@ThreeUK Hi yes I never got the alert, but then I often don't get text's either for hour's or even day's while I've been on three, and yes I've reported it and nothing gets done, just stuck in a contract I have to pay to get out of!

  • jjjenaa Jenna Roberts (@jjjenaa) reported

@ThreeUK Why am I not surprised can’t make a phone call without signal dropping, let alone this!

  • 1fionaclark Fiona Clark (@1fionaclark) reported

@ThreeUK Three phones in our house, all on three network. Not one received the alert. Hope it’s not something we need to rely on in the future.

@ThreeUK Maybe it’s because it only goes out to people with a 4g/5g network and whatever you’re passing off as 4g is total shite

  • vickijhanson Vicki Hanson (@vickijhanson) reported

We have 3 @ThreeUK phones in our household. The failure to deliver us the emergency test was the last straw. Guess who will be finding a new mobile network provider ASAP???? Me!!!!

@ThreeUK FFS. The absolute state of the stupidity of a large part of your customer base. I'm sorry you have to deal with these people.

  • liamnorris1001 liam norris (@liamnorris1001) reported

@ThreeUK Lads. Serious question. Is this grounds for your customers to be able to get rid of your appalling network coverage and non existent customer service?
