Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

Come January I will be paying to get out of my contract with @ThreeUK . Go to a provider that can actually support the phones they sell. 3 are hands down the WORST provider in the UK. I’m in a capital city for Christ sake and the signal is piss poor! Absolute jokes.

@ThreeUKSupport Tried restarting few times but still only getting 1 bar for 4G network and no connection to internet at all. We’ve been here since Friday it’s all working fine until this afternoon.

@ThreeUK thanks for the offer of 5G broadband but a steady phone signal would be more useful! Coverage is rubbish -and data coverage even worse! Forget 4G - I default to 3G otherwise I get nowhere! 13 years but will change when contract up.
