@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@Ofcom how do we complain about how hard it is to cancel an order you never made to @ThreeUK ? We needed temp wifi solution after house move - bought dongle + 1 month use and now they won’t stop calling us and asking for cancellation fees. Disgraceful behaviour.

@ThreeUKSupport All done I think, had a simple and easy chat with one of your staff, advised not a problem order will go in and replacement with me by Tuesday. But to speak with the returns team. Spent over an hour going over the same questions and not being listened to at all

@ThreeUKSupport Is there a known issue with 4G reception in inner London? Mine has been patchy/non-existent all day. (And have already tried turning iPhone off/on to resolve.)

@ThreeUKSupport The hardware at the base station must have reset as there was definitely a loss of signal and service before. If you see the screenshot in my first tweet this was on 3G only, normally always four bars. My main MiFi device is has a Three SIM and is fixed on 4G, that had no bars.

@ThreeUKSupport Been suffering from a poor signal near Manchester City Centre for a while now, it used to be brilliant and no issues. Today it's utterly abysmal 🤬 Sort it before you lose another customer, contract or not, you're not supplying the service! Fed up of 1 or 2 bars!

@ThreeUKSupport Is there an outage in the NW2 area? My 5G home broadband service which was averaging dl speeds of 250-300mb is now giving me 1mb download speeds. Last time this happened the problem continued for a month
