@ThreeUKSupport Ha! This has to be a wind up. There are 3 choices for a B535. I don’t know which, so I start with basic B535, and the links lead to a different device. I try B535_1 (mine device is _2) links broken. Last one with A 7 tab, links broken.

@ThreeUKSupport had this issue once before and now had it again today. Some times when my phone is off and I get a text from a company with the name that shows on a text, the text pops up when I turn on my phone, but when I open texts, it isn't there! 1/

@ThreeUKSupport Multiple times. A robot human man with zero empathy, sincerity in his tone or emotional intelligence repeated to me over and over it would be fixed before September 10rh last year. It's still awful. This is me asking for help. I've asked. You guys do nothing. You're horrendous
