@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @ICOnews a week ago I was given an email to put my complaint in writing because live chat, calling got me no where, assured team would personally follow up. 1st email was we’ll get back to you in 5 days, second email 5 days later was just an automated response telling me to use live chat

  • Garywilson3 Gdublar (@Garywilson3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it is a monthly contract. I can call using the phone but can't port my existing EE number across or use data until it is registered. They say they can't register/activate it due to the network update.

  • Luke__W__ Luke_W (@Luke__W__) reported

@ThreeUKSupport no signal for over a month in CF37 5LT, you’ve had it working for 10 days & now it’s gone again. How long do you plan on letting it last this time?

  • theNaveen23 Naveen Chaudhary (@theNaveen23) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been more than a week and because of this I have missed many important calls and job calls without having an option to call back or know. Don’t you think it’s a failure from your end ?? Who’s gonna compensate for all this ? THE ISSUE CONTINUES..

  • MurowatS Murowat Shah (@MurowatS) reported

@sgems @ThreeUK Why is this Three fault if you have not received your Covid results surely you need to do more yourself rather blame a network provider for your bitterness.

  • AGDun_162 Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @mentazm One thing to note ThreeUK. is that when O2 seem to be working in the area, YOUR signal goes to sh**. I have started to notice a pattern going on. If you are sharing masts nearby then you really need to get your act together
