Four weeks later and still dealing with absolute incompetence and shit service from @ThreeUK. If you're in the market for a phone supplier avoid them as they are absolute crap. Have had to push them every single step of the way. Absolute shit

.@ThreeUK can you train your staff please. When asked about a billing issue I don’t expect to be told my speed has been boosted and to re start the device - when in chat. Ridiculous. Maybe just answer a phone ?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. Sadly the response on DM is indentical every time. What phone do you have? Have you tried restarting it? It's a temporary issue which we are aware of etc. The bit fails again shortly afterwards. I think I'll just contact @three 1/2

@ThreeUK have you had any service issues recently in Paisley with 4G or 5G? I've not been able to connect to mobile data in days. I think it's the devices fault but just wanting to check.
