@BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

@ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

@ThreeUKSupport We recommend that everyone who sees this does not use Three as its ridiculous service and a waste of money all they are interested in is taking all your money and not helping when things go wrong because of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ThreeUK I recently switched to three after mind blowing offers from customer care executive. Internet connection on and off for almost one week and not even getting 3G speed from 5G hub. Will wait for 2 more days, if it is same i will think of disconnection.

@ThreeUKSupport Its SE208JE. I am facing serious issue with the connection. Signal from the hub is showing green for 4 and 5G. But connection is on and off sometimes no connection.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't think so. May have used it in my phone to make sure its unlocked when took contract out but never used it for at least 10 months. Its been taken out phone since then and not used. Got about 2 months left on contract so wanted to use the data on it for last months

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks 👍 I have the new 5G hub home broadband. Since friday there's no 5G signal, only 4G light is on, but no internet connection. 😵 Doesn't this work with 4G only? Area is SE13 6QA.
