    @ltp1966 @ThreeUK Years ago I had two phones taken out at the same time, wanted to cancel as the contract was up, they claimed I owed a months rental on one and was in credit on the other! Needless to say I’ve never been back.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was mainly experiencing it at Stratford Station yesterday, postcode E15 1AZ. But it happens every time I'm here where connections just time out on 4G despite good signal so I switch my phone to 3G in settings and it works fine but obviously at 3G speeds.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I'd rather join SuperDrug UK mobile network over Three any day of the week. I hope the company either changes their ways drastically or goes bust. Left Three over 5 years ago.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am repeatedly getting disconnected from the internet over the last 12 hours, in the CA1 post code area. Website says no issues, I have done a factory reset also.

    @ThreeUKSupport You need to fix your mobile internet in Preston, over a year I've been told it's under maintenance is not acceptable. I am a remote worker and I have a meeting with my work because of internet connection issues recently. Fix your 4G internet.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, thanks for the reply but it kind of misses the point. I wanted to use the online service because I don’t have the time to call. It turns what should be a quick and easy 2 minutes online which I could fit into my day into a protracted experience.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called two weeks ago (Friday 8 July). The gentleman told me that he couldnt talk to me as I didn’t know my “PIN” (which I never remember setting in the first place). I emailed ID to “proofs (at) 3mail” that same day requesting help and it’s been radio silence since.
