    @ThreeUK are honestly hopeless. Trying to cancel an upgrade and send back a tablet and they want me to send it back via Royal Mail in a "jiffy bag" and make me liable for any damage Royal Mail may cause. In their words "we have NEVER received a product damaged by Royal Mail". Wow

    The annoying moment a customer wants to pay by card and your phone says no internet connection, what is wrong with mobile signal in Eastbourne town centre, this has been on going for weeks!! 😡😡 Time to change provider?? @ThreeUK
