@ThreeUK just spent the entire workday w/o phone signal or internet (we foolishly buy our internet from you too) with no warning or real explanation. My partner spent 5hrs in a beefeater carpark b/c he had to be on video calls. We pay you more than £180pm combined. Wtf??

@ThreeUKSupport I have £50 charges for roaming on a ship network by accident. I’ll suck that up. But no data in Ireland, when I should be able to use Go Roam. Sent links to the Data Passport several times which dont work, nor should i need. Can someone, please, assist?!

@ThreeUK I am absolutely disgusted after being a customer for over 20 years Three refused to upgrade me to a monthly sim only contract unless I use there IVR 😗 digital ID, I passed security twice I will be moving my 3,Three contracts to a provider that values my custom,Bye

@ThreeUK listening to your sales man on my lunch at work sorting out a tablet being told there is no upfront cost just set price to be paid next month all good then at end of convo tells me I need a £50 deposit after stating no upfront charge waste of time an poor customer servic

Hey @ThreeUK. Thought you might like to know that I’ve left you for @O2 as they provide free roaming in the EU. You know, the same as what you promised to do but didn’t. 10+ years customer btw, bye bye.
