    @ThreeUKSupport No but I wish correspondence to be via email/letter so I have records. I will be sending a complaint to head office and inform @Ofcom that Three are forcing customers to use phone/web chat when they want to have confirmation of their contract in writing via email/letter.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, really want to join the network but is it possible to confirm my SIM free Samsung S21+ will support WiFi calling. All I can see on website is that phones direct from you will but nothing about ones purchased SIM free. Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport Shocking awful service by Three on the Twitter platform. Makes no sense to use web chat to ask to correspond in writing. I shall be writing a letter directly to head office so they can see what advice is being given here

    @ThreeUKSupport The reception around Se9 Plaistow Lane is shocking! Cannot make calls . I suffer everything. Until I lost my phone. It rang and rang but cannot ping it as the reception was so bad it couldn't pick the location.
