@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport I already have. Last time, was a call, and after to and fro about whether device/ISP at fault was then met with a silent connection (took an hour) and prior to that was told issue would be escalated but no response after a week. Bad and futile experience.

@ThreeUKSupport Oh and issue is that in this one small area, where the shops are, in central London, I get absolutely no phone or internet signal whatsoever. No idea why. Is it a Three issue...is the shopping mall blocking Three (affects another Three user, don't think it affects EE)

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, told it's an issue to do with some new system, and it should be fixed by around the 10th Feb. I'm not holding my breath
