Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.

Daniel upson (@dan_upson) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network

Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

wulfsage (@wulfsagemakes) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.
-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
Chris Muktar (@chrismuktar) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I never had this problem, at least on a business contract with Three.

🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Does your phone support eSIM? If so, no need to wait for one to arrive in the post.

ojuelegba beyoncé (@mideolabanji) reported.@ThreeUK collecting £17 from me every month for terrible “unlimited” service that requires me to revert to wifi every time is crazy. i can’t wait for my contract with you lot to be over.

stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
