@ThreeUKSupport 4g and 5g (and my wifi) are down in SW16 1JB. I can get a little 3G at either end of the street. Your network status checker is saying there aren’t any problems though, any ideas? Same thing happened yesterday.

@ThreeUKSupport as you have so kindly suspended my roaming service (which I wasn’t using anyway apart from accessing my voicemail) can you tell me how via WiFi I access my voicemail please? I have a feeling you will tell me I can’t?!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for this, I’m not and I’d also love to know why if I use the STAC code in the uk to go to a competitor it’s free for me to terminate but I have to pay to terminate if I leave through three and don’t transfer to a competitor?
