@BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

@ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

@ThreeUKSupport We recommend that everyone who sees this does not use Three as its ridiculous service and a waste of money all they are interested in is taking all your money and not helping when things go wrong because of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ThreeUK is this a joke!!!! I have been on the phone for nearly 4 hours due to my Internet not working and still being transferred to every department each one stating they can't help!!! This is ridiculous and poor service from @ThreeUK disgusting only interested in taking money

@ThreeUKSupport I’m facing issues with a replacement SIM and the agents told me I can’t ask for another replacement. I’ve tried all the tricks with the help of 7 different support agents. They keep telling me some mythical “higher technical team” will reach out to me but it hasn’t happened yet!

@ThreeUKSupport the first time I call someone it says they are on another line, but if I hang up and call immediately back it works, even when they call me its the same? Coincidently they are all on three/smarty, is this a network problem?

@ThreeUKSupport Does it normally take 5 days to upgrade a phone? I have been into the shop twice and online webchats for hours over several days. The shop could (then couldn't price match) Web couldn't verify me with no working phone. Ref 33279922. Hopeless customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport I got it sorted in the end, you should let your developers know that there's a disconnect between signup and login. Signup allows you to use an email address with a + in it, but login doesn't. I had support change my email address to fix it.
