    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah! I haven’t wiped my old phone yet so I’m not sure if that is messing with it. My new sim/phone works (signal etc) but my number just hasn’t connected

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I believe I clicked “keep same number” or something. When I go on my settings I have the new sim, and my old number both down. But I can’t seem to get any calls to my old number? Nothing comes through when you try call it
