@ThreeUKSupport hi I placed a complaint in the other day for potential fraud as someone in London has ordered and has had delivered 2 ipads in my name and was wondering if it was being dealt with? This nurse doesn't really fancy getting stung for £100 each month!

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I have no mobile data currently, had this issue in Birmingham earlier today and I’m now in Leicester will the same problem. Phone shows full bars with a 5G signal, yet no mobile data. Call call someone fine, just an issue with data. Any known issues?

@teado25 @Precisionnn @ThreeUK Honestly, I don't ever bother with the upgrades any more just get a new phone contract and number then transfer the old one to another network for free then 2 days later swap it back.

@ThreeUKSupport Im disgusted at your change to Go Roam. This was the only reason I used three. Europe - fair enough, but fees in all the other places makes your service pointless compared to others. What happens AFTER my current contract ends? Will I keep free go roam?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I just tried doing that, to which it said I needed to make an account. Definitely done this more than once before but it keeps disappearing, though admittedly I hadn't tried since the "new my3 app". Registering again appears to have resolved the problem though. Thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport set up my 5g broadband on Friday and there's no 5g at all even tho my postcode is eligible for it. 4g dips intermittently, very poor I must say.
