Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

I've been with @ThreeUK for years, but I'm going to have to switch provider. We have about 10 lines with them, but this unreliability means we can't continue. They want to charge an early cancellation fee. I think they're in breach of contract - they're not providing any service!

Initial setup done. The cable is only ~4.5m long so @ThreeUK's idea of waking around to find the strongest signal is a pipedream that they are ignoring the reality of 💭

@ThreeUKSupport I updated my iPhone 15 to #iOS26 and since then I have no signal, and I’m unable to make/receive calls. I’ve tried a restart, and taken the sim out and reinserted, but this has made no difference!

@ThreeUKSupport Have you brought the Caffe Nero codes down from 10k per week to ~1k per week? I checked Tues 9am and they were not available. Seems like it's "any coffee for £1 if you're quick on a Monday" rather than one a week now 😔 the one reward I actually used. Disappointed
