    Well, @ThreeUK broadband is pretty ****, ngl. Constant downtime. Unreliable speeds. Sudden drops. Won't be renewing this, I'd rather have pathetically slow @SkyHelpTeam that works consistently.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been trying for several days to change a forgotten password on your website but keep getting "my3auth.text.generic.error" in browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera) after entering a new one. The new password isn't registered by your systems and so I can't login.

    @ThreeUK My father died nearly two months ago. I have contacted yourselves time and time again to get his mobile broadband changed into my mother's name. I have been told time and time again someone would call me. customer service I have received since my dad died is disgusting

    @ThreeUKSupport BS3 3BD, B535-232 If you could release a firmware allowing bridge mode it'd seriously help, I think the actual routing part of the modem isn't up to par and that's half the problem.
