    @ThreeUK As an existing long term customer I was disappointed in the upgrade options and the customer service that I was provided. Online chat a waste of time not helpful at all. Will be cancelling my contracts come October and going with another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport have been taking £40 a month from my account for the past 2 years, I’ve never been a three customer I’ve been emailing them since May and NEVER received a response. They have taken nearly £2000 and are refusing to email me back.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been a while now and still have no fix, been waiting since 29th July.. Today is my end of contract date and if we can't get a handset sent out or ready for me to collect, I'm going to have to buy it someplace else. Can you look into this asap and send me the handset ? Thanks.

    Well after being a @ThreeUK customer for almost 10 years I'm left feeling let down & disappointed by @ThreeUKSupport & now stuck with a device with disagreeable functionality & inferior quality of my previous device! #RidiculousReturnsPolicy 😤😠😡

    @ThreeUKSupport my mum upgraded her contract 6 weeks ago and her phone never arrived. 4 hours and 12 phone calls later she is still being told ‘case is open’, how ******** is that her fault that you never shipped the phone? Staff have spoke to her so rudely 1/3

    @ThreeUK I am currently roaming in France - no daily charge. The fair use limit is 12GB, even if my plan has higher allowance (100GB). Can I unlock the full allowance at a surcharge? Or will I have to pay 0.3p/MB once over 12GB? I’m a Pay Monthly customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport iv been a 3 customer for as long as i can remember but recently the service has been shocking. whenever i am at home my phone will not properly connect to the internet unless i have it on airplane mode with the wifi on. 4G/5G is none existent. please sort it out
