  I use @ThreeUK in London, but the internet is practically non-existent... The signal is zero, the speed is terrible. This experience is truly unacceptable in 2026. 🙃 Am I the only one experiencing this problem? @ThreeUKSupport

  I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.

  @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
