@ThreeUKSupport On a telephone call-cut off 3 times-I was told the contract will cease with immediate effect from the date so find a reliable network. Vodaphone via Lebara is only marginally more reliable. O2 is better than both. Three is unusable for 11/12 hours.

@ThreeUK my fiancé tried for 6 hours today to return her broken phone. She is a key worker who needs this to work. Samsung said that her phone is broken and is valid to change the device.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't see how that solves my issue at all. I'm fully aware of your open hours for calls. I work nights, so it's very very hard for me to get those hours free without breaking in to my sleep. Do you have a different way I can contact you at anytime?

@shreypuranik @ThreeUKSupport The advice is bloody poor though, it's a sledgehammer to crack a nut. Resetting the entire phone and its contents and set up should be absolutely be considered to be the final x10 thing to do.

@ThreeUKSupport having trouble with your mobile Internet. Getting a bit annoyed that my phone only seems to work on WiFi. Doesn't help a key worker going home when his ticket for travel require mobile Internet to work. Been happening for 4 days now ????
