    can @ThreeUKSupport tell me why a phone contract i cancelled 2 years ago got sold to a debt collecting company BEFORE 3 decided to ask if i could just simply pay them? i cba berating poor Kinjal over live chat anymore, he's got no clue either it's not his fault

    @ThreeUKSupport I received a phone call from 3 earlier today to place an order for a new SIM card. The lady on the phone advised that the order had gone through and I’d receive email confirmation but I’m yet to receive anything. Any chance you could help?
