    Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

    @ThreeUKSupport Every time I’ve clicked since Friday there is nobody there. Not even a queue to wait in. I need this issue resolved today or I’m cancelling the contract with my bank.

    @ThreeUKSupport Keeping me on hold for an hour slows me down too, annoying isn’t it? I had other things to do. Please don’t deliver terrible customer service and then chastise me for my response. You were quick enough taking my money, why can’t you deliver what was promised just as efficiently?

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand you guys cant give extact dates no networks can. I have noticed the roll out of 5G to be very slow campared to other networks that's all most do complain about 4G speeds everyday not many postive outcome.

    @ThreeUKSupport you rang up, asking me to pay a balance on my account and promising to cancel the contract waving the 30 notice once I had paid. It took seconds to take my money then you dropped the call. I called back, reconfirmed my details, you put me on hold...

    Not sure that @ThreeUK could make it more difficult to contact customer service if they tried. Can’t get through on phone, can’t reset password online. Maybe I should write a letter? Or try semaphore
