Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

@ThreeUKSupport It's a Huawei router that can only connect to 5G and 4G. And it's not connecting to either and hasn't been for the last month. Even though I was texted that it was fixed while the Network status checker says "engineers" are still working on it for the entire month.

@ThreeUK I am struggling to use my phone in various places in London - Greenwich and Baker Street. Is there a problem? Your service really should work in the centre of the capital city!
