    @ThreeUK is this a joke!!!! I have been on the phone for nearly 4 hours due to my Internet not working and still being transferred to every department each one stating they can't help!!! This is ridiculous and poor service from @ThreeUK disgusting only interested in taking money

    @ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

    @BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

    @ThreeUK Use my iPhone if I have service in that restaurant to find more about what that food actually is, and the rest of what’s on the menu to see what I’d actually want to order, and if there’s nothing I seem to like, I just leave and go somewhere else, but in real life

    @ThreeUKSupport Now, currently paying 12£ a month getting unlimited and 100GB of data + the usual roaming. Upgrades are cheapest at 20£ a month? Been a customer for over 10 years. Can you do better?

    @ThreeUK You cannot tweet 'fastest network' without responsibility. Your 5G is the same slow as 4G at my home and work - middle of London + 5G is hardly working. I am actually thinking you just changed the icon

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it that there’s never any service in Knaresborough? I wasn’t informed of this when signing my contract and it’s really annoying/almost makes it pointless to have a phone here.
