@GuyDealership Well I think that of all 143 Buick customers last year, probably 15 or so who bought from a relative and scored them high and about 125 others couldn’t remember where they wrote down their passwords to get on AOL email to answer the survey

@silencedrowns In 6th grade when I just got into anime we had dial up cuz of bad lines, but friend had hi-speed and would torrent everything; so I’m on AOL looking up anime and ask friend “hey what’s hentai?” “thats just a fancy word for anime” “monster hentai this should be cool!” Whoops

@SomeB1tchIKnow RA was the first game I ever played online. Nothing worst than losing a game because you got disconnected from AOL.

@Alphafox78 Had dial up via the IBM Prodigy service on 1992. Then transitioned to 33.6 and 56Kbps dial up via a local ISP. Got 1Mbps broadband via AT&T Broadband which was then bought by Comcast around 2002. Never used AOL.

@AcesArosEnbies I had friends hacking into servers in the 80s just to play roleplaying games, but wasn't involved myself. I'm more familiar with aol chat room/Usenet years. Even by the early 2000s, everyone was still looking for connection & support, not self-promotion.
