Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

@ThreeUKSupport That's not reassuring. Like, I get that things go wrong, but not being told any kind of timeframe or even any information on what the issue is is incredibly frustrating and pretty unfair on your customers.

@SkyHelpTeam Is this the issue with the broadband that you said was resolved in a previous tweet, you need to all work together. It’s no coincidence that you and @ThreeUKSupport have similar issues at the moment and these issues stem from the lack of infrastructure support from @OpenreachHelp
