    @BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

    @ThreeUK is this a joke!!!! I have been on the phone for nearly 4 hours due to my Internet not working and still being transferred to every department each one stating they can't help!!! This is ridiculous and poor service from @ThreeUK disgusting only interested in taking money

    @liamnorris1001 @ThreeUK Threes been poor in NI. Been on iD and they were amazing for few years but convinced they are upgrading and thus have less connection points last year and half. ID use Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport can I get a real update on what is going on with RG31 area please. No service for 2 weeks and the website just gives me a standard “we’re fixing an issue with our network in the area”. Contract expires at the end of October and may need to change supplier.

    Been with EE for like 10 years now not sure when it happened but they’ve become the most expensive network now, £98 a month with £330 upfront for iPhone 14 pro max, can get the same deal from @ThreeUK for £69 with £80 upfront.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried ringing on my new EE Sim to cancel but I think the wrong address is on record - it says it’s correct online but via the phone it is not. So I can’t cancel without the SIM due to the security code sent to it.

    @liamnorris1001 @ThreeUK My mate jump to them for unlimited data and had it amazing at 20mpbs in Newcastle but its been worse down there now too.
