    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

    @ThreeUKSupport Why, when I change plan to a Black Friday special @ £10/month (12Gb) do I get a letter saying it's £14. Call support and they simply hang up on me after taking details of my problem, twice this has happened now.

    @caketincambo @ThreeUK I’m actually fuming. Was told my phone would be delivered Wed, then yesterday they promised it would be here. Then today, and today I was told it’s probably not coming and it’s “ok if I want to look elsewhere” like wtf

    @ThreeUK I have had the worst experience to @ThreeUK. 2 hours I’ve been on the phone and I am still not sure if my phone is cancelled. I’ve had no emails telling me. I can’t get logged into my account. I’ve been told twice it’s been cancelled and it still hasn’t. Awful customer service.

    @slay1373 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK There they go again with the “pop us over your post code” rubbish,there service is shocking at times and customer service is worse,,only one contract left with them now then I can escape

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Sorry I've been with Three for almost 5-6 years and I've had really good service. My street has always had bad signal no matter which provider I'm with but Three has been fine in the rest of London.
