    @ThreeUK I live in County Durham. CS on 333 told me that there is a long standing issue in my area that Three can't fix due to "network limitations". Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?

    why don't old people understand that us young folks don't have access to everything on the internet. dad needs a new SIM card but @ThreeUK won't issue one because dad doesn't know his account details.. dad thinks I can just access his emails because "you do the internet"

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three knowingly supporting Fraud!

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.

    Soho is absolutely dead tonight. So why am I unable to use my @ThreeUKSupport data? I always put it down to the place being busy but clearly something is wrong.

    @ThreeUK @iD_Mobile_UK your coverage is down in the Hull area, my partner cannot get any phone signal today so cannot make calls or texts and has no Internet!

    @threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.

    @ThreeUK when are you going to do something about the signal in PL6 area you claim to have already done something about it since you merged with @vodafone but you haven't cuz I'm still getting the same crap signal my house is half mile away from nearest mast
