@ThreeUKSupport I bought the sim for 35 pounds and was told the data will be unlimited. It wasn't so I complained to 3. They sent a 35 pounds cash credit, which I used to purchase the unlimited data pack. Still not working.

@ThreeUKSupport I expect maintenance to be part of any provider. That is not what I seek clarity over. I pay for a service in the contract. If you cannot fulfil because of your maintenance, then your company ought to take this into account when your bill clients

@ThreeUKSupport From another network, your online experience is rubbish , app doesn’t work and keeps giving error message and your contact centre doesn’t leave you feeling confident at all. I have had my current number for over 20 years so important I keep it.
