    @andy2hill @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Same thing happened to me when I renewed contract. Instead of agreed £10 charge, was billed £25! Couldn’t refund me, so said they’d credit my account over the next 3 months! 3 seem happy to take money upfront, but as keen to pay back! Terrible customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, thanks for your reply. After 90 mins I had to ring off. I rang back again and it is clear your customer service staff have no idea about the customer has gone away process. I am no further forward.

    @ThreeUKSupport I need my account details updating to read Christopher so the store can issue me a sim today or I need to cancel the contract and have the phone collected please. The service I have received has been appalling so this is my last hope before I cancel.

    @ThreeUK Why do you make it so difficult to do the simplest of things like trying to cancel phone insurance, I've been told to phone 3 different numbers by Three I've been on the web chat and it's now becomming soul destroying but I will remember this when my contract is up.

    @ThreeUKSupport There keep advising under DPA they cannot action my request. The last response was the customer may live at the address. I can provide all the details you require to show they do not. Also your fraud department could easily solve this but it’s impossible to get through.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had 1 bar for over 3 miles of travel through a major city. I was on a call and it kept breaking up, so I had to call back when I got home where I have wifi calling. Tbh I’m considering leaving. The network coverage is terrible where I live.
