@ThreeUK avoid three like a plague, they are money grabbers, 12 years of faithfully been with them just left me with a bad record, chasing up £50 they didn’t render the service

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Customer service and the entire three are all liars, I have been with the mofe 12 years all I could get was chasing me for £50 for a service they didn’t render, ended up with a bad credit, worst company, please avoid subscribing to them by all means

All I want to do is cancel my @ThreeUK contract due to signal drop outs and outages since day ONE! But can’t co Customer services in India can’t understand English or speak always repeating my question to them 50 minute wait time always when I call. Shoddy company never again!

@ThreeUKSupport Nope, nothing improved. Being sent a new sim, but still not impressed with being hung up on, twice, very poor form. If the network issues don’t improve I’ll be going elsewhere.
