    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry Charley but I’m tired of explaining the problem over and over again. Long story short I wrote to head office via post and my reply ignored all of my points. I need someone to tell me we are at an impass so I can proceed with the ombudsman.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I do understand what happened it trying to contact customer care it almost impossible few weeks back I was put on hold for the 1 1/2 hrs trying to arrange to get it I just hung up through customer care & your app keep freezing and after today 3 hrs to find out I'm to late🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport Please try later. Just give me the old white dongle back with unlimited data. Never had any trouble with that. The routers are nothing but trouble for many users.
