@ThreeUKSupport I emailed them days ago and had no reply. Called today and was told despite what the promotion said they will not take my Huawei P30 Pro (despite me getting it from Three. I have cancelled my upgrade and will cancel all 3 of my Three contracts. I feel conned and disappointed

I should add that @ThreeUK have successfully sent me an email to let me know they're looking into the issue of me not receiving the registration verification mails that have not arrived via 3 tries via 3 versions of their apps across PC and mobile.
