. @ThreeUK Your data service in Central London is relentlessly terrible. Full bars but nobody is home. Been with Three for 7 years and I've had enough. I want out of my contract please.

  • ZarzosoLowe Julian Zarzoso-Lowe (@ZarzosoLowe) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. I work all over the place, and it's always crap. I've got 6 months left on my contract, but I've had enough. You're not providing me with what I'm paying for and I'd like out please. With no charges. Where do I start?

  • geegeemidnight Gerald Lynch (@geegeemidnight) reported

@ThreeUK Sorry folks - used to be about £20 for unlimited data, now I'm getting 12GB for the same price and I never get anywhere near your advertised 5G speeds

  • KindredUK Lee Wignall (@KindredUK) reported

@ThreeUK why is your customer service so hard to early upgrade a phone when ive been offered a deal and went away to think about it now CS cant find the notes or deals and I have to explain everything again. Be easier to pay termination fee and go elsewhere

  • Angelinalondon0 Angie (@Angelinalondon0) reported

@HazelRothschild @ThreeUK Is there anyway you can cancel and get a better provider?

  • GarrettOHanlon2 Garrett O’Hanlon (@GarrettOHanlon2) reported

@ThreeUK used to like Three but the customer service is appalling. You have just wrecked my credit score by lying to me. Customers beware

  • jessieandbeth Jess & Bassy (@jessieandbeth) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, despite being promised it would be resolved, still no service on my MiFi for a week now. This is unacceptable. Also was promised credit for lack of connection but full bill taken on Monday. I need internet, what is happening? GU23 6AL

  • Rusty_Outside Rusty_Outside (@Rusty_Outside) reported

@ThreeUKSupport After 2 years of dreadful reception, 3 replacement SIM cards, I was assured the issue was obv with my phone. I've just rec'd my shiny new phone direct from Apple and guess what.....!?! Get back to me please, this is worse than shocking.

  • OliversSherbs Oliver's Coffee House 💙 (@OliversSherbs) reported

@jon_stride @ThreeUK Nearly two weeks! They've agreed I can break my contract because they can't tell me when the issue will be fixed

  • RossBeagle2 Ross McClymont (@RossBeagle2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I've recently noticed my phone changing from 4G to 4G+ recently and the signal actually gets worse rather than better. Mobile data is very slow and I don't understand why, when it's implying that it should be better. Any ideas why this is the case?
