    @ThreeUKSupport @David_B1986 Hahahaha, this is them over the entire UK. Congestion everywhere and they don't appear to be doing a thing about it. In fact, they just keep signing up more customers to their network which can't cope. @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUKSupport I made the initial call on the 11th of December 2020. I was supposed to receive the outcome on the 14th, I called up today and was bounced from pillar to post with rude and disgusting service! #ThreeUK and nothing has been resolved!

    @ThreeUKSupport pls sort out your CSAs! I phoned as I'd had a missed call &was advised it was from sales Despite being told I cancelled contract within 14days due to lack of signal he was insistent on transferring me to the sales team. (c)

    @Barclaycard are you aware of a spoofing attack this week and have you contacted networks to get the calls to your customers stopped? @ThreeUK if my stock android phone can warn me an incoming call is a scam why can't your network filter it out before it reaches me?

    @threeuk upgraded a month ago & accepted iPhone 12 delivery as today, as no updates I called last night & told I will be texted this morning, this morning no text, called and told it will arrive today, didn't arrive. Now being I have to wait until the 30th! Communication sucks!

    @ThreeUKSupport I took up an offer of a new sim deal at a reduced rate of around £7 per month for 6 months normaly £22. When billed came as 22. Contacted was promised no bill this month the £14 a month but billed again at £22. Call centres system always down can’t help
