    @ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

    Can anybody @ThreeUK or @ExertisUK help me with the delivery of the TV in my wifi bundle. I have been paying for it unnecessarily for the last three months and all I get is “wait for another 10 days” as an answer. Extremely poor service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have the maximum credit score, you can’t get a better one, but was declined on a sim only deal. No help on the phone. Do I go to another network instead?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Chris but I’ve been trying since last Thursday. I called 3 last week about the IMEI issue & was told I’d have a call back within 2 working days. It’s really disappointing. I think 3 made put the wrong IMEI when setting up insurance as it’s not accepting the handset IMEI.
