    @ThreeUK when I call a landline from either my phone, my husbands phone or my dads phone the person on the other end can’t hear us. Have tried multiple landlines too. Mobile to mobile is ok. We’re all on three so must be a network fault your end? Can you fix it ASAP

    @ThreeUK I have experienced the worst customer service in my life, in the region of 30 phone calls and 20 hours worth of conversations and three still cannot sort out my issue

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you. No, it’s only when they receive calls from my mobile. If I ring from our landline, or another mobile calls, it’s all ok... they can’t hear me but when I swap to speakerphone they can...it does seem to be a problem with my mobile phone but very specific to them.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s far from ideal the other 3 MNOs in the U.K. all have esim. I feel like we’ve been waiting ages and ages. What sucks more is it was available for like 1 week and I could’ve got a esim pack sent to me by ordering a replacement sim but now you can’t even do that!

    @ThreeUKSupport your online chat service is awful. All I want to do is discuss an upgrade. 35mins in and they didnt confirm any details just ended the chat on me. Also tried yesterday

    @ThreeUKSupport change of my contracts and leaving me without a mobile phone for so long and everytimd my hubby has rang u the service has been awful this has been going on since 24th Nov x
