@ThreeUKSupport After your awful mess with me getting a new contract in September. I can't get a replacement sim in store. Nor can i order one online. As I have issues with signal and mobile data compared to my other friend who is also on three we deduced my sim is faulty

  • Schroedinger99 Dr Mike Ward (@Schroedinger99) reported

As I say, my phone works fine with the correct number and displays this number to other people when I call them. It's just that if I text someone and they try to ring back they can't. @ThreeUK are sending out a replacement SIM so that will fix my problem, but why did this happen?

  • Hooty1981 Wayne Stewart (@Hooty1981) reported
