Hi @ThreeUKSupport I no longer live in the UK and have been trying for weeks to cancel my contract. I can’t do it online because I lost my SIM and you won’t send a replacement to me in Australia - 2FA won’t work!

@ThreeUK is it just me or is their issues with 4g in glasgow. (Eastend / centre of town) I have to keep changing to 3G to get anywhere. Shettleston is a blackspot for 4G. Trongate is a close second.

@ThreeUK life is absolutely stuck after you messed by the number porting. Banks and credit card companies cannot send me a sms for purchase verification. Nobody can contact me. Even if things go wrong it’s fine - but you have shown the worst possible attitude at this time. @Ofcom
