    @ThreeUKSupport and @xboxuk i have two recurring payments coming off my phone bill instead of 1. Both of you are saying its eachothers problems and neither sorting it. This has been going on since August. 3 have been told to stop all recurring payments but still happens

    @ThreeUK I've been a three customer since the very beginning and I keep seeing all these new customers tweeting you & getting sent boxes of goodies but when I tweet you I get nothing. 3 phone contracts & a broadband contract in this house. A nice wee treat for Xmas would be nice

    @ThreeUKSupport Its for Microsoft xbox. Two payments have been taken off my bill each month. One i know about and the other i dont. @xboxuk cannot find the account taking the 2nd payment and have said 3 should cancel it but nope still having the charge added each month

    @ThreeUKSupport And now due to complaining about increased data usage and really much slower Internet connections, apparently I should have been sent a new 5G SIM card with this phone even though it shows 5G at the signal strength, never been so disappointed in a new phone as much as this one!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott! The customer line I called told me it was my job to contact the store and find out what ID they used etc. I was simply doing what she told me to! I’d of loved not to have wasted hours of my day trying to contact them. So do I now not need to do that?

    @o2 I e decided to move to @ThreeUK as the reception is ________ (inset better word for crap). Even trying to call @o2 to get my PAC and there’s no signal in my house. Text didn’t go thru either 😠

    @ThreeUK I was buzzing along with three home broadband at an average of 80mb sometimes 225 then the 5G has disappeared and it’s down to <10! Just after I’ve cancelled @SkyUK FTTC and I’m now outside of my 14 days returned! Totally lost now as LTE is terrible at the moment!!
