@ThreeUKSupport Yes that’s the email address I sent it to on the 09/12/20. I didn’t receive any correspondence from them. The only time I’ve had any form of help was via live chat.

@ThreeUK @emmeob That terrible - paying for a service for access all day everyday. Peak times shouldnt be an issue and we should be compensated if that is the case.

@ThreeUKSupport No I haven’t managed to get it. I have sent passwords and my ID via email to another department of three to retrieve this but I never got a reply. When I asked a member of the team they said they will sort the issue. Again nothing. Im unsure if it’s active

I’m wondering what the point of having a phone contract with @ThreeUK is as they don’t seem to be able to provide any signal in the RG20 area. In the past it was ok but ever since they trialled the emergency messaging it’s been awful.

@ThreeUK for months now Three has been saying that there are network issues being worked on in my area. Seems like a bluff atm and I am not convinced any upgrading is being carried out.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't need a credit limit as it was for my secondary phone I have in case of emergency. I am paid up to date, unlimited data and calls but can't even call 333 or even reset my password. Nothing works but I get told to pay a tenner for more calls when I am unlimited.
