@BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

@ThreeUKSupport Yea, I'd say so given that you cannot provide an internal signal at my address. I live rurally and internet is far from strong or stable so cannot rely on that for WiFi calling, but they still wouldn't allow me to receive SMS'for things like 2FA systems

@ThreeUKSupport There are 3 of us all with Three Mobile. Please don't tell me to restart my device. Our phones will only connect to HSPA (3g) with very poor connection strength and speed. Less than 1 Mbps is almost unusable. We will go with EE next time, thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport Everywhere I went in south/west London- Soho, Wayfair, Hyde Park Full bars, no service King's Cross was fine
