    @ThreeUK hi , someone just called me saying they’re from three & told me i need a new sim card as it will help with slow service , when i queried it they said mine would be blocked & then hung up ! Im assuming this isn’t genuine

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    I moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London

    @ThreeUKSupport you are obstructing us leaving your failing Internet service. Your Indian "help" centre has hung up calls & kept me on endless hold. Obstructing cancellation is contrary to OFCOM regulatory requirements. Reading this? Then avoid 3!
