The never ending work on the mast continues therefore it gets switched off at 8.30am every day and I lose service leading to huge disruption to my work. As if a month of this in October wasn’t enough???

I’d have remained a happy and loyal customer, but instead you hit me with a delivery date after Christmas and tried to get me to pay an additional refundable (after 6 months) deposit of £250. That was the last straw. I’m so done with Three. Where’s your customer focus?
