    @ThreeUK can someone from customer services DM me. I have a 3 contract mobile broadband account. I don't know the number, but know it close to its 2 year end. I can't get through with an email nor on the phone. I need to cancel it as I've no idea where it is now! Thanks

    @ThreeUK super disappointed that my 24m contract has expired and instead of automatically moving me to a sim only contract you have charged me exactly the same (£42!) for the coming month even though the handset is paid off. Not the service I expect after years of custom 👎👎

    @ThreeUK been a customer since I was 17, nearly 33, and have loved your service so much, the rest of the family are now with you, but since having an iPhone, (always been Android) my signal seems to have disappeared, fancy gifting me an Android? #XmasMiracle #XmasCheek
