@BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kimberlie, thanks for getting in touch. Post code is CV5 7. Unfortunately Aditya wasn’t very helpful, put the blame on me for moving house, 10 months on going issues and paying for a service which I haven’t been able to use. Not impressed as I’ve been with Three for years.

Really disappointed by @ThreeUK at @LatitudeFest where family & I had no service entire weekend. Infuriating to be unable to contact family to meet up or use Latitude app, and see people on other networks doing so. Phone said I had 2 bars of 3G or 4G but couldn’t get a text thru.
