966 @ThreeUK Years ago I had two phones taken out at the same time, wanted to cancel as the contract was up, they claimed I owed a months rental on one and was in credit on the other! Needless to say I’ve never been back.

@ThreeUKSupport Ca12pr, connected to 5G with mobile broadband. It was awful for the whole evening, the two days prior had been hit and miss with random dropouts every few hours but last night was every 15 minutes.

@ThreeUKSupport I was mainly experiencing it at Stratford Station yesterday, postcode E15 1AZ. But it happens every time I'm here where connections just time out on 4G despite good signal so I switch my phone to 3G in settings and it works fine but obviously at 3G speeds.

@ThreeUKSupport @deepattni Issues persisting for 2 days now. Speed is back to old dial up and keeps dropping. Signal wont go above 1 bar either.

Wish I hadn't signed up with @ThreeUK for our contract. Waste of time one of phones. Signal falls off a cliff after 10 seconds. Get me out of there pronto.

@ThreeUKSupport can you guys restart your big routers? No point in us trying to restart ours, not doing anything. Signal and mobile data has dropped flat last couple of days
