@BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

@ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

@ThreeUK is this a joke!!!! I have been on the phone for nearly 4 hours due to my Internet not working and still being transferred to every department each one stating they can't help!!! This is ridiculous and poor service from @ThreeUK disgusting only interested in taking money

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. No I can’t sign in on the app as the password reset doesn’t work. My 3 mobile number is a sim card in my router so can’t receive txts and I’ve gotten no rest emails. Yes I’ve checked junk. Can you rest my password for me?
