Very disappointing after being a @ThreeUK customer for many years that they are discontinuing my contract and automatically changing it to a new contract with less benefits including no inclusive roaming. Time to change networks, what a faff!

@TLRailUK @TheRevolver11 Hello, I’ve tried messaging that number before on the @ThreeUK network and this just fails. Just in case this happens to someone else, I suggest also to use their phone number which is 0800 405040. Not trying to be mean, just suggesting it.

Never getting a contract with @ThreeUK again. It started at £67 a month and now I’m paying £73. It’s an absolute joke!!! The world is just getting over a pandemic and they’re putting prices up like that?? Got enough inflation happening thanks🙄
