    @ThreeUKSupport I have had appalling signal where I live for the past 6weeks. I have been in touch with my service providers @iD_Mobile_UK but they are blaming Three network. I refuse to believe that this is infrastructure issues, it's been far too long without being resolved.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m going to Kenya on 6th April - please tell me you guys are gonna add it to your goroam destinations before then?! If not, can I have some help with controlling costs before I draw up a huge bill like I did when I went to Egypt 10yrs ago with Orange (now EE) 😩

    @ditzperson @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It was refused. It’s been going on for two weeks, can’t now set it up and specify a date, cancelled the direct debit…. Who gives a, I will just find a new provider. Shocking customer service, absolutely 💩

    @ThreeUK Hi three this is the second month in a row you have taken two exact payments from my account. I have called your contact centre & presumed everything was sorted. I will cancel my contract & seek legal advice if this is not sorted asap

    @ThreeUK My3 wsite hasn't been working for a couple days now, I can't log in and all the chats are dead, I am trying to login to my My3 but it says the password is wrong and when I click the forgotten word link the site crashes with 'generic error'? both windows n mac

    @iD_Mobile_UK 36 days now, and counting. This is absolutely dreadful service. @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport ID Mobile are blaming your network. I am paying for a service I am not receiving.

    @ThreeUK sooo after admitting a contract was opened accidentally, charged for almost a year, never registered or used - 3 still want the bill paid in full. Be careful when upgrading #CustomerService is pitiful
