    @BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

    @ThreeUK is this a joke!!!! I have been on the phone for nearly 4 hours due to my Internet not working and still being transferred to every department each one stating they can't help!!! This is ridiculous and poor service from @ThreeUK disgusting only interested in taking money

    @ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Did that and surprise surprise I am once again told to wait another 5 days! Oh and after that then your escalate it to your manager, because 3 failed attempts was not good enough for escalation. Also the social media team can email me but customer services are not allowed? WTH Y?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport yes, yes I have. I have spent hours on the phone and on chat. Everyone just keeps passing me around like a plate of food. I need to escalate this to senior member of staff. There must be someone who can help. I’ve spend over 20 hours on the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport No point, been down that road before, they just offer a few minutes or data, which is completely worthless since the phone came with a sim card with minutes and data.

    @ThreeUKSupport A SM-A715F and a Moto G7 power. It's the postcode for our address. We don't have any issues except the occasional dropout for a few secs but that's more likely problems on our side. It's weird because exactly at 8pm we go from just unstable audio to 30 video streams in 5 mins.
