    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, because that will magically sort out the issue, no thanks. I’ve already made 3 so far, and none have been solved. I’ll be reversing the upgrade i made. I don’t want to be charged for something i don’t have physically in my hands, and only be told of delays after 3 complains

    Can anyone recommend their mobile network? Been loyal to @ThreeUK for over 10 years (never used another network) but I haven’t had data coverage for weeks now and I’m paying for unlimited so it’s a bit ridiculous. Not worried about handsets, I buy them up front

    @Stevie_Holden94 @ThreeUK I've been with @EE for years - absolutely phenomenal service from them. I also barely have any issues, and any issues I have had, they've fixed right away.

    @ThreeUKSupport I talked to an adviser at three back then explaining that and he assured me that it was sorted and that I had the upgrade and the other new contract was cancelled but apparently I was lied to because that never happened and I am still paying for that contract which I never used

    @ThreeUKSupport After that I have been chatting with customer support for many many times in the last 4 months explaining and repeating the same problem over and over again and I haven’t been helped anyhow I have been told that I need to pay for that new contract and that’s it ..

    @ThreeUKSupport Well I’ve repeated this already a 100 times to everyone at customer service and if you work for three how can you not have access to my chat history or my account ?? Last year in October my contract was expired and I made an upgrade but instead somehow ended up with two contracts
