@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport Guys today again just now the same guy from three keep on asking me to disconnect the line and look for another network . I don’t understand at all . Is this the way you treat customers when they call you and inform network issues .

So @EE my husbands phone has no signal he can’t even phone YOU - all cos of a mistake you’re people made on a sim only contract. Should he just go to a decent network - like @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport You cant solve an ongoing problem after 5 months, with bad reception, calls not connecting, callers unable to hear me, but think its ok to charge me £50 to cancel my contract. Care to explain

Of @Ofcom . Please ask @ThreeUK why they are leaving #broadband customers in #llandudno with horrendous speeds. Outage due to 'working in the area' some 11+ days now .

@ThreeUKSupport Ive already been spoken with customer service at length (after a long wait). Your person said it was all my fault, and no refund will be possible. After 8 years as a customer, I will be changing supplier. I will be encouraging friends and family to do the same.
