@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Stephie. Three weeks ago I purchased a PAYG trio-SIM. I purchased this online from Three but it has never arrived. I have had two calls with customer services, in each call told the SIM card will arrive within 48 hours. Still hasn’t arrived then I ask for a refund…

Bad customer experience with @ThreeUK. My SIM is not working and after days of calls and silly suggestions (remove the sim and put it back again) the store manager in Windsor said my driving license has expired (which of course is not true). Rubbish

@ThreeUKSupport we need help! Need to block a phone that’s been lost ASAP! Can’t afford to wait. How can I do this? Can’t do anything through the app as it’s sending a code to the phone we’ve lost.
