  What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

  I was a senior in highschool and was talking to a girl a year younger than me. One time she spent the night and I turned my computer on and hacked the company her dad owned. I found her dad's signature in the payroll files and pointed it out to her. You could tell she was uneasy about it but fascinated at the same time.   @DavidShafer I thought @mapquest went out with AOL online, my bad...I do remember when cassette tape got feisty with Compact Disk for about 15 minutes, then they just went away. Bye Mapquest.

  @theswansjr Internet isn't a good example. It's like saying ohhh we can see because there is light, name something that's replaced light. You should ask about AOL, Netscape, napster type ****. Those were the Bitcoins of internet

  Several things to address with AOL mail. First, have had some issues with blocking mail, not getting blocked AFTER having blocked it, repeatedly. Secondly, cut it out with the -targeted ADS with names you know are family relevant. (Prayers)

  @RealAlexJones Viruses are boring. I used punters on AOL, NetBus, and Sub7 on IRC victims. I made a script on mIRC, and when someone /joins the #channel, it would send them porn.exe; when they for sure open it, it would pop up a MsgBox "porn is broken rofl.", vbCritical, "oops". #1337h4x0r

  @chisportsross He’s on the spectrum, ain’t nothing going on in that head of his, but put basketball through hoop. Listening to AOL dial up noises as his hype track. All that to say it’s entirely not just believable, but likely that he was too stupid to understand a single thing going on.

  @AbakpaJob You're right. AOL gave me access for free for a decade. Phone company didn't charge for the call or extra line. I never had a pop-up ad trying to sell me anything. DARPA didnt pay one government contractor.
