@ThreeUKSupport @tomeccles OK so confusingly, I can now connect my PC via WiFi, and that works ok but the wired connection does not work. Cannot confirm if that is a router or PC problem at this point but at least the WiFi is working for now

@ThreeUKSupport My 5G broadband has been largely down since Monday afternoon. I am in E3 postcode area. My router is working fine. I called yesterday and was advised that there is a network issue, and is it being worked on. Any update on when this will be resolved?

@ThreeUKSupport what IS the problem ? they’re aware that customers have issues, are they aware what the problem is though ? 5G ( and 4G) signal fine at broadband modem, just no internet ( again) (Using 4G on phone on another network to tweet)
