    @ThreeUK is this a joke!!!! I have been on the phone for nearly 4 hours due to my Internet not working and still being transferred to every department each one stating they can't help!!! This is ridiculous and poor service from @ThreeUK disgusting only interested in taking money

    @BBCWatchdog we need help with a matter with @ThreeUK I am visiting Ireland from England and on arrival I received a message stating that on the 3 hour ferry journey I had used £119.99 worth of data. My data has now been switched off and blocked from use!! After calling at 7:30am

    @ThreeUKSupport I am fully aware that I will get charged for using my phone on the ferry. I have travel many times and am not stupid. What I don't understand is why my data has been cut off yet my daughter who has come to ireland with me still has her phone fully working.......

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine. Thanks for your reply. Cache cleared. Link used. Login said number and password do not match. Requested reset. Clicked email link. Entered new password. Website returned my3auth.text.generic.error exactly the same as before. So still not resolved unfortunately.

    @ThreeUK why does no one at THREE know about ESims?? I am shocked at the trouble I am having trying to get a QRcode. I’ve been told that you don’t do Esim. I’ve been told you do Esim but you have no customers using it so they don’t know what to do!!😡

    Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

    @ThreeUKSupport No idea why it was cancelled - first time was a “system fault” your side but no idea why second time. Not insured so paying for it myself. Still being passed about on the chat... if you could help that would be amazing
