@ThreeUKSupport I just called your customer services and it is one of the worse service I have ever received. In short they can only give me the deal I want if I lose my phone number or get an additional contract that I do not need. Tell me how does that make sense ?

@ThreeUKSupport just to make you aware, the issues has been on-going since November, I'm thinking of joining Three but this issue is leading me towards other operators, I've been and inspected the site and their is a new 5G site right next to it, this 'over-reaching' one should of been disabled

@EE and @ThreeUKSupport been a temporary mast 2Km away blocking signal from 3 closer masts (within 1km) terrible service for both networks due to this. New mast has been built and activated in that area but still the temporary one remains active.

@ThreeUKSupport Its beginning to be really frustrating, I understand you need to check the masts but surely from the first part you can check something. Also, why is the signal in the postcode I gave you so bad? The data is fine, its the calls.
