Been an @O2 customer for 15 years. Today I realised once my contract is up, I'm out. My partner is on @ThreeUK. She is paying £10 to user he mobile in the USA for 2 weeks. For me it's £6 a day. So that's £90 to use my mobile for 15 days while I'm out there. Bye bye O2. #SCAM

@ThreeUK imagine being 40,000ft on a flight to the Middle East and to check your phone after a 8 hour flight to see three has been charging you £50 for a unbeknownst aeroplane network… absurd that you think it’s okay to do this to customers !!!

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, but will he be able to talk to someone who will actually do something about it? Both he and I tried to have this investigated several weeks ago, without success. Someone promised to send a bill (he’s never received one - it went straight to debt collectors) and they didn’t.

@ThreeUKSupport impossible to talk to someone on the phone, ignored in the dms, phone number I was given to call is not recognised. Am I supposed to pull up to your shop to have a explanation or just to cancel my contract ?

@ThreeUK And just spent 40 minutes on the phone getting nowhere! The advisor kept saying he couldn't see the notes and then tried to say it was for a different number and then that it was for something else! Shocking attitude, I have the transcript here confirming everything. Just awful.

@ThreeUKSupport My complaint is about the fact that one of your employees lied to me and ruined my trust in your company. I’m losing my money due to your company’s mistake and I’m being told on the online chat I can’t receive a refund which is appalling

@ThreeUKSupport on a visit to Wincanton, Somerset and just been for a walk around the town. Could get no signal at all, is this a not spot or is something down in the area?

@ThreeUKSupport Customer service said there was a system glitch/outage and they had to raise a support request to get a working PAC Code - it was confusing and I’ve been trying to get this sorted for days now b

@ThreeUKSupport 033333381001 I pay unlimited data and yet I'm constantly in h+ or no data at all the problem has to be fixed. I'm a woman that lives in a huge city it's incredibly dangerous to not have access to internet or apps.
