    I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.

    @ThreeUK the worst broadband and customer service ive ever experienced, cancelled my contract without me asking, then took £140 out of my account when I was told it wouldn’t go out, 5 times I’ve been in contact and they say it will be resolved in a matter of days, still waiting…

    @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends

    @ThreeUK - as a valued customer of three since day I - I am totally brassed off with the internet signal in Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Outside of home I have no internet - so effectively I am paying money for nothing

    Once again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!
