    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m using a iPhone 13 pro and he has a iPhone 12 Pro Max. Both updated etc. seems to be sooo in and out for example in one street I get barely any signal then in the next road I’m getting 5g 😬

    For some reason the two @ThreeUK network checkers provide two different results for coverage in my area. One says it's fine, whole the other says there's a problem they're working on still in my area Three refuse to tell me why this discrepancy exists

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes she’s still experiencing the issue unfortunately, three days now. I’ve restarted her phone several times. I don’t think the issue is with the phone, this is network issue on you guys end. It’s annoying and frustrating for the poor woman. Help!

    @tamarmillen Yeah it’s terrible! Even worse, I waited to get through and when they couldn’t hear me (because @ThreeUK is unreliable) I was fuming! I had to use my landlord’s landline and call back!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, yes I can call and text without any issue. When I try to use 4G for anything e.g. internet browsing or Google maps it won’t load anything.
