@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport I first contact you 11 January 2022, every single time I get the same response. Issues in the local area! I’m a pay monthly customer who is sick of the rubbish service the Three provides me! So please enlighten me on what has taken a year plus to fix!

Is there any end in sight to the upgrade work you are doing in M3 postcode @ThreeUK ? My contract is about up for renewal and it's been a month of incredibly slow data speeds so I'm going to move somewhere else if you don't have an end date in mind?
