@OmbudServices I’ve just bought a new contract from @ThreeUKSupport & 2 days later, they have been unable to provide me with the terms or confirm the start date. From what I can see they have started charging me for the new tariff but aren’t providing the service yet. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport My issue is you guys have the cheapest deal which is great for me however you have the worst coverage in my area which puts me off switching to you guys. It's kinda weird that you advertise as having 99.8% coverage when your coverage map shows you probably have less than 80%
