    I submitted a Subject Access Request to @ThreeUK on 22nds June as part of my accessibility complaint. Today I’ve been told it may take longer than the legal one-month limit due to “increased demand.” This delay is not acceptable — especially when it relates to accessibility.

    @ThreeUK Longer this goes on with no description of fault or remediation the longer it looks like a cyber incident. You need to get better comms out to manage the 11M customers on your network.
