    @ThreeUKSupport Even as i tweet here now, I am on the phone with customer service and I am speaking to the fourth person, all seem to be confusing my situation

    @ThreeUKSupport my problem is how quickly the data goes and how little you get for 10 pounds... i got my data o be able to 1.communicate with family whilst i have no home internet and 2. to do college revision and it feels like i’m getting ripped off as i am on obviously a money crunch it’s hard

    @ThreeUKSupport We were charged £300 by you because we didn't use a PAC code you provided, even though we asked to cancel the contract. You have harassed us when I cancelled this direct debit. We haven't used this contract for the last year, why are you doing this?

    @ThreeUKSupport My partner and I have been on 3 contract for over 8years, I have on several occasions because given authorisation to speak on the contract, I have spoken to customer service on a few occasions, but suddenly the started telling me that I have not authority to speak on the account
