    @ThreeUKSupport I have done that countless times in the past week,even called in, I can receive regular texts, but not verification codes, now I'm locked out of my 15yr old Gmail because of this, can't signin to my own instagram, and don't receive otp for my banking activities, this is so bad

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, who can I contact to get help accessing my account? Have requested 'forgot password' an infinite amount of times over the last few months without any reset email. The Live Chat doesn't work on the website, the phone lines are down and my contract ends today

    @ThreeUK . Loyal customer with multiple accounts and you have the temerity to lie to us. You lost a returned device confirmed u tracked it then call us liars. And you don't know what a subject access request is.

    @jbh1977 @ThreeUK Having similar issue as existing Three customer with upgrade. I have did live chat & 2 calls with them and I still don't understand why they are telling me I will also have to pay as you go this month and pay monthly bill? So complicated for an upgrade. Easier to change provider
