@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport 3 is down AGAIN... after same yesterday!! How long til it’s back on? I have been a 3 customer for many many years and have 5 contracts with 3 which will soon be with another network if this carries on. We need a reliable network more than ever at the moment 😔

@ThreeUKSupport and then when you speak to someone else and want to raise a complaint you get told sorry I cannot do that for you because its an outage. I have been with 3 for 12 years now and this will be the last contract I have with them as its getting more and more useless

Also I have just moved house (when I viewed the house was on different network) & signal with @ThreeUK is 3G/barely 4G despite your network coverage map showing very good 4G. No point having unlimited data to attend lectures & for husband working from home if I can’t use it! 2/2

@ThreeUKSupport amazing 24 hours after an outage of texts etc I get this problem. your tech team tell me its been fixed and a network reset will sort that out well guess what nope not a chance. Overseas call centres again do not have a clue
