@ThreeUKSupport Very strange when previously I had been helped matching the right numbers with the account. Such a shame I will not recommend the poor customer service. The amount of money I pay will definitely log a complaint thanks👎🏼

@ThreeUK you owe me nearly £2000 due to not cancelling my contract in 2016 and are refusing to talk to me and provide decent customer service. I’m shocked I’ll be honest

@ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK STILL (over a week now) zero or abysmally variable internet speed and signal ( on multiple SIMS, so not a product issue). You said fix by 26/4!! PO121AH Gosport Marina. Fix it.

@ThreeUK v poor internet in Washington. Customer services told me it will be Friday before fixed and offered me £3.66. I work from home using my hotspot. What am I supposed to do? Also what about the rugby game I paid to watch? Is it repairs or are you upgrading?
