@ThreeUK utterly useless. Trying to cancel a contract where they’ve inputted my details incorrectly so I’ve got to run around and prove who I am due to their error, and the email address I’ve been given doesn’t work. @TheO2 extremely helpful in setting up my sisters new contract

@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the “issue is fixed” but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?

@ThreeUK Day 1. Our new 3 home mobile broadband on 14 day trial. So far knocking out 48mgb. Stronger signal than our BT home broadband! Half the price too. So far so good.

Son very unhappy as @ThreeUK saying he has to wait 30 days to transfer his number from one @ThreeUK account to another. Makes no sense, would have been better off changing to a diff network.

I’ve been told time and time again that my signal on @ThreeUK would improve but it’s genuinely getting worse. How do I get out of this contract as I’m not getting what I’m paying for

@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

Have any of my followers replaced their home broadband with a 5G cellular hub from @ThreeUK? Thinking of making the jump as download speeds on phone look good but concerned about internal signal strength and the need for boosters?

4years now, even in lockdown times, kings cross has full 4G reception and nothing is loading. NOTHING! No maps, no whats app…the excuse was “too many people are using the network”. Now that the station is at its lowest capacity, what is the excuse? @ThreeUK
