@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport BB deal will be up in July at the end of my 24m contract. I also have a Three phone deal and can confirm that the problem is consistent with the network, not one device. The recent issues have been apparent on moth my 4G connections.

Nah wtf is wrong with phone companies. @ThreeUK have lost the plot. Customer Service team purposely ignoring calls. Called on another number and they answered straight away. Is it the crack?

@ThreeUKSupport after logging a complaint a week ago, spent over and an hour and a half on the phone tonight and STILL being passed from pillar to post!! No resolution to being misold a contract. Absolute joke!!

@ThreeUK hi how can I get my network sorted sorry I just called 333 and was told it will be fixed by the end of the month, this has gone on for months I went into store months ago and was told to switch between 3G and 4G while you upgrade to 5G, how long does this go on for?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley, I tried to cancel online in November but apparently had instead requested a PAC code after calling your customer service line. I haven't used the sim since October 2019. Would be grateful If someone could backdates my cancellation to when i originally requested.

@ThreeUKSupport I have a dongle and a pro 3 home hub. It won't load Netflix my gmail, twitch and my Alexa is down too. Twitter and YouTube are working fine, as is most internet searching. This is the same across 3devices, using 3 different browsers and 3 different operating systems.

@ThreeUK You guys provide the worst customer service. I have just spent the last 3 hours trying to upgrade my phone. After spending three hours you are sending the phone to the wrong address. You just lost one customer and many more to come.
