    @ThreeUKSupport, unfortunately it’s been 3 weeks now that my 3/4g coverage has been unacceptably disgraceful!! 0.12 meg most of the time and can’t even watch YouTube with these awful speeds!! What’s happening with the network here in Killin as you’re not updating us!!

    @ThreeUKSupport In the KA1 1QY area it is particularly bad. The phone will present a full signal but in reality it's extremely slow (tried a different phone too) 3g/h+ seem ok.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, the problem is with the entire customer support process. No one in the organisation takes ownership. I am getting passed around from person to person on live chat, phone and twitter. I am made to feel like an inconvenience to the team.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been a Three customer for 9 days and have spent 8 hours on customer chats with them so far but my connection still doesn’t work. Is there anyone in this organisation that can take responsibility to ensure my connection issue is fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport your network is really becoming poor. Especially the internet. Your app or network checker no longer allows to report a problem. I have many account you you but over the last 6 months have closed 3 and really am thinking of doing the same to the others.sort it out
