    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Mines back on, Manchester area but this is the second outage in the 15 months I’ve had the contract. That, and the fact you can struggle to get in touch with anyone at ID as your business model is online Means you won’t get any recommendations from me

    @ThreeUK As a business user, this is unacceptable. I understand you've issues but you should have a million failsafes in place to avoid this. Small businesses today, including mine have lost vital income

    @ThreeUK what a joke you’ve just sent me my latest bill when I’m unable to use your network due to an outage for the second time in the last couple of months…..you should be compensating customers for your poor service
