@BoxingScallywag @ThreeUK Plus, you're probably on Windows 10 and the 'regime of updates' and every time it updates, your whole system is affected.. it depends on what programs you're running and platforms you're connected to. But if you feel like serious lag and slow internet, call the ISP AND *****
@BoxingScallywag @ThreeUK I'll tell you one thing: it never hurts to call your ISP and say hey look, my internet speeds are varying and shite and then name their competitor, like you might switch... then they get on it and make sure you're clear, you know. It's just a phone call.
@BoxingScallywag @ThreeUK Weird, my phone runs faster than my laptop A lotta times it's the ISP internet service provider their servers get overloaded and you lose speed I actually think they *** around and choke a percentage of accounts variably to increase their capabilities...

My Internet is a nightmare last few days. I don't like to complain, because the service is top drawer & i understand upgrade works etc, but its really annoying last few days @ThreeUK Cheers.
Would like to know when will @ThreeUK be providing a proper signal for phones in southeast London again? Signal has been 3G or non existent for days now.
@ThreeUKSupport why the hell would you release a new app that is riddled with errors. I've been a three customer for 2 weeks now and I've already had enough and considering going back to Giffgaff. Tell your tech team to pull their fingers out of their arses and fix it
@tommstoddart @ThreeUKSupport Tbh upto now ive never had 1 problem. We were told a tower close by was set on fire THREE denied it and denied any problem at all. I think theyre making 4g signal worse so people upgrade to 5g
@PaulHenderson3 @ThreeUKSupport Sounds like a wording issue when you upgraded. But it'll be a Samsung promo. It wouldn't matter what network it was with, you'd have to dispute with Samsung.
@ThreeUKSupport Shortly after I posted this. I received a call. The person tried to fix it again but couldn't. He has passed it on to a higher technical team, who he said will fix it in 2 days. I'm not holding my breath. No voicemail since 2018
