    Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

    @ThreeUKSupport No that's not the problem. I've made and recorded literally 1000's of calls whilst on contract which showed up on my itemised bill.

    @ThreeUKSupport My IPhone 13 naturally uses 4/5G it doesn’t have a just 3G setting like previous models meaning i cant use the network hardly anywhere!
