@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have still not received confirmation that Three received the modem I sent two weeks ago. Sadly I’m not surprised as I’ve had nothing but problems since I stupidly decided to join Three. I’d also like my money refunded that was taken out of my account after I cancelled.

@ThreeUK @Parklifefest I was using your service under a tree when all of a sudden i felt something being thrown on my head,i looked up and saw squirrels,they threw nuts on my head, i asked them why and they replied in squirrel language that’s it’s because I’m using such a finished network. Shame on you

@ThreeUKSupport When will 4G return to our area? The local mast (NB5237 Haddenham) has been down for over 4 weeks now with network service page only saying 'we're fixing an issue'. Weak signal 3G is not good enough...non-existent most of the time.
