Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

@ThreeUK I bought an unlimited add on and it has run out of data. I have bought 2 follow up add ons but they are currently queued. The original add on doesn’t expire until March. Is there a way to cancel the original and accelerate the the latest ones that are queued?

@pjmck @ThreeUK It's absolutely awful! It cut me off at the 2 hour mark again but luckily I'd made it through and given my number so they were able to call back. Shameful that it cuts off on medical lines.

@ThreeUK I requested my payg number be transferred to my new contract on Tuesday and again Thursday. Last night the number I wanted to keep has been disconnected and the contract number is still the same! HELP! I really want to keep my Payg number.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, I wasnt expecting a reply from you but thanks for getting back to me so quick. Im able to use 5G but since mid Dec, the signal and speed is horrible. Not to mention the dropouts. Could you tell me when this will be resolved?
