@ThreeUKSupport I have told you the issue so many times, via chat and through your call centre. I closed a pay monthly account in June '20 via your app and did not receive a PAC code as the SIM was used in a router. You took monthly payments from my account until I stopped it in Jan '21

@ThreeUKSupport I was given a phone number to call for a refund, the number is FAKE and only goes to technical support who don't issue refunds. Your managers and customer service team are utterly useless
