If @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had any integrity they would offer to transfer any account that has a constant network problem for more than 28 days to a network capable of providing a useable product; otherwise they are a not fit for purpose product. Am i wrong?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete, you cant guarantee it any % of the time therefore its not something you can advertise. The statement is 100% false and is therefore false advertising as you are offering the service as something it is not. The connection is unstable and therefore not usable as stated

@ThreeUK any chance you can sort out your customer services....logged complaint, yet no call back, as promised....and now text saying I'll lose services if I dont pay... I've told you I'll pay once issue sorted (although I've already overpaid) Unacceptable service so far.
