@ThreeUKSupport please explain why you are refusing to let my partner return a phone that he received as damaged. He received the phone on the 14th and didn’t open it until now because he has been at work and now he can’t return or cancel the contract. This is not acceptable

@ThreeUKSupport I still have not been able to access the link you sent me. Always says ‘please try later’. Two weeks in and still no one can call me. I really need this sorting urgently especially as people need to be able to call me over Christmas. Been a customer over a decade.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s a shame that the only part of Three that is able to talk is the Twitter handle. When a customer is trying to resolve a longstanding (6months) issue there is no one able to help. This is all being evidenced and a complaint is being made to the Ombusman.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi A broadband device sent to my old address. I called Handsets and Exchanges to cancel the account and was assured I wouldn't be charged for it because it was the wrong address. I've been trying to call Three all morning. Pls can I have a UK number to help
