Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley, I tried to cancel online in November but apparently had instead requested a PAC code after calling your customer service line. I haven't used the sim since October 2019. Would be grateful If someone could backdates my cancellation to when i originally requested.

@ThreeUK so my mother ordered a phone from you a number of weeks ago. Paid the upfront payment, got a delivery date.Received order confirmation email.Started getting complete order emails.Called customer services who said no problem phone will be there.Order did not turn up.

@ThreeUKSupport I have a dongle and a pro 3 home hub. It won't load Netflix my gmail, twitch and my Alexa is down too. Twitter and YouTube are working fine, as is most internet searching. This is the same across 3devices, using 3 different browsers and 3 different operating systems.
