    @ThreeUKSupport I currently have no service on my phone for some reason. Restarted phone multiple times but issue is still there. Cant call anyone or use data.

    @ThreeUKSupport Done that with support, used the pin in the back, I’m not saying you’ve done it deliberately I’m telling you for 100% fact that an error has happened and some setting at three has blocked this. Happened 6 months ago when I was with bt I can show you articles if you like too

    @ThreeUKSupport To be fair, your team have been OK at trying to get it sorted, but I don't get why changing providers should be an issue. It should be straightforward to add a number to my account. Why would you delete my existing number? Your onboarding process needs to be a lot clearer IMHO.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ive been advised to rest the network but its not helping at all.I have problems since zte router firmware update in october last year.Can 3 finally resolve the problem as many customers is affected by this issue

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Nathan, it's mobile broadband - SIM and 4G / 5G router. No way of finding out the phone number of the SIM (never communicated to us), which is why it's so frustrating each time I have to speak to someone.
