@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport I think it was an email as I did get a Nokia 1.3 with the contract but the phone was terrible so I bought a Motorola G8 lite, which has been much better, but the three app won’t log me in on the phone app, keeps coming up with...oops something went wrong there, please try again.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been waiting for my network problem to be fixed for the past 3 weeks, after I was told it would be sorted d I 48 hours, I want to know how the issue will be resolved promptly, as I have now been without proper means of communication since 31 Dec 2020

@ThreeUKSupport I use 3 network. For the last two days i couldn't make a single call and instead i got an automatic message "you can no longer dial 153 from your three handset. please redial using 118 313 to connect to the three international directory service." Help?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. It has been happening for the past few months, but intermittently. The past 2 days have been the worst (although it’s been fine this afternoon). Seems to just be my data, although I can’t be sure. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’ll DM you my postcode.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah on the app it's just saying "oops something went wrong" aftwr inputting my password and just stays on that page. Website just says it's down for maintenance but it's been saying that for months

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim, tried this they couldn’t find my account from phone number or address so refused to take my complaint. I quoted your complaint page but he just said he couldn’t help me. Can I not email my complaint in?
