@ThreeUKSupport We recommend that everyone who sees this does not use Three as its ridiculous service and a waste of money all they are interested in is taking all your money and not helping when things go wrong because of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

@BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

@RachaelGoucher @ThreeUK It could be a number of issues. It might be your local tower was faulty. The notice was designed to be a cross-platform signal. I'd be interested in seeing Three's data on the broadcast. Suffice to say it's not your fault you didn't get it. I'm sure they sure working on it...
