    NEVER. EVER go with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . They are USELESS! I cancelled my contract within 14 days on 20 May, and I am STILL waiting for a PAC code to be generated which I was told takes 3-5 days. Useless on the calls too, top to bottom awful company.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've tried Opera, Firefox, and Edge and all are the same. Downdetector is also reporting issues???

    @EE Yeah of course, it’s magically fixed itself…… NOT! Lol pointless complaining as you’ll do **** all expect take the money every month. Looking forward to a better service with @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK @UKHonor Still shocking customer service though, so suggest you look elsewhere. We are currently locked in on 4 contracts and just been overpaying by £60pcm for 6 months - refund refused. £50 then £100 then £150 credit balance offered instead of a refund but only if we upgrade #extortion

    @ThreeUKSupport just got a notification saying ‘my latest bill is ready’. I left the network a month ago and I’m still being billed! I can’t log into my account and when I livechatted to reset my security questions I heard nothing. This is really poor folks

    @ThreeUKSupport hi my sister had her phone stolen last night - we are currently away from home & she doesn’t have another device but we’ve tried find my iPhone and cannot find it. Can we pop into a local 3 store today to try & block the phone / are you able to help pls? Thanks!
