    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

    It’s 2023 and still can’t get good signal with @ThreeUK in Gronant, even have a WiFi router that doesn’t work, how do we cancel the contract please as there is literally never any service when we’re here? @ThreeUKSupport

    I didn't think @ThreeUK would avoid the opportunity to respond on their clearly weak signal & ropey coverage in my current area. There should not, in my opinion, be such a disparity between speeds achievable outdoors to indoors up to 400mbps & faster outside but 1-3mbps indoors!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues streaming content on different devices. Some work only on mobile data and not the wifi. Some work on one device and not another. Looking at the forums it’s a known issue but the suggested fixes won’t work for me. Can you please send some advice?
