Horrendous customer service by @ThreeUK moved to a higher contract automatically 6 months into a 12 month contract and told the deal I'm in does not exists which is still available online. Why can't we speak to anyone in the UK who understands and cares???

@ThreeUKSupport just spent two hours on to CS trying to update my contract. Got told I could get a deal that suited me, then got a call back to say I couldn’t get it and it would cost more for longer. Went round in circles. Poor service. actually felt like I was being scammed!

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Better signal on EE though, even more so in UK rural locations as part of their readiness to take over the Emergency services network.

@threeuk I’m sick to death of calls dropping, poor signal and awful data transfer. I really don’t give a monkeys about 5G - get 4G working first! I can’t be the only one that “enjoys” this crap service.
