@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport I've been with three for 5y and always had problems with my signal, data, etc. I have an unlimited data plan but it looks more like it is limited. It's quite hard to do anything since I only have my data to work with, no wifi......

Is there actually such a thing as a mobile network that can give me working access to the internet at peak times in built-up areas? Or are they all as bad as @ThreeUK?

@ThreeUKSupport My phone says I have service. All bars there but nothing loads. Cannot access the internet at all. First I thought it was just a problem in my area as you have been working on masts there since last year but the data doesn’t work anywhere I go.

@ThreeUKSupport since updating to iOS 15.4 I’ve been unable to use my mobile data which is a pain as I don’t pay for Wi-Fi with having an unlimited data plan. Can’t even check the network checker as even on a friends Wi-Fi page is down!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi network resert does not resolve this, the signal is still extremely poor it’s down to 2 bars on 3G, which is unacceptable for the amount I am paying each month

@ThreeUKSupport It’s really frustrating, I can see 4G light is on my router but still I am getting speed like 500kbps? So that’s means three 4g is also not working ? Your sales guys told me that if 5G down you can still get good speed on 4G.

@ThreeUK I cant even stay connected to family in UK due to shocking network coverage. So don't have much hope for the people from Ukraine keeping In touch. Been with three 7 years and its never been so bad. Roll on end of contract .
