@ThreeUKSupport Still have ongoing problems, shops can’t address your problems, so today I’m going to cancel my contract, if I have issues I’ll definitely be contacting the ombudsman’s team, cause what’s happening atm is a shambles

@doncorleon44756 @ThreeUK Dan the issue hasn’t been resolved, Iv had issues for the last 9 days and a shop worker told me Saturday that this merge could take 6 months to complete, so they don’t know when this network issue will get sorted

I complained. Eventually got an email. @ThreeUK admitted the agent addressed the Relay Assistant instead of me. They offered £50 — and said they’d give feedback to managers. But that doesn't fix the wider problem - the either poor or non-existent training they give.

@ThreeUK my experience so far has been awful. Outages, regular lack of signal, constant ‘no server identity’ messages, 3G rather than 5G, iPhone 15 handset that regularly freezes and doesn’t ring. Having spent 20+ years previously with Vodafone I’ll be straight back soon 😡

Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Our IDM service has degraded to become almost unusable most of the time, wherever we go. No real explanation is ever forthcoming. The loss of service this week and the temporary loss of our fibre network yesterday has left us stranded in a bad way, so we’re done with Three.
