Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

@ThreeUK I have missed important calls from my doctor due to the your network down. What a **** connection. As I’m terribly sick as doctor tried to call me many times but not connected through. This network is really a hoax as quality is zero. Customer service is very hash.

@3MobileCoverage Why is your Network broken and not contacted any of your customers about it??? Just asked for help from Customer Services and they tried to sell me a new data plan!!! 😤🤬🤬...is that how you resolve things!! Poor poor service @ThreeUKSupport
