@ThreeUKSupport It's not just me, nobody in the area has a signal on three I'm done with @ThreeUK no compensation or reduction in our bills I will not be using web chat as they are not going to get me a signal which is what I need. I'll not be discussing further, just cancelled direct debits

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not receiving verification codes through via text from any of the short numbers. I keep getting told it’s a problem on the other parties side, I would believe that if it wasn’t WhatsApp, Starling and PayPal + my partner is getting texts from them fine and she is on EE

@ThreeUKSupport Genuinely the worst live chat support I have come across. Spoke to 4 different people who all didn’t understand my problem and tried the same solutions which didn’t work. Haven’t been able to access WhatsApp or my Bank for 4 days now, how do I complain?

@ThreeUKSupport I received a bizarre letter saying my mobile phone contract is up, do I want to continue or leave etc. I don't have such a contract with you but do have 5G broadband, has something got muddled up in your databases, perhaps? I want to ensure my service stays as is.

@ThreeUK brand new phone that can’t send non-WiFi texts. Have just been told by Three chat to try my SIM in another phone. How frustrating is this?!! An hour of my life that I’ll never get back and still not sorted.
