@Ofcom @ThreeUK sold a contract not to me with my data and bank account. It’s 9 days of calls and anxiety and hired a lawyer. They say they call me back or write and never do. How is it that me the crime victim have all the burden of proof? No support no reassurance. Pls help

  • Craigy_Bedford Craig (@Craigy_Bedford) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I am a customer, and I am happy with my phone and contract.

  • GeorgeCarter46 George Carter (@GeorgeCarter46) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Forgot to reply to this. It’s not that it’s congested, your coverage is abysmal and it’s not worth the money paid to you. There are literal black spots where it says I have signal, but does not work in any way. It’s honestly terrible and when my contract ends I will be leaving

  • CurtontheRadio Curtonthe Radio (@CurtontheRadio) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Service is deteriorating badly as price goes up. 4 years ago 4G and 25mbps. Now, no 4G at all, sometimes 0.2mbps. Brilliant. (This in a static situation across several years in which the device has not moved ie no excuse). Three's response? <Shrug>
