Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network
-
🎀Christine🎀 (@xChristine_Gx) reported@ThreeUKSupport I've received an email today saying you've passed my account to debt collectors, for a bill I've already paid, that isn't due until 8th June. I've tried using the online complaints form which isn't working. Where can I send my formal complaint?

Ross Knight (@RossKnight97) reportedYou lot @ThreeUK are con artists. I phone up to pay a bill, only gives me option to pay airtime, no option to pay device, no human beings work for you at all, just autobots Worst service ever, worst communication ever, laziest service, honestly fold your company, load of shite

Sandra H (@Aerobicedge) reported@ThreeUK I am so fed up with this extremely poor Broadband. I've complained twice and been told it's a mast being fixed. 3 weeks later there is No improvement. It's like living in the dark ages!! Upload speed of only 3.76mb/s
-
Neha Patel (@Nehajp1) reported@ThreeUK no network in my area for months. How do you plan to compensate the fact it's taking so long to fix the issue?!
-
Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reportedso @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.
-
Omni (@omnishredder_) reported@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month

loulitagill (@loulitagill) reportedDo not bother at all taking our a contract with @ThreeUK I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve called after a week of waiting to cancel my contract and still being told there’s an order “stuck” because I returned faulty kit. Come on Three, you’ve got to do better.

Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
