@ThreeUKSupport I have had the letter now. But it would have been helpful to have been told it would be a letter. I was told it would be an email. Tbh it would have been most helpful if you had resolved the fraud issue…

@ThreeUKSupport Hmm, I never saw that, so I kind of assumed that was what was happening when I got this call from you about upgrading. What is bothering me more is that when I set up this contract your agent assured me everything was set up to change the number over when it clearly wasn't.
