Keep checking @ThreeUK website to upgrade every couple of weeks and all they offer in terms of deals is cashback for NEW customers. I've been with Three for nearly six years. Where is my incentive to stay with that poor selection?

I had been woth @ThreeUK for 3 years and never had an issue until I want to leave and telling me my last bill is a hell of a lot more then the final bill text, I'm really not happy and there customer service staff are so rude and unprofessional..
