@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport hi, there are numerous occasions of broadband service outage that you never informed customers. You advised that it would be a day and today it’s out again. We need to be kept informed to have alternative arrangements. It’s unacceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jen, it's a 4G Broadband issue, not mobile phone. The model is Huawei B535-232, post code is E15 3df. Every time I check your connection says "great" - absolute rubbish.

@ThreeUKSupport We don't have a mast here, we're lucky, very lucky, to get half of 1 bar, and never 3G, let alone 4G, that's why I was hoping you were going to be installing a new mast.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely hopeless service, waiting since Thursday for a delivery, messed up twice now by your team. The guy on the support line couldn't even find my order because he didn't put a space between my post code. Beyond disappointed.
