My wife pays a upgrade fee for a new phone, new phone promised prior to Xmas, still not arrived, currently on a third customer service call and no solution put in place @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Terrible customer service!

Need to get a new mobile but looking at the @OnePlus_UK but see that @ThreeUK have the monopoly on these for contract. Never used Three, are they any good? What's the signal like?

Seems like the whole of the country is #homeschooling and working from home online, 4G signal from my @EE phone has dropped significantly and my home mobile broadband from @ThreeUK has pretty much gone non-existent. What are you doing to speed up the network #nationallockdown

@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Three has dogshit coverage as it pigbacks on the arse end of the network.... If however we had the main infrastructure re nationalised we could have rolled this out far sooner and with better reliance

So @ThreeUKSupport are ruining my week. Waited for my phone for over a month and was told ‘it’s definitely going to be today, this morning’ to be told it’s not going to be until the end of Jan in a text 2 hours later. Fab fab fab. The customer service has been just as magical too

So @ThreeUK have no way to refund customers if they had their debit card cancelled. Three complaints just said to me "We owe you £200. We have no way to refund this to you. I will close this complaint now with no further action". Seriously? - How can a company of @ThreeUKSupport
