@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUK I have been told on 3 web chats now that my voicemail greeting will be erased and it still hasn’t, it’s been 3 days and I still have my ex and I greeting my voicemail. It’s disgusting, please help me

@ThreeUKSupport This is just going round in circles. I’ve been on live chat to so many different people now who have all told me different things ..... most recently being that it’s not THREE’S issue but my phone manufacturer but now I have to go on live chat again to be told what now?

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I no there is congestion, this has been the case since 2019. There was no fixed date given just if you need service pay the termination fee and move network

They all say they have reviewed my account as it’s all apparently been logged but clearly not as one says they can help and another says they can’t

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete! No, no devices connected via the wire. I have a HUAWEI AI Cube and I just use the WiFi on it but it’s extremely tedious and slow and constantly cuts off with any devices connected to it :(
