@ThreeUKSupport @lottiewraith Hi Scott, I can help advise the customer here. You have known faults in London again, but the engineers can't trace them yet. Three's policy is to withhold such info from status page and even your level of support, in order to hide such issues from customers more broadly. (cont.)

  • ysgwyn Ysie (@ysgwyn) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport disappointed to be told that a brand new customer can be offered a better deal than those loyal to the network for over 10years? 🤯 #ouch

  • GreenfordPeter peter greenford (@GreenfordPeter) reported

@ThreeUK how can I stop your customer services contacting me? Renewed my contract over the phone, Then all I got was please put in customer reference,? Anyway 6calls later from three,PLEASE STOP CALLING ME,or I’ll report you for harassment

  • ChrisJMiddleton Chris Middleton (@ChrisJMiddleton) reported

@ThreeUK my home router internet has been simply unusable for over a week now. I can’t even send emails let alone stream. This seems to be a constant cycle of signal drop offs, what is happening?

  • Ghoul_of_London ⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported

@ladypokingham @ThreeUK The tactic is to get you to go through endless calls and router checks (even though they know that's not the issue) so they can hide the fault from public view. By the time you've spent a couple of weeks on the issue, sometimes it's fixed (6 months ongoing in my case)...

  • LAChocolates Lucy Armstrong Chocolates (@LAChocolates) reported from East Wittering, England

@ThreeUKSupport Each time I asked customer service should I put my old SIM card in? they said no, put the new one in!

  • Ghoul_of_London ⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported

@ladypokingham @ThreeUK Just to inform, Three's policy is to deliberately withhold mast fault or works info from the website and from the support team here, meaning all they can do is (unknowingly) tell untruths and leave customers in an endless circle of wasted time on calls... (cont.)
