Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

@traceyted @ThreeUK Yeh someone in the house was having the issue with smarty they thought it was the phone at first and asked me if I could solve it. I put another networks sim in and it was working just fine but had to make sure it wasn't just me

The advice from @ThreeUKSupport when I rang them earlier to enquire about the text issue was to reset my phone to factory settings. I didn’t do this. Now they have acknowledged the issue is on their end but nothing has been posted. Hopefully fixed soon but this is very poor!

@zece7 @RastaMou53 @ThreeUK I have had a few. My phone wasn't receiving texts from some phones such as my dad, but my got all from my gf. Chatted to a guy from three who said he would send out a new sim card that would fit the issue. Two weeks later hadn't recieved it. Spoke to another guy who said... 2/
