    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

    @ThreeUKSupport no 4g for well over 24 hours. BN2 1TL, Brighton area. Your cover checker says it’s a very good service (it’s not). It’s not my phone either. Please provide explanation and estimated time for fix. Thank you.

    @JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile Bear in mind the vast majority of their users are probably mostly at home and making no use of their data allowance. There is no capacity issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport just phoned the customer service to have the phone answered and after I told him my issue he mumbled something and went quiet and then continued to ignore me even though I could hear him breathing and noise in background. Disgusted @ this!
