@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I had contacted you previously, I was told that you offer no guarantee of service indoors. Despite stating that other family members were suffering from the same issue across multiple locations, I was advised to factory reset MY phone... I will DM you though, no harm in trying.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, tbh I am sick of going through this incident. Three Rep told me on 03.05.21 that I was getting the refund in 48 hours. That has still not been refunded. Three need to contact me as they said they would.

@ThreeUKSupport Update for you. All our phones are with Three. 2x business contract & 3x Personal Contract. None worked but all had picked Orange Spain as the roaming network. When we forced them to pick another network (Yoigo) they now all work again. Strange, but the issue is solved.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. I only received it yesterday, but the notifications don't work correctly, nor does it send them to my Huawei smartwatch. I've checked and changed settings, but Google shows it appears to be a known issue. I just want to cancel the upgrade and revert back if I can.

@ThreeUKSupport That link takes me to the recycle page, I enter in my IMEI number and nothing happens. No option to talk to someone? I am also trying to upgrade but my address is old on my 3 account. When I try to update this on the website it says "this is currently unavailable". Can you help?

@ThreeUKSupport Just when I try to update the address within the account. I had previously contacted yourselves to help update this via DM, and was told it was all done. However, on my account it still shows an old address.
