When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!

Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
