    @NickyThomas @ThreeUKSupport 5G rollout costs money. Three haven’t actually made a profit on their network, which is why they’re raising costs to customers TalkMobile don’t have a network. They use Vodafone’s at a discounted rate and pray you don’t use it all

    @ThreeUKSupport Typical standard response which answers none of my issues. I have used a small fraction of the 12Gb fair usage, mainly using wi-fi. Only question needing answered is “how do I reinstate the Go-Roam functionality”?

    Please someone tell me why, if I cancel my phone contract @ThreeUK and buy a new sim to become a "new" customer, I can pay less per month, and the "deal" they'd like to put me on only lasts until April. Fed up of big companies squeezing every penny out of customers at the moment

    well despite my @ThreeUK contract being 2 days past the 30 day reuturn/cancel policy due to the device being absoloutely horribly unresponsive for the cost of it they agreed to give me a one of free cancellation 2 days over and zero the balance once its returned so pretty happy
