    @CurrysServices How long does a customer have to wait for an in-store issue to be resolved...?!!! I am still waiting over 4 months for a refund from an overcharge on a @ThreeUK mobile broadband. Please look in to this - see medex ref: 3484520

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I am sick of going around and around in circles! I have not received service from you for 8 weeks. 6 weeks ago you said someone would sort my issue and get back to me, no one has. I refuse to pay for a service I am not receiving, so the DD is cancelled...

    @ThreeUKSupport can't top up yet again. Using website a £10 payment shows in bank acct as pending, disappears 10 minutes later. 444 doesn't work, when payment shd be taken, a voice tries to upsell something, says press 2 to continue with top up & it just returns to main menu.

    @Kingcanners @ThreeUK I agree. Such reactionary thinking. Like Chelsea didn't do anything wrong. No one gave us a choice over who we were sold to (just as it is now). It's a time for support not abandonment.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Customer service can't help. Technical support can't help. Cancellation can't help BUT you expect me to keep paying?! Your service is a JOKE. I will not pay for a service I'm not getting. I will not pay an outstanding balance for a service I did not get..

    Is your wifi call working ok, I use a dual sim and through EE its perfect, I use three at home or work its terrible, me and my partner, she now calls me on whats app @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
