@ThreeUK the worst phone operator to get. If you want to change even the dumbest option you will be thrown in a loop of infinite procedures that neither the @ThreeUKSupport can help you with, because there are maybe 5 people dealing with hundreds of customers. Well done #3

One way or another, I'm leaving Three. I recommend everyone else who is an @ThreeUK customer secure their account as best as possible and seek service elsewhere.

5 days later, 4 hours of calls and/or live chat and I've finally got a phone number from PAYG transferred over to a new contract. Both with @ThreeUKSupport Twitter support even told me it can't be done.
