    Hands up if you just had your phone snatched by a lad on a bike? 🙌🏻 Also, @ThreeUK VERY poor u don’t deal with this outside office hours. And 5.30pm isn’t office hours in your world… “Dear criminals, please don’t do crime outside of office hours. @ThreeUK aren’t open. Thanks”

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with 5G Broadband in SL3? Speeds gone from 200mbp+ to max 20mbp. Issue for over 24 hours now.

    @ThreeUK Your outage in the LD3 area has been going on for days. Its a rural area where there are no land based internet connections - you do realise, there a number of vulnerable people with no comms to the outside world? How much longer?

    @ThreeUK the worst network and customer service. I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall trying to get anywhere with Three. Imagine a mobile company you can't talk to over the phone who will only chat to you through online chat?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Not good enough. We have spoken to support already today, who PROMISED to get back to us with an update, 2 hours ago and 24 hours since I have been without a phone!

    @TheTabbyLamb @ThreeUK have to be the most incompetent mobile company. When my phone was stolen they charged me for the rest of my contract. Really awful company. Glad I left. Hope you get things sorted.

    @ThreeUK Terrible company...Stay well away is my advice...Lied on numerous times to my 78 year old father who has been with them for 15 years, am hoping today he will cancel his contract and I will be doing the same... DISGUSTING SERVICE.
