TBz (@ThomasBz4) reported@ThreeUK This is not how you treat loyal customers. You render your new terms and conditions unacceptable, forcing them to leave, and yet demand that they stay on and pay for another month, instead of giving them the chance to cancel immediately and refund them the difference👎

Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I live near the proposed Stanley lane site so will be goof for me too. Issue Three is having is it’d upgrading all its 3G only masts (ready for 3G switch off next year) to 4G and 5G, but on many sites the backhaul isn’t ready for full 1gbps band 78 5G

SENCo Bab (@SencoBab) reported@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade, thank you for replying however you have misunderstood. The rep stated I would not receive the refund if I raised a complaint. The refund was for loss of broadband over 7 days and unrelated to my complaint. I wanted to complain about his customer service.

SENCo Bab (@SencoBab) reported@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I called today and spoke to Shreyas about the poor connection on my mobile broadband. He said there are works in my area for the next 7 days and would refund me £6.70, then offered me £7.75. I asked to complain and he said he could not give me the refund if I complained.

Yasmine Q (@YasmineQ8) reported@ThreeUKSupport is three network down anywhere in the Manchester area? I'm struggling to connect

Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isn’t the issue, it’s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasn’t updated with the mast RAN equipment.
