@ThreeUKSupport Yes it is the website and the app. I have reset my password but that didn’t seem to help either. I have a business account with you, so the man on the live chat said he couldn’t be of assistance. When I try and log in it says that something went wrong and to try again

Absolutely disgusted with @ThreeUK Oxford Westgate store - nagged me into inappropriate contract, claiming it’d be cheaper. First bill >3x quoted, total refusal to allow me to cancel over phone despite living 200+ miles from shop. Lied to, conned, never using @ThreeUK again

@ThreeUKSupport I was on an old rolling contract and upgraded to a new plan. I want to keep my old number and was told the only way to do this was to cancel old plan and transfer number to new plan. So far this has been a bit of a nightmare and I am now left with no service at all.
