  @ThreeUK customer for over 22 years multiple contacts I asked for an iPad contract to be cancelled 4 years ago as the contract ended 4 years prior...a year later still taking payments got it cancelled again, tried so many times to sort this out...now I'm being threatened by legal

  Many thanks to the hopeless @ThreeUKSupport for waking me up despite clear instructions not to call me before 1pm clearly they didn’t listen to a word I said. No idea of customer service.

  @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

  @ThreeUKSupport why am I being contacted by a company called credit solutions saying I owe them £800 from a past three account when I never had a contract with three,tried getting help from your website which is quite frankly a load of **** and no use at all

  @ThreeUKSupport oh dear your customer service is useless now on my third call the last two lasted over a hour no further forward than when I started last Friday. It’s a shocking service.

  @ThreeUK anyone else have problems closing a Three mobile accounts. No reply emails. Online chat seems to be ineffective. Talking to Customer service unable to close accounts. Back online chat this morning, account changed to collections, still unable to close the account.

  @ThreeUKSupport since joining my signal has been awful - locked in for another 18 months is there any work around to this ?
