    @BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

    @ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser,every time I ring three they explain that because it was originally stolen I have to wait for restrictions to be cleared and it will work after a number of hours. The problem is they’ve been saying this since Tue??

    @ThreeUKSupport Even terrible Vodafone has better offers on Google phones depending on what data plan you want! When Vodafone can under cut three you know something has gone wrong with your pricing structure!.

    @ThreeUK Basically you have tried to fix something that wasn't broken with the price plans. I can leave three soon after being with you since 2003barring a couple of missed years in-between.I'm afraid you are now inline with the other networks now so well done three for that achievement!.

    @ThreeUKSupport Is it really standard procedure for transferring a number within 3 to have them wait 30 days!! I've been told by a CS rep who agreed that it's faster for me to transfer my number to EE and then back, but at this point might as well keep it with EE, terrible help!

    @TwitterBlue @ThreeUK Experience blazing-fast 5G internet sometimes throughout the day. Their large coverage network of 4G even occasionally has moments of connectivity. Stay disconnected. Stay safe. 👍
