@Mjdeadman21 @ThreeUK Yeah apparently they was waiting for the backend team who I spoke directly to about the refund both times prior... and it was them who said the first 2 refund times... but apparently the main part that issues the refund could not issue it until the backend team actually updated

@ThreeUKSupport I have done both, two or three times each to no avail on fixing the data connection. I have 0-1 bars of signal as well, its fluctuating between nothing and 1. Though I checked the network coverage on the website and it says nothing should be going on in my area.

@ThreeUKSupport No, I was following exactly what the agent has suggested, to get a new contract, then they will transfer my old number to this new sim, now they are telling me to cancel this new contract, they can't keep contradicting themselves.
