@ThreeUKSupport There's is an existing issue with you as you cannot set up my automatic payment. This has been going on since February! I'm overseas, alone, with no phone service which is really causing probs. My sister tried to resolve but you won't talk to her & say I have to phone. How ?

@ThreeUK I believe 3 mob is the worst mob phone company ever. Why? An internal customer service fraudster in India tried to get themselves a free phone using my account. Now I'm having to wait for security to call before I can get PAC code to leave.

@ThreeUK furious. You suspended my account whilst I'm overseas. Say you'll reply in 24 hours & 5 days later I still have no service. You expect me to phone. How? You say my phone is switched off & it's you that have cut the service. You were already failing to resolve my prob.

Cancelled 3 mobile phone contracts in my household with them and moved my company mobile contracts (5 phones) over to O2. #threearescum
