    Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

    @ThreeUKSupport hi all Same issue as yesterday signal drops out at 9:30 , unable to stream , game or anything really now this issue resolved itself at 1600 yesterday but you have said no reported problems in the area of NE65 0UD ?? can you help today??

    @ThreeUKSupport Trying to login to my acc/forum and just get error msgs constantly. Been like this for a month. Need to find out why my 5G b/band is always 5-700mbps on some devices and 1 to 20 on others. Router settings dont even save when Im trying to sort, just get ERROR again

    @ThreeUKSupport Additionally - the contract I’d had with O2 was, in fact, in my partners name. This, I was told was not a problem as the contract was to be cancelled upon the provision of the PAC code which would necessitate the co-operation of the account holder.
