@ThreeUKSupport We've been through all this. My mast is "oversubscribed" you say. Two laptops and two phones, a 5G home hub and a 4G dongle are all the same, here. 10mins down the road it's fine. Adjusting the UL/DL balance would help.

@ThreeUK Please, please, please can someone give me a call to help upgrade my phone. I have wasted over an hour for what should be an incredibly simple job. Any process to upgrade through the app or on the website seems to be so frustratingly byzantine. So disappointing.

@ThreeUK @billieeilish @LewisCapaldi Ive just realised after receiving a bill that three is suppose to be £35 pcm lmao -£12 gor reoccurring debit so its £23 pcm. Who owns three and thinks their service is worth £35 pcm. I'd say maybe about £10 pcm at max never mind £35. Mine is £23 pcm.
