Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

Being disabled shouldn’t mean being ignored. But @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport made cancelling (and later getting a refund) for my service an exhausting and dehumanising experience. They failed to meet even basic accessibility needs — and I had to adapt to them, not the other way around.

  • RachT234 RachT234 (@RachT234) reported

@rsmck @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport They can't even get a switch right (according to O2, Three didn't provide required porting information)- I was without service for around 10 hours!

  • RachT234 RachT234 (@RachT234) reported

@rsmck @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Doesn't surprise me at all based on my own experience with general customer service (failed to understand what RelayUK was, impatience and that I wasn't talking to them directly) and complaints🙄

  • beclou4ever love_always 💙 (@beclou4ever) reported

@ThreeUK Omf the service today is shocking, anyone else mobile and internet

  • bantickjohnny Johnny b. (@bantickjohnny) reported

Shocking behaviour @ThreeUK ordered wi-if for flat. 1st router did not work, sent back. Ordered another one, that worked, now I am being charged for 2 wi-fi,because @ThreeUK are saying they didn’t receive the old broken one. Useless.

  • ukheather Heather (@ukheather) reported

@ThreeUKSupport said they would come back to me 10 days ago with it but didn't. I chased it today and get told to raise a complaint... Then they just told me where to see my version... not remotely helping or reading the issue.

@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Phone network down again? SM1 postcode

  • Bradley_Lucas Bradley (@Bradley_Lucas) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why have I been unable to make or receive phone calls the last 2-3 days. Everybody else I know using your network is having the same issue

  • KanyeWeekes Kanye Weekes (@KanyeWeekes) reported

@ThreeUK How about you fix the service and let me stay on my data for more than 5 minutes

  • SteveMale6 Stevo_author (@SteveMale6) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Did that already. I'm not prepared to pay for a service I can barely use. When connected to your tech dept, I lost signal again and then I received a satisfaction survey. My choice is to continue paying for terrible service or give you £200+ to be released.
