@ThreeUK I have home signal which is being discontinued. I am trying to get WiFi calling on my phone but I cannot get it. My phone will do WiFi calling, and I was told that my account settings need to be changed. I have tried calling and using online chat to no avail.

  • MassageTime04 Theodoros Michaelides 🇨🇾🇬🇧 (@MassageTime04) reported

@ThreeUK my phone and Internet is playing up, Surrey, Camberley uk. Is there some work being done on the network that explains this?

@ThreeUKSupport I've tried that but I still get no service from walthamstow all the way to Stratford then it picks up the network again I think a few of your masts are down

@ThreeUKSupport I recently bought an airtime contract with phone through Fonehouse and wasn’t happy with 3’s coverage so returned to Fonehouse well within 14 days to cancel the contract. Now 3 have sent me Pac code and final bill to cancel contract of £640. What has happened?

  • JamesNi18377276 James Nicholls (@JamesNi18377276) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So basically three are discriminating against SIM only contracts. Why are three selling SIM only contracts? Will this be the same for 4g calling also? Which Motorola phones have WiFi calling on your network?

  • JamesNi18377276 James Nicholls (@JamesNi18377276) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The phone is a Motorola Moto G9 plus and the manufacturer states that the phone does support WiFi calling

  • fmcleanphoto Fiona McLean Photography (@fmcleanphoto) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've been a Three customer for almost 10 years. I've never had this issue before. It's not my cache that's the problem, it's your website. I've tried logging in on Safari (the browser I regularly use) as well as on Google Chrome and Firefox. It's not working on any of them.
