    @ThreeUK 25+ years with Orange/Three, denied/declined upgrade on Monday. Bizarre. No reason given. Experian rating highest it can go. Customer service frankly useless.

    @MartinSLewis Do the networks that piggyback on the main four ever throttle customers' data usage? My data signal on @SMARTYMobileUK seems much worse than it ever was on @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a UK support person not using a script that will help with support? Trying to explain that i have a large number of business phones intermittently offline when your support scripts don't allow for that type of fault scenario is like pulling teeth!

    Got a text message from @ThreeUK this morning warning me to be vigilant about fraud. Having to pay for their atrociously erratic and unreliable service is fraud enough in itself.
