    @ThreeUKSupport Ugh. I was told I could cancel my service any time within my billing. Turns out it's 30days ahead. Now stuck paying for another month of mifi service that doesn't work.

    @ThreeUKSupport well i still have no service nearly 36 hours after sorting out the mess (for the 2nd time) yesterday morning. It is going to be an interesting discussion in the store tomorrow morning. Followed up with a polite chat with your press department.

    @ThreeUKSupport Neither are reliable. If the dongle decides to work, the network is often slow.

    I recommend no one go for @ThreeUK they are liars and their service is crap after nearly 5 years I’m done with them Do yourself a favour and opt for @Vodafone @O2 save yourself the stress

    @ThreeUKSupport That it was a new customer deal. However I found the deal through you upgrade site on the 3 app? That makes no sense and it was around £10 per month difference.

    @ThreeUK customer service and app is shocking. I found a deal on the app to upgrade, when I contact customer service to discuss it... its not available to existing customers....15 mins of her gaslighting me that I'm imagining it...its suddenly available!!! How can I trust that!

    @CoachDriverHugh @ThreeUKSupport Three are terrible. I joined them a month ago which was a mistake. Nothing but "network issues" in my town since joining resulting in inability to call and delayed notifications. Just waiting for my number to transfer to @giffgaff 👍🏼 (I do wish they had WiFi calling).
