    @BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

    @ThreeUKSupport We recommend that everyone who sees this does not use Three as its ridiculous service and a waste of money all they are interested in is taking all your money and not helping when things go wrong because of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @ThreeUK is this a joke!!!! I have been on the phone for nearly 4 hours due to my Internet not working and still being transferred to every department each one stating they can't help!!! This is ridiculous and poor service from @ThreeUK disgusting only interested in taking money

    @ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

    How useless are @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I accidentally made a double payment on the app as it kept freezing on 19th it’s eventually shown up today on my account as credit but they tell me I have to wait a further 48hours what for?It’s in credit. AWFUL SERVICE #CustomerService

    @ThreeUK @Barclays pushed from pillar to post to resolve an accidental double payment. Why does it take so long to refund me!! Absolutely awful service from both companies. Three used to be amazing but now are the most awkward company to deal with shite the pair of you

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What the hell has happened to Three? Used to be a good provider in our area, the last 18 months it’s been awful. Everyone on the Three network (And those who piggyback off Three) have all been complaining of the same issues or even left to go to a or reliable provider
