@ThreeUKSupport But the problem only started when that message (with the Scottish accent) about "sim only deals" was inserted into the top up process, making it impossible to top up unless I talked to someone about your deals! So while that's the case I'm afraid I'll remain suspicious.

@ThreeUKSupport I managed to get sorted after about 45 minutes of messing around. I topped up anonymously and now have a shiny new data pack. I now want to login and set it to auto-renew. Wish me luck!

@O2 shocking service all round whilst trying to transfer my old number from @ThreeUK . 48hours and waiting…. Poor customer support, left on the line with no response or solution. Very disappointed.

@ThreeUK worst customer service ever!!!! An hour to negotiate a half decent deal then 2 more phone calls and a week later to admit phone is not in stock and won’t arrive for another 4 weeks. Then won’t let me cancel my contract cos you need 48 hrs to cancel the delivery first!!🤬
