  @BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

  @ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

  @ThreeUKSupport @BBCwaste Hello, I think your service checker has been updated and since then, I am using VoiceOver the iOS screen reader to try and enter my postcode into the box, it doesn’t seem to want to go into it and I have to turn the screen reader off in order to do so.

  1/2 Upgraded with @ThreeUK was given the wrong colour handset. Figured it's not a big deal but the handset is just not working for me. Called to see what could be done as I'm a loyal customer with 3 contracts and nothing can be done? Was told I should have tried the phone instore
