    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

    @ThreeUK are disgusting, absolutely not flexible at all with the way they treat people. Close the complaint even when you’re not happy and don’t authorize it with the attitude of “well there’s no more we can do”.

    @ThreeUKSupport On the one hand you say switch from 4G to 3G (years old tech) then the other you say how amazing 5G is going to be. I have no confidence at all that 5G is going to be any better. It’s consistently poor coverage all over Leeds.

    @ThreeUKSupport and again both our phones and three broadband have just gone off with no signal,so far this bank holiday we have had 1 night of being able to stream or use our mobiles and this is following from last week it being off for over 24 hours, we will be leaving 3 😡
