    @ThreeUKSupport I was unable to reply to you as by the time you sent this tweet I had run out of credit. Where I bought the top up and how long I have had a Pay go plan are totally irrelevant. I have been a pay go customer for about 8 years and the service has got worse.

    @ThreeUK I've just been speaking to your upgrade team about an early upgrade on a sim only contract that I have. They wanted to charge me £125 to upgrade early which I think is pretty poor considering a have 5 contracts with you and it's just a sim only contract!
