    @BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

    @ThreeUKSupport We recommend that everyone who sees this does not use Three as its ridiculous service and a waste of money all they are interested in is taking all your money and not helping when things go wrong because of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

    @ThreeUK is this a joke!!!! I have been on the phone for nearly 4 hours due to my Internet not working and still being transferred to every department each one stating they can't help!!! This is ridiculous and poor service from @ThreeUK disgusting only interested in taking money

    @lyes_11 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I spent 90 mins on the #three chat yesterday with the most ineffectual engineer whose main concern was what rating I was going to give them (#spoileralert it was 0). Web team will tell you there’s no issues, engineers “think” there is & can give no ETA. Meanwhile still no service

    Absolutely disgusting customer services from @ThreeUK this past week. Son’s pay as you go sim has been blocked 3 times. Each time I’ve contacted & been promised reconnection within 24 hrs. Each time it’s taken longer. Unblock team doesn’t work weekends.

    I’ve registered a complaint about the inadequacy of @ThreeUK processes. When I asked what would happen to this complaint I was told: nothing. I wouldn’t head back from them or get any feedback. Complaint essentially gets filed & ignored. Completely unacceptable.
