I went on @ThreeUK live chat and had the worst experience yet again. I wanted to give feedback on the huge 250% price rise for PAYG and complain about service in my area as there are issues here. The complaints for didn't work so live chat to tell them. 1/

@ThreeUKSupport after you’ve cut my contract without my agreement and put me on a very expensive one despite being a customer with you for over 10 years - you’re now pretending to charge me daily roaming yet I’ve turned data roaming off AND I had a £0 limit on going over.

Bad: @ThreeUK need a new sim. Wait 10 days. Doesn’t arrive. Call again. New sim arrives. Use it. Doesn’t work. Try and register sim (shouldn’t need to) click submit and sent to a page about holidays. No idea if it worked. Missed half a days work. Poor.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. I don’t even get as far as choosing buy. I click mobile data in the watch app then setup then that displays. CS manually tried adding the bundle for me but that didn’t fix it. Lots of users on forums reporting the same error.

@ThreeUK Good day, just had a charge on my bank acct for 10.37 for a phone number i havent got, what are you going to do about it. Its through a DD which is not correct, i gave only one number with you. Please check conversations we have had and refund the money,cancel the DD asp
