@ThreeUK hi, I've just had a letter through for an upgrade I never agreed to?! Can someone help me please?

  • chutuk Andy (@chutuk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Strange thing is yesterday when getting full speed was during the working day at peak time. The 'lite' version was when testing at 3am in the morning. Samsung manual says the hollow icon means "LTE network connected in LTE network that includes the 5G network" makes no sense

Manchester United cancel their Aeroflot sponsorship. Will @ThreeUK cancel their @ChelseaFC sponsorship?

@ThreeUKSupport The problem is it does not indicate when a message has been left. I have to 'phone in ' to check!!! If I send out a text it simply doesn't send.

@giffgaff Thanks Nicole. Issue ongoing since last June. Unable to make or receive calls at all. Cancelling my families plans now and going with @ThreeUK

  • chutuk Andy (@chutuk) reported

@ThreeUK Hi, I'm a new customer. Yesterday was getting full 5g with speeds of 500mbps+, today I seem to be 5g lite (hollow icon rather than dark icon) with speeds of roughly 100mbps. Same location, same device. Any idea?
