    Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

    I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK mad with 3 IE and whenever I go abroad for a few months I just keep it topped up and never have issues then pick up a local sim for my spare phone

    @ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    @robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is there no signal at OL15 0DE? Disappeared since the Vodafone merge. Can’t even make WiFi calls have to use WhatsApp

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three are a terrible company, I had a similar issue! Same with Vodafone too. I had to go back to the UK just to get it working again
