@TfL Thanks but you need a Virgin Media account for this solution and unfortunately I'm with @ThreeUK though not for much longer if @ThreeUKSupport don't stop ignoring me and help sort this out

@ThreeUKSupport the signal in my area has been garbage the past few weeks and didn't use to be what's happening? You are going to loose 4 customers due to this issue as contracts are soon up for renewal. S43 area

@ThreeUKSupport Can somebody please help me! I joined 3 from another provider and want to transfer my old number. I spent yesterday on the phone about this and have PAC code etc but getting nowhere. Now receiving texts about me cancelling my 3 account! I do not want to do this!!
