@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUK No one I know on your network including myself got the alert. It may have been prevalent to ensure it worked before the 3pm on the 23rd..

@ThreeUK This is not good enough. We need reassurance that it will work in the event of a real emergency by performing another test or a Three network only test. This is our safety at risk in the event of a real emergency in the future if this system hasn't been tested to ensure it works

@ThreeUK As a @ThreeUK customer I appreciate the update but I do not feel reassured at all. How can your customers feel assured that the alert would work when we have not had an opportunity to have it tested & shown to work? I am now looking into changing contracts to another provider.
