Beyond angry with @ThreeUK - been begging for more data for a vulnerable customer on mobile broadband for the last 72 hours, apparently three sets of advisors have lied when they told me they'd made the request??? Absolute shitshow.

yet again @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport proving that their internet isn't fit for service - in the last few hours, it disconnects every few minutes and only reconnects when i get up to manually reset it. don't suggest talking to your support team, none of that helped. i am switching.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK can someone please DM me. I had a bizarre issue with a new sim and the chat support got disconnected. Despite that the guy investigated on his own and fixed my issue, making sure everything was ok and working. I want to make sure he is recognised. Thx
