@ThreeUKSupport It's not a sim issue it's a network issue which I've confirmed by calling customer service so stop trying to justify it, your superiors have confirmed their is an issue affecting parts of Northern Ireland and mainland UK just so people on twitter see the right story

  • consumer_expert Consumer Law Expert (@consumer_expert) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently they're not able to. Probably the same reason for you not being able to help with my complaint.

  • MarlinMarymay Mm Marlin (@MarlinMarymay) reported

@ThreeUKSupport can you please help as my Internet on my phone keeps saying cannot connect to server. Keeps happening.

  • loucookes louise (@loucookes) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi jade, he says it was working yesterday so I dont think that's the issue. Maybe its a local problem then? He can't get online at the moment thats why he was after mobile data, he does have his account set up tho.

  • theotherclaire1 theotherclaire🏴‍☠️🏳️‍🌈 (@theotherclaire1) reported

@ThreeUK Why every morning is my WiFi unable to connect to the Internet. Past 3 days it says connected no Internet? I work from home and a Teams meeting without Internet is impossible. Not good enough, if it continues I will cancel all my contracts.

  • AlexJive Alexander Kenneth Martin Douglas (@AlexJive) reported

@EE Used to be on EE for years. Customer service was so terrible it was affecting my business so switched to @ThreeUK. No trouble with them at all.

  • consumer_expert Consumer Law Expert (@consumer_expert) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I tried to but the live chat team couldn't even log a complaint for me. Absolutely useless. Sounds like you're not empowered to actually do anything to help customers either, so bye it is 👋

  • WARPIGY WARREN (@WARPIGY) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so I'm just wondering when you will support eSIM on my @SamsungUK Galaxy watch.

  • jamespurdy3 J.P (@jamespurdy3) reported

@LeanneCoates1 @ThreeUK I was for about 9 months. Ended up terminating the contract early. Was prepared to pay it off it was that bad but they waived it even though they couldn’t see any issues with there 3/4g. Went to @EE and been loads better.

  • okerproker Hyr ✨heightening the contradictions✨ (@okerproker) reported

@wildfeminine_ @ThreeUK Wait nvm sorry I'm not sure, like EE has the better network by a bit. I forgot I was only looking among providers that offered no credit check and rolling monthly. Which Voxi won. I looked it up a bit and there are other good options off the EE network.
