@ThreeUK Hi yes I never got the alert, but then I often don't get text's either for hour's or even day's while I've been on three, and yes I've reported it and nothing gets done, just stuck in a contract I have to pay to get out of!

We have 3 @ThreeUK phones in our household. The failure to deliver us the emergency test was the last straw. Guess who will be finding a new mobile network provider ASAP???? Me!!!!
