    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv been given a temporary sim in the meantime while while this is being sorted but I’m struggling with activating this as they told me due to the circumstances it will be free of charge, Iv tried calling 333 but it’s all automated and there’s no option that fits with my issue 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I took up an offer of a new sim deal at a reduced rate of around £7 per month for 6 months normaly £22. When billed came as 22. Contacted was promised no bill this month the £14 a month but billed again at £22. Call centres system always down can’t help

    @ThreeUKSupport Which is understandable. But then what’s the resolve? I can’t go to the store, I keep failing the security questions because I do not have an account with @ThreeUK if I didn’t bring the issue to Twitter nothing would have been done. Ur webchat is closed, we’ll continue tomorrow.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have resolved this with my bank. I am disappointed with threes customer service. “Three customer service on the phone said I had to wait and there’s nothing else they can do, we are working from home and we don’t have managers”... I have lost my trust in #ThreeUk

    @ThreeUKSupport Let me also add I will not pay one kobo for a contract that I never took out, honestly speaking you’d have better luck getting blood of out a stone because this is a hill I’d definitely die on. #ThreeUK #Fraud

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kim. The antenna is aligned with Tower ID9190 at Cow Drove. The coverage has been great and the signal strong, even in bad weather. Nothing on my system has been changed. The 4G has been great. The only problem that I’ve noticed is that at mid month the speed drops.
