    @ThreeUK would love to know where you get off calling us liars. Horrendous service. Billed for a service we had cancelled. Proof sent the device was delivered as requested and call centre staff hanging up on us. See you in court.

    @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Iv seen nurses kids being turned down for places but some kids have still been allowed in even though one parent is at home but apparently their partner is a "key worker" (works in construction)That should not be the case if one parent is at home. Us nurses etc need these places!

    @ThreeUKSupport Initially that there was no issues with the signal up here and after pointing out the inconsistency in mobile signal it took a while for them to recognise the issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your a joke.Mutually cancelled my contract in Nov due to coverage. Letter today to say I owed £32.60 in unpaid bills. Told was due to non return of router, I proved I returned it. Didn't want to refund me. 2 hours later I get a refund. Shocking customer service!

    @ThreeUKSupport pls can u help me find someone who can help me on this? This is an honest misunderstanding & I dont even know how it happened. I think what has happened is unfair. If I was to actually run away+not pay I wouldn’t bother to reach 3 or open an account with your company in Austria!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi again. Why are you still having issues with broadband internet? Also if were to cancel contract, will you charge us for not fulfilling your contractual obligations regarding providing a service?

    I’m literally a student + the fees they’ve charged me w/ r so high... I told them it slipped my mind during the pandemic to call my old phone provider 2 tell them I had wasnt able to come bk to uk.@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport told me they can’t help me +2 hire a solicitor to fix it?!
