    @eli_helenek @youneshh @ThreeUK Unfortunately, I don't have any Chelsea fans in my family (Liverpool fans, yet we live near West Ham) so I would be giving it away to some1 who lives near me. might do something about likes/replies on this comment. But ik I won't win and I've never been to a Chelsea game!

    @ThreeUKSupport What is the process? Does the number stay active throughout? If not, how many days is it likely out of service? Is there any risk of loosing the number? I’m kern to understand the process before committing to it. Thanks!

    @ThreeUKSupport So, it is now day 5. Have called the number you have me and they told us to reset the router. Worked for a few hours, then of course, went down again. It's still doing the same thing it has been for 5 days now.
