@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport I think this is the problem, according to their tech dept. Perhaps you can find a better way, as other providers do not bump us off. Can the IP lease be extended? At the moment it isn't fit for purpose.

@ThreeUK I have no service for 5 days days now. I spoke to Three today apparently I will need to wait additional 5 days because they didn’t put the request through 4 days ago. This is a safety issue I can’t leave the house with no phone they are not helpful!

@ThreeUKSupport Hey can you stop the IP address from 'rolling' so that financial websites don't kick us off each time. I have to switch to another provider on the fly to avoid your issue. Their anti-fraud is bumping us off. Thx.

@ThreeUKSupport Advised to try further trouble shooting. I simply want to leave and don't see why I should have to pay early termination when it is not my fault the 3 signal is poor.
