Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

@ThreeUKSupport If I use the chat, is it the same call-centre? Because that won’t help.

  • GarethJBond Gareth J Bond (@GarethJBond) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Problem is that cancelled one of my accounts then still get a letter saying that will still be charged out of contract. Then you call and they say yes you have it’s on the system but we can’t do anything about the letter.

  • benji70 Bernadette O (@benji70) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry but I can’t endure any more “chats” and being continually fobbed off. I’ve raised an official complaint and hopefully will receive some meaningful feedback soon. Thanks anyway

@zombie_apoc1 @ThreeUK Same. I used to be with O2 for years and so many times there would be complete network outage to O2 and their piggy backed carriers, which is why I left for three. I think only once in 8 years there has been a problem with network outage, which didn't last very long

  • CTosspot Captain Tosspot (@CTosspot) reported

Used @ThreeUK 5g service in Edinburgh for the first time today. Download speed of 360mb per second! (more than 3 times faster than my 100mb Virgin Media fibre broadband at £50 per month) 😎

  • Chariza_ Chariza 🔥 (@Chariza_) reported

We won’t have wifi till tomorrow sine moving into the new place. I cave in and bought by wifi for a day. My @ThreeUK network is useless in this flat. Does anyone else get ‘dead zones’ issue with Three?

  • oliverwinton Oli Winton (@oliverwinton) reported

@holly @O2 Is it consistent though? I tried out the @ThreeUK home 5G last year (which is actually the network that Relish built) and i would either get 500mbit or literally 0.5 and nothing in between

  • GarethJBond Gareth J Bond (@GarethJBond) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ok Jade nothing personal and I’m sure you all work very hard but this isn’t the first time myself, friends and family have issues with cancellations & contracts. Nothing is easy with three, it used to be but has definitely deteriorated over the years.

  • Myhomoprof Chris (@Myhomoprof) reported

@zombie_apoc1 @ThreeUK I’ll second that. Customer service always very helpful. And I pay £8 a month for 12Gb tarriff!! Looking forward to getting a 5G connection!

  • NickySm10143569 Nicky Smith (@NickySm10143569) reported

@ThreeUKSupport If you look back on my enquiries you’ll see. But in a nutshell I took out a years broadband with Three with a Huewai router, paid £22 a month going up to £34 - connection is rubbish. But can’t get through to support by phone etc
