That's it @ThreeUKSupport I'm sick to death of not having service on a now weekly basis. I would advise all your users to look at general condition 23 as you are not providing a proper service, my business is dead in the water yet again because of @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport yep all accurate on the accounts for both phones (both on three, seperate accounts). It (home signal) was working fine up until 3 days a go but wifi calling has never worked i guess because i have had max signal at home because of the signal box?

@ThreeUK I am so very dissapointed with 3! I have been a customer over 11 years. I was sent a faulty phone on my new contract! I have contacted on several occasions with no help received! My contract is 23 months and I honestly cannot be suck with a FAULTY PHONE!

@ThreeUK I've sent a complaint & I am being asked to pay for a replacement. Essentially, I am being penalised for a faulty phone (mother board issue). Disappointed that this is how you treat a ' LOYAL' customer! £60+ is a lot of money to pay for 23 months for a bad phone!

@ThreeUK Getting a tonne of spam calls from 0800 052 1251. Hang ups & someone claiming to be @virginmedia (they’re not), asking for security information. I’ve reported it many times to 7726 and blocked it but now I’m getting hang up voicemail messages. 😡 Please help!

@ThreeUKSupport I'm having issues with my home signal box (NEC) and I have a Pixel 5 & iphone 12 mini and would like to use wifi calling but it doesn't work (even tho enabled on the phones). does something have to be enabled on your end?
