Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

@ThreeUKSupport i am paying the 65 - they have disconnected the contract - i told you already but you are not capable of doing it - this contract was not working for 2 years - you should give me back 360 back plus the 40 pounds for the faulty machine you sold me
