    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Between telephone department telling me "the next 7 days" for the last 15, and the social media people telling me there's "no fix date" I must wonder how @ThreeUK communicates with it's own network engineers. Do they send postcards back and fourth? Carrier pigeons?

    @ThreeUKSupport That is absolutely *not* what your telephone CSR told me, and if it *were* true, and I misheard.. TWICE - why have I never received any updates regarding this in the entirety of the time this has been going on?

    After receiving a load of fraudulent mobile accounts opened in my name, the worst by far in dealing with this has to be @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Instead of closing down this account I did not open, the agent has spent over 10 minutes trying to convince me to move to Three. FFS

    @ThreeUKSupport I switched from EE broadband to Three 5G broadband just two weeks ago and now I've not had broadband for 12 hours. I need this for my work. This is a really rubbish service. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK credit where it’s due. Your customer services team and branch manager at Wolverhampton are a disgrace. But the manager and assistant at Bull Ring were amazing. Too good to be tarred with the same brush as the rest of your incompetence

    @ThreeUK So you draw people in then screw them over with additional charges! Three the only uk network where you can’t get a signal with and they then charge you extra for use of your phone! You cannot continue your contract if you need a new phone so wave goodbye to roaming! Bandits!🤬
