    Hi, @ThreeUKSupport , a month to the day after the last outage, I find myself asking again, any problems in BD17? After nearly 10 years with @ThreeUK lack of signal at home, inability to switch to better deal, and more regular outages is making me reconsider :(

    @John_Ogden @askdavidjones @ThreeUK Yeah! That’s a good one. It’s all just hassle though isn’t it. Something that worked well has now been broken. Just one of the many ways the cost of this is passed onto us without it being tracked.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep, roaming is set up. I was able to manually get connected to a network, however I can’t make calls or use data and I’m not sure why as it worked fine the last time

    Hey @ThreeUK why has my online upgrade (which was taking a week instead of next day) which should have arrived tomorrow now been shifted to 26th January? This is pretty damn poor customer service finding out a day before! What compensation will be offered for this poor service?
