@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

Come January I will be paying to get out of my contract with @ThreeUK . Go to a provider that can actually support the phones they sell. 3 are hands down the WORST provider in the UK. I’m in a capital city for Christ sake and the signal is piss poor! Absolute jokes.

@ThreeUKSupport So I believe that is breach of contract on your end. Why am I paying for unlimited everything yet I’m getting nothing? 5 months left on the contract. The least you could do I wave that 5 months as I’ve had this problem for nearly 2 years….

@ThreeUKSupport Have been trying to sort/change payment details on mobile broadband hub account for days, but cannot login to account and reset password option is (presumably) sending a reset link text (which I can’t receive/read on hub) and no email ever arrives?
